    What a wonderful restaurant! Beautiful decor and charming host. The steaks were top class, the fillet steak being tender and full of flavour - highly recommend this dish! And most definitely try the ice cream with chocolate sauce... you must leave room for this! 😊

    Das Restaurant hat eine sehr schöne Einrichtung. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Service ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Uns wurde während dem Essen auch gefragt ob alles gut ist, was ich doch als wichdig erachte. Unser Jungstierfilet war sehr zahrt bis auf den letzten Biss. Einfach fantastisch von A -Z. Eine top Adresse für die Menschen die eine gute Esskultur pflegen.

    I've been to this steakhouse many times, and I must say, the service here is consistently great! The staff is attentive and friendly, making every visit enjoyable. The food is excellent, with perfectly cooked steaks that never disappoint. The ambiance always sets the right mood, creating a lovely atmosphere for a delightful dining experience. I highly recommend this place for steak lovers!

    Absolutes Erlebnis Essen! Wir hatten das Chateaubriand für zwei Personen. Ein gut 500g schweres Stück wird kurz scharf angebraten und dann direkt am Tisch in Scheiben geschnitten, so wie man es möchte. Auf einem Bestelltisch kann man seine Steaks dann auf einem kleinen Holzofengrill selber fertig braten wie man es gerne mag. Super zart! Beilagen kann man selber je nach Gusto dazu wählen. Ein Kellner sprach sogar sehr gut deutsch und war supernett und aufmerksam. Ich empfehle das Restaurant gerne weiter!

    Klare Empfehlung ! Zufällig im Urlaub vorbei geschaut. Absolutes Erlebnisrestaurant. Unbedingt das BABY-BEEF probieren ! Kellner sehr aufmerksam & zuvorkommend. Haben sogar eine Deutsche Karte. Klar, Preise nicht günstig aber 40€ für so viel Fleisch. Würde ich in der Stadt leben, wäre das mein Stammlokal. Macht weiter so.

    Terrible experience. After a recommendation, four of us booked in for a nice steak evening whilst on holiday. Staff were very nice and all was going well until our steaks arrived. 2 medium and 2 medium well all came out almost blue! To be fair, they took them all back and tried again. Twice in the case of the fillet! It felt like they went through the revolving door, nothing changed. For a steak restaurant with a great reputation it was dreadful. After discussion with the maitre de, we very little to eat but at least, he waived all charges.

    I am so impressed with the high level of service and the chef's layering of various flavors in the meals. I will be back at El Churrasco with my family the next time I am in Gran Canaria without a doubt. I could not have been happier with the dining experience.

    Must have been one of my worst restaurant experiences. We got seated and they forgot us for 15 minutes. We didn't even receive a menu. Once we got a menu nobody came to get our order. We had to literally grab someone to get some attention, unlike other guests. We had to also ask for some bread three times. When we got our main course a lot of things went wrong there. Just to mention few, my man ordered medium rare and got a well done steak. The bread of my burger took a flight when I tried to cut it through because it was impossible to cut the bread (!!). It was that hard. On top of that they put on the AC on 16 degrees and directed it towards me so that cold air wouldn't come on other guests. I was really sad and upset and even asked them what the difference is between us and other guests? Our age, skin color or what? The only reason they get two stars is because the starters were really good and we got discount when we complained. I have never been treated this badly in a restaurant and unfortunately a small discount wasn't enough to not leave a review.

    You will not regret visiting El Churrasco. The staff, the service and the food is simply exemplary. Right up from starters to the, desserts, the menu winds an exquisite journey of culinary delight to one who chooses to undergo this lovely experience. The Iberico Jambon was a delight of taste, and cut and presented to perfection. The wine selection is amazing and the ambience is just perfect. This will definitely be chalked down as one of my most memorable meals. I am sorry but the food was attacked.. .before i cud get photographs. And no......the restaurant does not give u plates which are half full 😅

    We came to this place because it already had good reviews, and it did not disappoint us at all. Since it's a grill restaurant and even it's name means "the steak", we tried two different steaks and the grilled veal. The veal was great, if a bit hard to chew sometimes, and the steaks were amazing as well. We had the traditional ribeye and something with a Spanish name I can't recall, with bacon and onions, both medium rare. The staff was very professional and super polite, and the drinks were made by the book too. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone whole likes good quality steaks.

    I am giving 5 stats because the food was very delicious and there is nothing the could be done better in this regards. But i have to say, at some point, the service was very slow and not so attentive. I was not ask for another drink, and i had do fight for the attention when ordering the dessert. The receipt took also very long time.

