Very nice place. Protected from the street noise. Interior plants make the place very cosy. The restaurant aspires to be a high-end, tables with cloth runners, waiters in suits. The bread for the entry was freshly baked, but a bit dry. The cheese spread was great. The calmar with mojo and goat stew were top class. The rabbit was great too, the salad with langoustine we liked the least, there was a sort of medicine taste in the shrimps. The sizes were generous. Almendrado and black chocolate wrapped in thin crisp were delicious! The Canarian wine was great with some taste of muscat. Service was pleasant, though some dishes were served to the wrong people in our group. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

We enjoyed a splendid lunch here. The courtyard is an oasis of calm and a beautiful setting. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The lunch menu differs from the menus we saw online. It contains traditional Canarian dishes, and the food is refined and packed with taste. There are no vegetarian options among the main dishes, but there are among the dishes to share.

Excellent restaurant with a lovely historical location. Food with a focus on canarian cuisine and ingredients and nice change from the usual fayre. Also a large collection of canarian wine with waiters who aren't afraid to recommend. Unfortunately only got two photos as the food went too quick.

Great restaurant in a spectacular historic building - you will sit in a courtyard with colonial furniture and columns, in the shade of large plants. Simple menu with a few local starters, fish, mains and desserts and also very good Canarian and Spanish wine.

This is the best restaurant we’ve been to in Gran Canaria!!! Beautiful, wonderful service, fresh and delicious food, all the complaints are really don’t know from where… I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to eat well in nice atmosphere. Tatar from avocado and scallops is something worth everything!! And their homemade buns are sooo tasty!!

We booked Casa Montesdeoca for a business dinner for 40 people, the dishes were chosen in advance in close consultation with the owner. Gustavo was at our side at all times with help and advice. The food is of the highest quality, the staff is professional and attentive and the location of the restaurant in the old town is unique and beautiful. For all of us it was an all-round successful evening that could not have been better. Casa Montesdeoca is a MUST for anyone who wants to experience something unique in Gran Canaria.
