Love the shape of this building, certainly stands out from the crowd. Perfectly positioned near the cruise port and lots of shops. A lot bigger version of the strathallen hotel in Birmingham but a lot better views and a lot warmer weather👍🇪🇸

A clean and comfortable hotel. Initial impression was poor, as I arrived with a heavy suitcase, only to find that reception is on the first floor and can only be accessed by two long stone outside staircases. I found a cargo lift behind the hotel and called it via the call button. A receptionist arrived, called the lift - but warned me that as a freight lift you have to hold down the button inside the lift throughout- - if you release the button the lift stops. After this inauspicious start, things were much better - staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms are well - equipped. Overall a very enjoyable experience, food and drink good quality and reasonably priced. Probably best avoided though if you are either disabled or carrying heavy and bulky luggage.

Our stay at the hotel was far from pleasant. Loud music disrupted our sleep from midnight until 4 in the morning. Seems there is a disco in front of the hotel. The sound isolation is bad. In addition, our stay was disappointing as the overall condition of the hotel fell short of Marriott’s usual standards. The state of the hotel was not reflective of the quality I have come to expect from Marriott establishments especially considering the cost of the room and extra cost for parking (16,50 a day).

As a Titanium member of Bonvoy, they did not disappoint! Junior Suite was very comfortable and spacious. Shame we didn't stay longer.

Very good Marriott brand Hotel. The staff at the front desk were really helpful and friendly. I got recognize as a titanium member and got a room upgrade which was very nice. A suite with a nice view. Service is perfect, location is convenient. The restaurant is a bit weird tho, i wanted to drink a cocktail but every day, they said " no cocktails tonight"

5 Stars all around! What a great hotel to stay in. The room provided was as reserved, very spacious and cozy. Bed was very comfortable, admin processes were very quick. Staff super friendly and helpful. The beach and other waterfront related activities are walking distance. There is a big mall across the street as well and a bus stop in case you want to right further for anything in particular...would definitely stay here again!

An old hotel in the center of the city, I think it has recently been renovated because I see some new stuff inside. It has comfortable rooms, a nice buffet breakfast on the top floor overlooking the whole of Las Palmas port and a 24 hour room service. The view from the rooms can be breathtaking if you are high enough and on the correct side of the building.

The only good things that I can say about this hotel is the helpful and friendly staff and the location. This hotel should not be rated as a 4 star, it's far from that considering what you r paying. I am frequent traveler and have stayed at many 4, or 5 star hotels. The rooms are small, old, mold in the bathtub, bathrooms, they have wall papers in the bathrooms considering the humidity is not a good choice. The breakfast is served on the 23rd floor, it has a great view of the city but it's to small to accommodate the number of the guests . We couldn't get in one morning because there were too many people there and we couldn't find table. Finally shout out to Eber at the front desk who was extremely helpful!

Staff excellent. Liked the hotel location, but a few problems. Breakfast - hot plates for bacon etc were cold so food cold. Short on hot water for teas. Breakfast ends at 1030 prompt and the food is removed almost immediately. Also, swimming pool is on the roof. The lifts stop at floor 23 then there are 52 stairs to negotiate, so not really properly accessible.

This isn't marriott worthy anymore. Hotel and room's are outdated, maintenance is lacking, Breakfast is very minimal. Only hot food are omelette's and sausage's. Often boiled eggs and orange jus aren't restocked or unavailable.

Overall experience was ok but considering the price we were not amazed. We stayed for a week in the middle of january. The location was the best thing! We walked everywhere. Beach, restaurants, nearest good shopping centre (2,4km) were all in a walking distance. When we arrived almost all the corners and the edges of the wall in our room were full of dirt and dust. Air conditioning was not the best. Noises from outside were really loud. The bathroom kept all the humidity inside it and therefore there were cracks in the ceiling. Also the wallpaper in the bathroom had nasty stains on it. Toilet seat was so close to the wall so that if you are a little taller, you don’t fit to sit on the toilet properly. Bedsheets were fresh. The room did not have bathrobes or a flat iron which we would’ve liked to have. The pool area was quite small and the pool is not heated ( we visited in january). Also the ”grass” in the pool area was full on dirt. We did not eat breakfast at hotel because the price (18€/person) seemed unreasonable. We ate dinner at the hotel once and that was a 2/5 experience. The restaurant was cozy but the menu was really limited and the food was not tasty in our opinion. Restaurant staff seemed to be in a hurry (although there were not much people) and were not that polite. All the other staff (cleaners and reception) were polite and made us feel comfortable.

