We
stay
in
this
hotel
already
for
2,5
months
in
a
row
in
the
same
room,
we
wanted
to
change
rooms
with
a
better
view.
We
asked
the
reception
to
arrange
that,
and
on
1
dec.
extended
our
stay,
due
of
business
for
another
1,5
month,
the
room
they
told
us
was
available
per
12
dec.
We
where
informed
later
that
the
room
was
not
available
on
30
and
31
dec,
so
must
leave
that
room.???
On
12
dec
we
wanted
the
change,
the
staff
employe
told
us
that
we
could
stay
in
that
room
till
20
dec???
then
we
had
to
move.
We
asked
if
she
could
arrange
that
we
stay
in
the
room,
that
was
not
possible
because
it
was
booked??
On
my
suggestions
how
to
arrange
that,
she
was
not
willing
to
help
and
was
even
rude.
We
are
customers
for
4
months
in
a
row,
that
will
make
us
Titanium
members,
so
think
this
was
not
really
customer
friendly
behavior.
The
reception
ppl.
are
great
and
very
helpful,
but
the
staff
can
do
way
better.
Our
company
use
this
hotel
group,
world
wide,
for
all
their
employees,
and
our
CEO
is
a
personal
friend
of
the
CEO
who
owns
this
hotel
group.
Now
we
stay
in
same
room,
same
view,
for
4
months.
We
expected
some
better
customer
service.
