Rooftop bar is very cool! Price is ok but worth the view! Waiter was super friendly and spoke German!

Highly recommended! Spotless Clean, well designed room and superb location! Only stayed for one night, wish we could stay longer. Breakfast was also amazing! We asked for a sea view room but we could only see it from the corner of the balcony. We were on the first floor so the view was mostly blocked by the tree. However we were not fuzzy about it. The balcony was small but cozy. My partner and I had fun hanging out there at night. The rooftop bar is pretty awesome, we checked it after we checked it. It runs between 4-11pm, has two floors so plenty of seats. Fantastic view overlooking the beach. What a shame we couldn’t make more use of it. One thing worth mentioning that, despite we stayed on the first floor and very close to the busy street, the sound proof from the window was pretty good. We barely heard anything at night. However, they method is kinda annoying. Looks like they take money through sending links which I personally find it inconvenient. They didn’t inform us in advance so I wasn’t feeling comfortable to pay via a random link through a text they sent me. They tried to contact me through the website I used for booking. The links were in Spanish and expired before I could pay then they stopped replying. Had to call them to confirm booking and payment at the hotel. That part wasn’t leaving me a good impression.

Hatten die Bar im 8. Stock besucht, kleiner enger Fahrstuhl, die Ausstattung und Aussicht ist schön . Pinnacolada 9 Euro mit sehr viel Eis , 3 mal am Strohhalm gezogen und weg war er. Service so lala . Da nutze ich lieber die vielen Alternativen an der Promenade. Vorteil wenig Betrieb oben da viele nur einmal kommen .

We had one night in this hotel. However two things made our time not pleasant: - cleaning of room needs some improvements (several black hair on the pilow and full floor of the hair in the bathroom - disgusting!!!) - there was strong noise from the rooftopbar and from the coridor behind our door - paying for extra room brings extra noise :( Terase in the room was amazing with spectacular views to the beach. Quality of the food at the breakfast was very good. Receptionist was very helpful and kind! PS. You can park your car in the nearby garage Albareda Canteras

The hotel was clean and everything was new. We loved the little rooftop bar and enjoyed our breakfast there once. Internet was 10/10 & so was the smart TV. :) I would've loved if the hotel offered room service (the restaurant closes early on Sunday which is not convenient) and if there was a small gym. :) Would've preferred one big bed, instead of two single ones presented as one. Also, on our last day I noticed the blanket covers were torn in several places. Service was ok, although I am not extremely satisfied with the car rental company Tirma. We were not told that we are being charged for them to bring the car to our hotel. We had no issues picking it up ourselves to be honest. They have a good deal with a nearby parking lot and more affordable prices than regular customers. What really bugged me is that the signs at breakfast (explanation of the food) were all mismatched. Quite confusing. There is a supermarket, a pharmacy, some bars etc nearby. And the beach is right there, although we used to drive to the other side of the island for our beach activities, it's convenient for others.

The hotel is extremely well located at the far end of the beach, away from the less pleasant touristy parts of the strip. The rooftop bar had amazing views with great music, snacks and drinks, highly recommend watching the sunset here. The room was very clean, modern and very spacious. The welcome note on the TV was a lovely touch. The guy at the reception was super nice, he even called the restaurant to make a reservation for me. The whole experience was refreshing especially because I had a terrible stay in another hotel nearby and decided to move to aloe canteras last minute. It would have been the perfect stay but the AC stopped working at night and started blowing warm air, there is no phone in the room and calling reception through the app didn't work. There is no soundproofing and you can hear everything, the cleaning staff was super loud especially. It's impossible to sleep in. Overall I'd still recommend this hotel as it is very good value for your money and if I come back to Gran Canaria, I'd probably stay here again!

Came in with the wrong dates reservation. Thankfully, they had one last room for us! And were gracious enough to refund us for the wrong reservation, even if it was non- refundable.

Very good hotel with service and room, the location is very good as it is right next to beach and in the centre of town, don't expect view because of this

Excellent location, couldn't be better. There's a grocery store right behind the corner. Rooms were clean, thou balconies were a little bit too small, but on the other hand, they provided just a fantastic view, the beach, the ocean, that magnificent hilly area on the left side of the beach. On the balcony, I took a bunch of pictures with the tripod at the night time using my big zoomable lenses, sunsets pics, photos of the mountain in distance etc. But you need a room that offers the view I'm talking about. If you get a room that offers a view just the wall of the opposite building, ask the clerk if there's any chance to switch the room to better if you wanna enjoy those most beautiful sunsets from which Las Palmas is famous. Housekeepers were very polite and friendly, always said 'hola!' to you. Breakfast was absolutely worth every penny. I wasn't hungry until around 7-8pm. There's was no kitchen in my room, some of the rooms has the kitchen i think, but it would've been nice to have a kitchen 'cos there is an excellent fresh market hall very close to the hotel, and they sell everything which is fresh. 1 one more thing. There's a bus stop about a 1 minute walk from the hotel. Check out Las Palmas Bus Schedule and you can take a bus pretty much everywhere in the city, esp the mountain area on the left. The ticket costs 1.70€, regardless of whether you drive between one stop or all the way to the final stop (e.g up in the mountains). Thank you Hotel Aloe Canteras stuff for all the memories I got during my stay in your hotel. Volveré! Muchísimas gracias! Nos vemos! 💜

Our room did not have a good view, but they have a bar at last floor with view to the whole shore open early in the morning to night. You can take your own breakfast (even their buffet breakfast) there. Bed was two separate bed attach to each other, it was really annoying. Hotel has a great location. Staff really nice, and helpful. Maybe having a coffee or tea at night in the room could make it interesting. Also, we could simply hear what is happening in other floors. But, it is the same as many apartment in europe 😀.

This place is honestly just perfect. The location is central to everything, right on Las Canteras beach. Taxi rank just a few steps away, farmacy right on the door step. Near to supermarkets and shops. The reception are; polite, helpful and welcoming. The restaurant have just the amazing staff, they are, professional and friendly and the food is just georgous, and so value for money.. You literally don't have to move out of this place.. It has it all. But what really make this place is the staff. I can honestly say this is my favourite place in Las Palmas.. Thank you all ❤️ us English ladies will be back ❤️

+ Friendly staff, convenient location, affordable price - Sub par room maintenance, odd smell in the room, average quality breakfast served in a basement, single elevator for 8 floor building with public terrace

We reserved a room with sea view and got a view in front of a building. You are only able to see the sea from the corner of the balcony. Very disappointing because we paid extra for it. The rooms were modern and clean though.

We spent 2 consecutive winter holidays here and would have loved to spend a 3rd one, if we’d found an available room. The hotel is extremely clean, modern, the beds are comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly.