Nice hotel close to town center. Rooms a little out dated for this time, but very clean and well look after. Top bar also has a restaurant and while dinning a group of drinkers can spoil the romantic fun.

This is a crime to the landscape of Gran canaria. It looks like an abandoned dystopian prison has popped out of nowhere. The municipality should be ashamed and the architect as well. Thanks for ruining the view.

Terrific service! Always pleasantly greeted and given an upgrade to spectacular views. Very conveniently located ...just a few min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops.

The hotel is in a high tower. When you have luck you get a room in a higher stage. From there you have a great view. But in some parts the hotel looked a bit like the renovation was cheap. The location is nice. Rooms are okay and seems clean. 4 stars in Spain are not 4 stars in Germany.

I was 2 days in that hotel. View from room is amazing! Dinner and breakfast served like buffet (good taste and everybody can choose something for himself). Lunch from card (also tasty). Room are big and comfortable with fridge, TV. Located close to beach. Have swimming pool on roof, gym on 24rh floor and restaurant on 23rd floor with very nice view. People friendly and speak English. Prices are good. Only small problem with WiFi (from time to time lost signal) but when is working it is fast and in each room. Very good place to stay in Las Palmas.

Best place to enjoy a delicious breakfast, lunch, or dinner while indulging a panoramic view or sipping on a refreshing drink. Excellent service and the soothing melodies of live jazz every first Thursday of the month.

Can't really speak to the rooms, but the staff was good enough to let us jump on their wifi (we are bonvoy members) to phone home. We rode the elevator to the restaurant at the top where the view was outstanding. Location was great for us as it was near the port.

Rooms were fine, only downfall is parking is not in the building, it's separate and you have to pay a daily rate.

Rooms are small. the wifi connection is poor. Glass door to the bathroom with no lock or privacy. No stools or table on the balcony and noise between Rooms and hallway. But the staff is helpful and nice Rooms are clean. 55" TV good beds. Perfect for a short business trip not vacation

Technically not a review as I have not stayed. But I was struck by the fact that breakfast for 7 nights was an additional 400 euros

Iconic hotel with good location close to the beach. Rooms worn and old, smelling with sewage and mold. Breakfast porely organised, when crouded everything runs out and the staff can't keep up.

I have been traveling for years, and mostly rented B&B s, but this year my boyfriend wanted to go fancy . Unfortunately, this expensive hotel left me with a rash and a bad itchiness. There's cockroaches in the toilet and room. Last night we have found one in bed and couldn't sleep all night . Also, there's no extractor or ways to dry the bathroom after showering hence the humidity attracts the bugs on a month like December. Food is expensive, but at least tue staff is nice . I would not recommend it .

Best for us. Travelled with family member. We came back after six weeks from our previous visit. Got the best service from reception. Best regards to them who recognize. Will be back in the autumn again👍🏼

AC didn’t work. There were mosquitoes in the room. The bathroom had a sewer smell. Good location to visit the historic Center of the city, but too far away of the city beach and other touristic places.

As is inherent in any tall skinny round tower building, you're pretty defined by - and limited by - the architecture. This hotel is no exception to this rule. Worse, it's location, which does lead to some great views of the mall and the harbor past the mall, is sandwiched between two narrow one way streets. It feels decidedly unwelcoming. That said the staff are great and it's very very affordable.

Wonderful hotel, next to the port, the center of the town and las canteras beach, not far from the historical centre 🏖️ wonderful location! Big, comfortable, clean room with super view! Great breakfast and delightful lunch or dinner in a cozy restaurant with fantastic views! Two parking places in walking distance. I truly recommend it ❤️

Nice hotel, nice rooms with plenty of space for the bed table and chairs. Fridge, coffee machine with complimentary water and coffee daily. Lovely views from the restaurant, rooftop pool and gym. The breakfast was excellent. Only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and seafront. I would definitely stay again.

Nice view but a bit worn down for a marriott owned property. The shower was lukewarm at best... For almost 400 euro a night i expect better guys...

Good hotel, with very comfortable rooms. Nice staff. Breakfast is ok, but I think it is expensive for what you get. I think it is €18, and is a cold buffet.
