One star only because of clean room . The manager was unbelievably rude and disrespectful as he was threatening us that he is going to kick us out if we don't wear a mask as we were there from the UK ,we didn't know that they still wear a face covering and I told the guy that I would get a mask if I'd knew but he was just keeping being rude and aggressive so eventually we had to check out after half an hour because of his behaviour but luckily for us,we got a better place with a swimming pool with a better price and a nicer view and ofcourse better attitude. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I stayed at this hotel in January 2024, and my overall experience in the city center was quite enjoyable. The convenience of being able to walk everywhere added to the positive aspects of my stay. The staff was notably friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, it's essential to mention that there were ongoing renovations within the hotel during my visit. Upon entering the room, I noticed, as depicted in the photos, that plastic had been hastily installed on the windows. The purpose was to shield the rooms from technicians working on exterior renovations. While I was informed during check-in that construction activities would commence each morning from 10 am, to my disappointment, the work actually began at 8 am. This early disruption was unexpected and affected the quality of my stay. In hindsight, receiving advance notice of potential disturbances due to renovations at the time of booking would have been appreciated. During my departure, I brought up the inconvenience with the receptionist, hoping for some form of acknowledgment or gesture, perhaps an offer or a consideration for future stays. Unfortunately, there was no effort made in this regard. It's regrettable as such gestures often go a long way in mitigating any inconvenience caused to guests. Despite the pleasant aspects of the hotel and its location, the unanticipated disturbance and the lack of proactive resolution make it unlikely for me to consider returning.

The best hotel I've stayed at. If I'll ever find myself on Gran Canaria again, I'll know where to head. We made a phone call for room at the airport, we were given a cheap price and instructions on how to reach hotel. We were expected at the hotel and service was friendly. We paid by cash, credit card was requested but eventually we were able to stay without one. Room was fabulous, beds terrific. Highly recommended.

Great location for the bus station and shops. The hotel is very nice and clean with very comfotable beds. Only comment is tea and coffee facilities would be very welcome in the room.

Great hotel with great service. The value for money was great. We arrived quite early and the receptionist was very helpful to find a room which was ready for us to be able to have a shower and rest after a very early morning flight. The room itself was really well laid out and my only "complaint" is the cooling system which was either all or nothing. Probably really good for the hot summer months. It was really very minor. Breakfast was really good and with a view of Las Palmas. If I needed to come back to Las Palmas, this hotel would be my first choice.

Very nice hotel with super comfortable King Size bed and strong shower. All very clean and all the staff and cleaners were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a perfect location near pedestrianised streets and the old town and lots of great cafes, restaurants and bars and directly opposite a nice park. It is a short cab or bus ride to the city beaches or a 50 minute walk. This is a view from our fourth floor balcony.

Everything exceeded our expectations, the room, the beds, the shower, the customer service, the personal, the breakfast, everything!! I would definitely repeat and recommend.

Great stay for a shopping trip. Liked · Great central location. A comfortable room with a double bed. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Safely locked car park nearby (150m) 14€ a night extra. Unfortunately, we did not receive the park view we requested. Disliked · Unfortunately, there were no additional blankets in the room, so I woke up cold at night. We were only there for one night. If not, I would have asked for an additional blanket. We were going to bring our labrador; however, the extra charge for dogs is 20€ a night.

I am very happy for my reservation to this hotel. Staff are nice and helpful, room is clean, bed is comfortable. I have everything basic I need my stay. Morning buffet breakfast is on 6/F, the top floor of this building, we can enjoy stunning morning ocean view and the city view. Hotel locates at the old town of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, restaurant and shopping are close by. I travelled by my own for work. It cost Euro 27 from airport to hotel by taxi for 30 mins. I feel safe and convenient for all. Definitely recommend this hotel to others. From here to new town with bigger shopping place takes 10 mins taxi charged about Euro 6 - 6.5/ride. Nice!

A very clean hotel besides the shopping and business district of Las Palmas. My wife and I loved the interior. It was outstandingly well designed and we enjoyed our stay. The people working here were competent and helped us. The breakfast was ok but nothing special. There was a buffet and a good view to the sea and town. The location is good if you want to enjoy the lively city life of Las Palmas. During our stay unfortunately no parking slots were available, although during booking it looked like there is. Finding a parking slot is stressful if you are not accustomed to narrow streets and a lot traffic. We booked for 4 nights and wanted to change it afterwards, since we had other expectations of the location. The hotel helped us in changing our booking. But unfortunately it required some effort and involvement of booking. I would expect more experience in dealing with tourists. Overall very clean and good. But the experience with parking and booking change has room for improvement.

Fantastic location just a few minutes walk from the shopping area and the sea front across the road. Friendly and helpful reception and excellent cleaning with fresh towels daily. Delicious breakfasts overlooking San Telmo park every day. Highly recommended. Underground parking also only a short walk away.

The rooms were large, modern and clean (suite). At the reception we were given information on all questions and good advice for our holiday stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked for 2 weeks without meals and only occasionally had breakfast in the hotel. Breakfast was fine, but we also enjoyed having breakfast in one of the cafes in the nearby pedestrian zone. There is a small park in front of the hotel where there was live music during our stay. The pedestrian zone starts directly behind it, and the old town can be reached on foot in 10 to 15 minutes. Under the park there is an underground car park where we could park our car for 7,95€ / 24h. All in all, a recommendable hotel if you want to get to know Las Palmas.

