So we’ve literally tested more or less all restaurants nearby, feeling that not a single one could deliver. We’re so sad that we’ve just found this spot one our finals days at Gran Canaria. This is literally the best meat restaurant ever. You shouldn’t try anything else. You will be so disappointed and you will as we, regret that you didn’t go here first. Will we come back? Of course. Last day tomorrow and we wouldn’t miss such good food again. Too bad that they don’t do breakfast and lunch as well 😂🙏🏻 so yes I highly recommend anyone and everyone to enjoy this awesome restaurant and beyond perfect service.

Ordered table by chat. And also told i vantet the T-bone. So they saved one for me.Amasing meat, ate pirata beef yesterday. And t-bone today. Perfektly made bothe of them. And the spiceses is perfektly balanced. Ill go there tomorow as well. Realy good menue for the kids with beef.

This restaurant was an amazing experience! Very cool to be able to see everything cooked over open flames. The food was delicious! The chef seems very professional and the rest of his crew was very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

We ate at this restaurant twice during our holiday. They clearly take a lot of pride in their food and the service given, both of which were excellent. The sea view is also lovely.

Best place to eat meat in this area. Ate the 800g Tbone for main dish and the chocolate fondant for dessert. Both were fantastic. Reccomended for tourists

Contemporary steakhouse vibes serving exemplary meat (ribeye steaks for us). We ordered medium rare, and the steaks arrived perfectly cooked - the kitchen clearly know what they're doing with top quality produce. You can have sauces on the steaks, but in the words of the owner, 'with steaks this good you don't need sauces' - and we couldn't agree more! We had Canarian potatoes on the side, which were delicious with big salt flakes, and a big house salad, accompanied by a robust and flavoursome Ribera del Duero red wine. A must-visit for your stay in the area!

Super place for dinner if you’re anywhere in the vicinity! We went there twice in a week. The team are professional and personable and the whole place has a contemporary vibe that oozes with class and quality. If you’re lucky enough to meet the owner, you can find out about how his grandfather carved out the original Pirate Caves in the 1970s! The underground bar part is currently closed (and has been for some years) but the toilets are down there and worth checking - you can see the individual drill markings that make up this labour of love. What stands above the caves is an excellent restaurant, where the meats (and breads) are cooked over coals taken from a large open fire, the dishes are presented in a contemporary but not fussy way and the wine selection is perfect. You also have views over the bay from up here! This visit, we shared a goat’s cheese salad (full flavoured, vibrant with cheeky sweet accents) and I had the Tenderloin (absolutely charming piece of meat, cooked to a perfect medium rare, all smoky and caramelised with a good oozing cushion of blood…) which came with a cheeky coleslaw and some of the finest Canarian potatoes I’ve had. We had a selection of the traditional red and a vibrant, garlicky green sauces - both gorgeous. The house red was a Ribera del Duero Tempranillo, made with minimal intervention and biodynamic approaches, called AVANOAK It was excellent, we ended up having more than a bottle…

Had a wonderful Christmas Dinner here. Everything was great. Communication with booking was easy, service excellent, food cooked beautifully and atmosphere was chilled and relaxed. Will definitely return!

Excellent! The charcoall grill has a dominating presence over this place, and the scent of grilling meat makes your mouth water. Can recommend the tuna, meat skewers, rucola + goat cheese salad, garic prawns, and avocados with prawns. Delicious.

Delicious food, attentive waiters and good wine! What more can you ask for 😉 The pirate theme is quite fun without going too far. Can definitely recommend to try the Iberico secreto main, it was very good

Wanted to visit here for over 20 years and finally managed to get there. A bit of a puzzle to get inside, but their dog showed us the way. Good menu, bit pricey but it was our last night of the holiday, so we went all out. Friendly and helpful staff.

The Beef Filet Provenzal is an absolute stunner! With the Blau wine that they recommended it's a match made in heaven... Nice people and decent prices. We will visit them once more before we leave.

Tremendous meal on 2 occasions this holiday. Have eaten there on many occasions over the years and found the food to be delicious & well presented. Staff are very friendly along with the residential Border Collie Dog, who very patiently sits outside on the steps at the side of the restaurant looking for someone to play with her. Certainly would recommend this restaurant.
