The best beach in Gran Canaria. Great food all around. Clean toilet and shower facilities. Great for families. There is a lovely walk from the beach into Puerto Rico.

Beautiful beach! Lots of space and sunbeds €12 for 2 sunbeds and an umbrella for the day so not too steep! Plenty of cheap beer too but my advice on the cheap food is to not bother we had a burger and chips for 5.50 and it was not good! All the beachfront restaurants seem to be pretty much the same. Sea was a little chilly this time of year but its clean and a lovely beach. Recommended if you're in the Amadores.

Amadores beach is charming and beautiful , one of most beautiful Beaches on this side of island. Surrounded with restaurants, great Hotels and Beautiful Plants , will stay in your memories for long time ! Water sports, also available in area. To be fully appreciated,I recommend to go up the hill and wait for Sundown 🌞 for Jaw dropping view. Walk around it to spot many unusual tropical plants.

Lovely yellow sand beach with jetty walk below the cliffs with hotel above the main road. Plenty of shops and restaurants and toilets available for a small fee. Lots of sun loungers and parasols to hire and foot showers to use. It was very busy and lots of people swimming so hard to take photos. Pedalos and slide boats to hire and inflatable water play area.

Absolutely beautiful beach, but just wanted to warn visitors that there's a rope barrier with buoys in the water dividing the shallower water and the deeper sea - DO NOT touch it if you go swimming on this beach! I got a very painful reaction from the seaweed attached to the buoys, and the doctor said she's seen the same thing happen a lot. Stunning beach, had a fantastic time, but stay away from the rope in the middle of the sea!!

One of the pretiest beaches in Gran Canaria. Well worth the visit. Free public parking with lots of spaces available, although it can be very busy at times. Good selection of restaurants around.

One of the prettiest beaches on the island. The water was crystal clear and the sand was smooth. The whole beach was clean as well and you could easily find a spot to park your car. On weekends it’s a bit crowded but if the weather is nice, it’s totally understandable. Would definitely come back.

Playa de Amadores is a true paradise on earth. The crystal-clear blue waters and soft golden sand make it one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The stunning views of the surrounding cliffs add to the already breathtaking scenery, making it a perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The beach is well-maintained, with clean facilities and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making visitors feel right at home. The water activities available, such as swimming, snorkeling, and paddleboarding, are a great way to explore the gorgeous waters and marine life. As the sun sets, the beach transforms into a magical place with the beautiful colors of the sky reflecting on the water. It's a perfect spot to watch the sunset while sipping a refreshing drink or enjoying a delicious meal. Overall, Playa de Amadores is a must-visit destination for anyone traveling to Gran Canaria. Beauty of the beach combined with the excellent facilities and activities available make it an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful beach, worth spending time here, clear water so clean you can see the small fish, great place for sunbathing (always use sunscreen!)and white big grain sand, few rocks here and there but plenty of space for everyone. (other beaches have small dark brown and black volcanic sand). The only down side is that everyone, even the locals love this beach and it takes ages to find a parking spot even tough there's an underground parking lot (it's not free but it's cheap!).

A much nicer beach compared to the ones at maspalamas and Las Palmas. Nice and clean with luxury resorts nearby. Perfect for swimming and sunbathing. Eateries are very close by as well. Ample parking space is also a plus.

Beautiful beach, lots of sun. Waters are very clear. The beach itself is very tidy with bins, sunbeds, toilets facilities and disabled access. Plenty of shops and restaurants along the front. Lots of taxis and bus stop to pick you up and drop off. Its a must visit, especially if its your first time.

Crystal clear water with white sand. Idyllic beach destination. Remember to have some money for sunbed if you interested : €4 for sunbed per person plus €4 for umbrella only in cash. Fully recommend 🔥☀️

The sunbed assistant acts terribly with the guests. Extremely rude and unpolite. He kept approaching us and stated we didn`t pay for the sunbeds even we had the tickets. After he asked them and brole them in front of us. The beach is nice but the service of the sunbeds is awful.

Playa de amadores is between playa de Puerto Rico and playa de Morgan. It's a nice man made beach many locals go here. The water is clear just beware if you're not a great swimmer it's sandy then sadden drop (dip) don't go to the water barrier, the inflatable water obstacle is great for older kids (great swimmer). Few other water sports for adults and kids

Beautiful beach, chose to walk round from peurto rico, good establishments along the front. Just be mindful 60 cents for toilet facilities but they were very clean. Sunbeds 12 euros for two beds and an umbrella. Beautiful clear water.

Without a question, this is the best beach in the whole Grand Canaria. All others have issues like, sewers, no parking, algae in the water but this one doesn’t have a single problem. The water’s quality is quite high! Additionally, there is plenty of free parking space, and 2 sun lounger and an umbrella cost only €12 - all day (10-18:00). There are also some local restaurants with reasonable food and drinks near by (big beer €2.5, mojitos €5, etc).

(Translated by Google) Granted - there are worse beaches than Playa de Amadores. But compared to other beaches on Gran Canaria there are significantly nicer ones. The rear boundary through a closed row of cafes and bars looks monotonous and unimaginative. The almost closed bay has hardly any waves and is therefore also suitable for children and less skilled swimmers, but there is hardly any water exchange. The buildings on the slopes with large castles are not as dense as in Puerto Rico, for example, and attempts have sometimes been made to adapt the architecture to natural conditions. The free parking lot near the beach is positive. There is a small mini golf course.

(Translated by Google) Beach approx. In the photos it looks fabulous, this green water is caused by algae. It's not that great when you swim in them. But the sand is very nice, lots of space, swimming in the bay so the water is calm, almost no waves. Of course, bars and so on, everything is there. And free parking. (Original) Plaża ok. Na zdjęciach wygląda bajkowo, ta zielona woda to przez glony. Jak się w nich pływa to już nie jest takie super.