    Great steak restaurant. We had chateuabriand which was seared and then carved at the table and seasoned. You were then free to cook the meat further (which was served blue) on a hot plate. Excellent steak accompanied by a very good Lanzarotean red. Service was efficient and discrete and the price was reasonable

    Das Restaurant an einer stark befahrenen Straße in der City bietet Fleisch vor allem aus Argentinien an. Die Weinkarte ist erfreulich gut bestückt. Zu dem sehr empfehlenswerten Châteaubriand wurden lauwarme latschige Pommes 🍟 serviert. Die gebrachten Weingläser waren leider ziemlich schmutzig. Der Guide Michelin führt das Restaurant nun auch nicht mehr auf, auch wenn am Eingang noch die Auszeichnung aus dem Jahr 2018 prangt. Eingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

    Great steakhouse. We ordered the ribeye and 90 day dry aged 1 kg steak that we were making on the spot while eating. The taste of the meat is phenomenal. The problem is the waiter that didn’t write down the order so he forgot half the order. That made us ask repetitively for the same thing but maybe he was just having a difficult day. The price is ok for what you get.

    Verstehe die guten Bewertungen ebenfalls nicht. Service nur ansatzweise vorhanden aber stets bemüht. Wein nicht richtig temperiert. Fleisch nicht Medium sondern Medium rare .Die Ofenkartoffel war trocken und geschmacklos. Auf das zurückgehen lassen des Fleisches haben wir aufgrund der hier beschriebenen Erfahrungen verzichtet. Ganz klar keine Empfehlung. Dann doch lieber das Schnitzel Hollandaise vom Uwe aus’m Parkhaus.

    On point cooked and tasty, easy to chew Matured Galician Blond rib eye. Price was per kg, but we had around 300-400 grams each. Delcious pimientos (2-3 very spicy ones, but it’s a roulette 😂). The staff was very helpful in wine picking and in explaining the differences between each beef options and managed to bring us the cut size we asked for. Turns out peninsula medium cooked beef = medium rare in canarian terms 😅. Good thing they told us. An overall great experience. One thing as a minus, would be the french fries since they were frozen and not fresh. Oh, and the deserts were tasty!

    Restaurant looks nice and staff is extremely helpfull and nice. Meat was good but not as good as expected looking at the quality of the restaurant and the prices. The taste was good but part of the Meat was not tender, for both of us.

    A really nice steak house in and a very comfortable environment. The service is second to none (5 star service). The drinks are good as well. I had the mushroom appetizer and the Angus burger. The mushrooms were fantastic. The buger was only okay. The meat was juicy but it was lacking in flavor.

    Steaks weren't bad, although presentation was hideous. Super basic looking fries next to the steak and nothing else. The waiters aren't easy to get hold of, even though there are a dozen of them around. However the biggest disappointment of the night was a false promise. It was my partner's birthday and I arranged in advance to have a birthday cake to be brought to us after the meal. I was told that I was in good hands. When we were at the place, I reminded the waiter about the arrangement while my partner was in the bathroom. We finished eating, nothing happened. I indicated to the waiter discreetly that it was time for the cake, no reaction. Indicated again, he thought I was asking for a bill. Starting coming towards us with a bill and I silently mouthed "cake", he went away only to come back with a card reader. When at the table I whispered in his ear "cake", which he finally understood and remembered, but at that point my partner already realised what was going on and it was no longer a surprise.

    We did not get to eat in the restaurant because they were fully booked . However the manager took our phone number to let us know in case of cancelation. What I highly appreciate that he actually called to let us know.. this does not happen often( my experience) so if you are ever in las palmas do visit this place where the staff have good manners.thank you..

    5 stars for the main course alone. We shared the chateubriand. Nice touch slicing it at the table. Grill is also brought to cook it to your liking. It was served with one of the best, punchy peppercorn sauces I have had and skinny fries. In terms of ambience, light were way too bright. Some servers were attentive, others were rude. There were a handful of wines on the back of the menu which we assumed was there entire selection as no one provided a wine list. We were disappointed to find out there were more on offer afterwards. Regardless, the house Rioja reserva was good.

    Incredible service, food was amazing. Steak cooked exactly how I asked for it (medium rare). Toilets were clean and beautiful. Staff were second to none and treated us like royalty. Edit: We went back again. Just as great! Added some more photos.

    As some write, one reason to end up here, are the nice reviews! Unfortunately i do not share these! The food is way too overpriced and the staff eager to have us as guests, but then it became a tired experience! No attention which resulted only an aperitif drink and a starter then we left the place! As for the price, we paid 24 euros for a Steak Tartare, (starter, 150 g) with crackers (bread and butter was paid for in the side) which makes it the most expensive Steak Tartare i have ever eaten on my travels! It was not a "wow experience", as it should be in this place! 2 starters, bread & butter and 2 cocktails ended up att 70 EUR! This restaurant does not live up to even having evidence to have that pricing!

    We ordered the chateaubriand for 2 people, with fries and 2 drinks. Before the food came they gave us bread and aioli. The service was amazing and the staff spoke very good English. It came to around €50 and was possibly the best steak we have had. You cook the steak to your liking on the coal hot plate.
