Toller Strand mitten in der Inselhauptstadt. Nach einem ausgedehnten Stadtbummel lohnt es sich, den Strand aufzusuchen. Hier bekommt man kaum mehr etwas von den Abgasen und dem Verkehrslärm mit. Eine wahre Oase der Ruhe. Es gibt auch eine Promenade mit vielen Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften.

BE CAREFUL! There are living some homeless people on this beach who are trying to steal your things while you are in the water. I saw a big guy without hairs while I was in the water how he took my things while I was in the water. They are living next to the tennis places in tents, I marked it on the photo. Be careful and don’t leave your things unattended in the beach. PS: to the homeless belongs also another women and men

Stadtstrand mit vielen Sportmöglichkeiten aber nicht zum längeren Sonnenbaden geeignet. Aber ein guter Platz um Kreuzfahrtschiffe beim Ein-Auslaufen zu beobachten und schöne Fotos zu machen.

Central location, easy to reach. Perfect spot for meetups, sports, yoga and just relaxing at the beach. Very good for watching the sunrise!

Nice and quiet place especially for family with kids ...

Great for water sports like kayaking, you can also play football and sunbathe. I prefare Canteras beach for swimming which is 20min walk away, it has facilities like showers and sunbathe chairs.

Schöner Strand. Allerdings direkt hinter einer Hauptstrasse mit Blick auf den Segelyachthafen. Nicht so gut besucht. Schön zum Chillen. Nachmittags Beachvolleyball von Einheimischen im hinteren Bereich.

Amazing beach, the sand, whether and the people are great

When you have a windy day at playa de Las Canteras you can come here, it is very calm.

A clean well kept public beach, levelled every morning by a tractor, showers for cleaning after being in the sea/sand. Cordened off area for bathers and life guard tower though not sure how often it is manned. Anchored out on yacht.

Tranquil city beach next to the port. Very local and with quite a few people camping. More calm then Las Canteras, so good to avoid the crowd, but not very clean.

It is a small quiet beach. The facilities are however quite old and unattended.

Nice little harbour Beach for the little ones if there is to much waves along Las Canteras Beach. Play structure, volley ball and basketball. Kayaking school by beach as well.

Place where you can make sport, meet interesting people, make slackline and what is the most important the beach is almost all the time empty. In my opinion the best beach in Las Palmas to relax.

The beach for the pro. No, really, most people visiting this extremely well-kept beach are there to enjoy some kind of aquatic activity - sailing, surfing, contest- swimming etc. Virtually no holiday-makers.

Views are not impressive but the water is clean and there are no waves, so it is not bad at all..

Industrial feeling mixed with some sandy beach, pretty close to busy highway and port for the rich also here you can observe some giant ships moving cargo

Very well positioned beach area with good sand and an alternative to Las Canteras

Nice clean beach, volleyball net, and goals to use. Drinks hut, selling soft drinks, coffee and beer.....
