It has this extra zing to it, rooms are very different than what you're used to. It's truly a home away from home, right next to all the amenities. Breakfast could have been better but that's just a little scratch on an overall great experience.

πŸ‡³πŸ‡± The hotel was fine, nice room good location. BUT after 2pm there is no reception. Self check in, after a few days cigarettes and money were stolen from the room. The hotel said nothing about it and told us sorry but it hadn't been their co-worker. πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™€οΈ WE DID NOT FEEL SAFE!

Excellent value for money and the standard is higher than expected. The staff is polite. Only remark is that it is a bit crowded inside.

Very Nice. Super helpfull booking an extra night. They have a good transfer deal to the airport for only 35€. We paid over 10€ more by the meter going to the hotel

The hotel room is good but is noisy as it is above restaurants. The service is bad. They don't have 24*7 assistance plus even during the day there is no one at the reception. My toilet flush was broken and I wasn't offered to swap rooms. There was a bug in the shower area. Overall it was a bad experience. The only good thing about the hotel is its location, it is near the beach, bus station and other tourist areas.

If you have any intimate plan with a partner, that's not your hotel. Rooms are quite narrow, beds are single beds with fluffy matrass and a more fluffy mat on top. Bathrooms are decent with a big shower. Cleaning is a issue as far as they are cleaning only every two days. We had a nice rubbish sack in the corridor for a whole day. Position is very central and close to taxi and bus stops. No way to sleep on Friday and Saturday because two karaoke bar just down the hotel windows.

Spent two nights in one of the penthouse rooms on the top floor with access to a terrace and the roof terrace. The welcome on arrival was helpful and friendly. Room was excellent and great to have kettle, fridge microwave and hob. The beds were really comfortable. Well designed and spotless. The location is great, very close to the beach. The hotel backs on to a park lined with bars and cafes. It’s lively and noisy but a really relaxed atmosphere. We enjoyed having the roof terrace to chill out above all the busyness but also being able to step outside just 10 metres for a relaxing breakfast or coffee or evening drink in the park. Great option for a short or longer stay.

Good location, fair price. No free parking, I recommend Padre Cueto 24hr garage €15.50 per day. The hotel is noisy, you hear other people in their rooms, especially on one night, it seemed like they were moving furniture around at 01.00 am. Then there is the glass bottle bank just outside the hotel, where (also at around 12.30-01.00 am) staff of the bar and club nearby empty their containers of empty bottles into it. Make sure you bring EU plugs, there are no USB sockets in the room. Furthermore, the rooms are clean, it has a little kitchenette with a microwave, a kettle and some crockery. There is an iron and an iron board. Tip: when you check in late, there is a machine in the lobby that you need to use to get your room key. Not specifically difficult, unless you don't scan your passport properly!

Small cosy room. Very comfortable beds. Extremely friendly staff. Very good location, nearby the park and in a very short walk from the seafront and all the restaurants.

The hotel was near the beach and the rooms were big and nice. In the attic room there was a big fridge - a big plus, because we made our own breakfast. Was there mould in the shower walls? Maybe... Moitittua Β· The room on the park side was very noisy because of the restaurants below. If you do not want to be up late, do not make reservations to the park side. On the other side is street and the trashes - especially bottles noise when throwing a way made a quite a noise. I will not choose this one anymore

A really lovely hotel, great staff who are extremely friendly and very helpful. Super clean rooms, serviced well every day. Fantastic location yet very quiet. Great little extras like a free safe in the room, a hair dryer and a fridge. A good choice for breakfast served until mid day. Great private roof terrace for guests and a chic little rooftop bar also owned by the hotel next door - highly recommend the gin and tonic.

The customer service that I received whilst staying here was the best that had experienced in Las Palma's over the 5 days. Thank you to Joana and the team. You are all so welcoming. However, as I am a very light sleeper, I found the ambient hustle and bustle from the Santa Catalina restaurants, live music, happy party people, garbage collections and glass disposals in the early hours just to loud. I even tried ear plugs! I would still highly recommend this boutique hotel as the deluxe room that was in, was really lovely. So if you don't mind a little atmospheric noise, the Bed and Chic Hotel is for you. There is an open air seating area upstairs on the third floor which is quite inviting.

Clean, friendly hotel good location.Breakfast is the worst we have ever had because the lack of choice extra price €1.80 extra if English breakfast is choosen?? . It is not an English breakfast its a hand full of scrambled egg with 1 piece of thin streaky bacon on top or a hot dog sausage. To be eaten outside I am looking down now At the breakfast guest's sat in their coats.

It is a 3 star boutique hotel. We arrived after midnight and got an access code to the door so we could get into our room. The room was very nice and clean and the bed and pillows were very comfy. The hotel staff was very helpful and friedly. The breakfast was basic but tasteful and enough to strive until luch. The hotel is very well located near the Santa Catailna park. The coast is 5 minutes by walk, the local bus station, hop on and off bus and taxi station is nearby ,very-very close to the hotel. If I wanted to return to this hotel in the future? Yes, sure.

Great hotel, spacious rooms each thoughtfully designed, taking into consideration the original design features of the buildings the hotel occupies. Friendly and helpful staff fluent in multiple languages makes getting directions easy. Close to shopping, parks and many local area features. Definitely worth checking out if you find yourself around Las Palmas.

Very cozy and hip boutique hotel in the center of Las Palmas. Very good location, just next to a park, with good public transport accessibility. Rooms are quite big, everything in good working order, all equipment nice and comfortable. Cleanliness good. All personnel in the hotel very helpful, forthcoming and nice. Receptionists will gladly offer advice with regards to where to eat, what to see, and what to do around the island. They will also make reservations in restaurants on your behalf and give you recommendations on how to save some money with the busses, etc. Thanks to the hotel's location, it can be bit noisier during the night. The hotel has two rooftop terraces. One is private for hotel guests, and you can bring your own food and drinks and just relax there, with some nice views. The other terrace is a cocktail bar, and is open to general public. The breakfast in the hotel is served 07:30 - 12:00. There is no buffet, you can select from one of three options. As a boutique hotel, it is outside the standard stars system. I'd rate it as something between 3 and 4 stars, however. I can gladly recommend the hotel for couples or small groups of travellers, but I don't think it's the best option for children.
