This was the worst experience I have had in my life. We were 5 seniors sitting down for lunch yesterday and there was first of all no air conditioning no fan on such a hot day inside the restaurant. We waited 20 mins asked for a beer no one came to our table Only 2 waiters, and they were attending to others who came in later. We were trying to get the servers attention when a customer sitting on the next table with her young daughter, screamed at us hurling insults and saying we had no manners and that we were being rude in our getting the calling out to get service. We were shocked and explained that we were politely waiting our turns and were in no way rude . This customer did not stop shouting. A few mins the head waiter came to us and yelled at us saying they were only 2 of them serving the whole restaurant and if we were not patient we could go elsewhere . He was so rude and literally told us to leave! We had no choice but to leave after this scene with the head waiter or owner. We asked to pay for 1 beer and water which was brought to us and they were not interested, so we walked out in front of the customers. We are polite and respectful seniors all in our 80’s and were shocked by this ill mannered disrespectful treatment. We have never been through such a scene in all our life. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. The management should take some action that this never happens ever again to anyone. It was disgusting.

I called for over 15 minutes but no one would answer saying it was "occupied" so i went to the place myself and it was closed although its supposedly open. Quite sad because the menu looked really nice with a lot of options and pizzas. I dont know if i will try again this place. Disappointed

Lasagne was of poor quality and mildly warmed up with cream and tomato sauce on top. Spaghetti was the better dish. Verdejo wine was average. Ambience was lovely.

Boss/staff unfrendly. Called two youngh men Senoritas, becouse of order Cola Zero. No respect for the customers. They didn't say anything when we leave the restaurant after eating and giving a tip. Only a place for macho's and local people, then they are kind we sow. So bad :(

It was perfect. After we ordered, they served the meal 5 minutes later. They are able to speak english and spanish of course. Hopefuly we have the chance to come back.

Don’t ever eat there. It’s no good. We ordered Potatoes (Papas arugadas), not knowing exactly, how they looked like. When they brought the dish we ate it, being very hungry. We thought it tasted more like cheese than potatoes, what it was. They were fried cheeses (queso fritato) and stuffed us very much. The salad we ordered as a second dish was inedible :( the green leaf salad was covered with a very thick salad dressing and didn’t taste good. The tomatoes of the Caprese Salad were hard and tasted like nothing. The mozzarella tasted really bad. We couldn’t eat any of it. It was also too much food with the fried cheese as a starter. We had asked how big the Caprese was and the waitress told us that it was only 4 peaces, so we ordered two salads. Otherwise we would have shared one. The Caprese then came with 6 Mozzarella an tomatoe-pieces, which we could have shared, butvit was inedible anyway. Don’t ever eat there. It’s no good.

We waited for this restaurant to open. Was the first inside and waited for 10 minutes to be served. Head waiter (the older gentlemen) was loudly talking to his colleagues but not serving us. After walking out the waiter approached us but it was too late. A real shame because the restaurant looked lovely.

For 15€ each person we had: a very tasty foccacia (it is a must!! We tried the red one), two main dishes (rissotto- OK not very italian I must say typically with all the cheese, and wonderful pasta filled with pear) and 3 drinks (a glass of wine and 2 soft drinks). They welcome us with a smile and served us within perfect timing. I would highly recommend this place. For info, the menu is quite extensive and they also have a terrace available in case you want to have lunch or dinner enjoying the nice weather!

I have eaten already a lot of pizzas on gran canaria. Until now the best one on the Island.

Food was amazing and service was good, not expensive either. After experiencing some bad meals in las palmas, this was the best meal we had on our holiday thus far