The Sercotel Parque Hotel in Las Palmas was amazing. The location was absolutely ideal as it was just a few minutes walk from the main street of Triana, just a two-minute walk to the ocean esplanade, maybe about a 10-minute stroll to some of the main tourist sights like Santa Ana Cathedral, and the bus station is literally right out the front door. The staff was incredible: friendly, thoughtful, helpful, and professional, and they will greet you with a smile every day when you depart and arrive back. The breakfast was also fantastic and they had an impressive variety of options considering it was advertised as a continental breakfast. It was also extremely clean from the lobby to the room to the dining area to the gym. I tremendously enjoyed my stay here and would hope to stay there again should I return.

The hotel was exceptional. Position to get there from the bus station is perfect and also to see the city sights. Hotel was spotless and we had an amazing view from our balcony over-looking the park. Breakfast was also exceptional quality and we felt that it was an excellent hotel for the price we paid. Would definitely recommend and want to go back.

Check in seemed smooth but later in the day another guest was given a key to my room which could obviously put the security of my money, documents and property at risk. The computer room was not signposted ,locked and the computers not on. Eventually the staff resolved the issues but i did expect better from Sercotel. The stay was rescued by location close to the bus station for the airport.

This hotel is amazing, the views at breakfast across the Parque San Telmo. The bus terminus is just a few footsteps away. The centre, cathedral, shopping streets and restaurant areas are all within short walking distances. The staff in this hotel are amazing, the welcome, the friendly approach, it was like coming home to family, very personal but not intrusive. The staff couldn't help the guests enough. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

We arrived after midnight, the check in was fast and friendly. The room was large and cool. Excellent breakfast. However, the website has issues, it gets frozen too many times. But this got nothing to do with the excellent property.

I thought the hotel was pretty decent, the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a real shame about the building work though, and also I didn't get very easy communication when I needed to use the iron. Maybe you need to have more available in the hotel.

The Hotel is very central in the San Telmo town and provides easy access to excellent restaurants and the local transport system. San Telmo has a nice atmosphere and is very friendly to dogs, children and older people and whilst less English is spoken here everyone helps. The rooms are very clean and comfortable if a little small but what you need is provided. The staff are helpful and make your stay comfortable.

Excellent position close to bus station and shops/restaurants. Room very good with balcony overlooking the park. On the down side check in was a shambles even though we checked in on line prior to arrival it took 45 minutes quing to get our key. Bathroom is excellent but ithe single overhead light is so bright you are blinded when entering from a dark bedroom and have no night vision when stepping back I to the bedroom.

Ever since I stepped into the hotel I felt welcomed and was treated with respect and warmth. All the different needs I had were satisfied with diligence and good humour. The location is amazingly perfect just facing the magnificent San Telmo park so if you go to the right you see the marvelous traditional sites and buildings towards Vegueta and if you go to the left you start your amazing journey to las Canteras. And to our delight there is a bus station a few meters away with many buses that take you anywhere in Gran Canarian cities, thr country side and the stunning coast. Wonderful hotel, strategic spot, and lovely people. Thank you for such a lovely stay you offered me.

Perfect location, modern rooms with comfy beds and linens, easy to use air conditioning, daily cleaning service, breakfast buffet, etc. We had a relaxing stay. Quiet and peaceful during, especially during the night.

Wonderful hotel, close to St Telmo Estación de Guaguas serving Las Palmas and regional areas. Across from El Parque St Telmo, Triana and a short walk to Teatro, el Mercado and the Vegueta areas. The public transport infrastructure on Gran Canaria is superb and along with the taxi service, everywhere on the island is easily accessible. This influenced our choice of hotel. We are happy to have done so. The staff in Sercotel Hotel Parque are friendly, helpful and bent over backwards to make our stay here a memorable one. For particular mention, the accommodation service on the fourth floor, all members in reception and the breakfast room and cafeteria service. We stayed two weeks and will certainly return. Thank you Hotel Parque.

As far as my stay is concerned it was a nice experience. As far as safety matters are concerned, I left my luggage in your reception storage and you gave me another suitcase, although I gave you my paper with the number. Then I forgot some clothes and my cosmetics in the room 318 and I called in the afternoon and you never found them. So, I would like you please to have a last check and if you find anything, please contact with me

Good location to explore downtown Las Palmas. Close to shops and restaurants. First rate for decor, cleanliness etc. The room itself was a little smaller than expected with no view.

Staffs are very friendly, and the location is very good. I was in a trouble of a sink in my room, but a staff immediately came to my roon and solved the problem once I asked at a front desk.

Very nice hotel for a reasonable money. Central and close to bus station and easy to find. Nice lovely rooms. Was very pleasantly surprised. We will book again here, on our next visit to Las Palmas. Highly recommend. The only thing we lacked was a waterboiler, but of course not a necessity.

beautiful hotel for a city break in Las Palmas. Room had everything one might need and very comfortable with large shower plus all the toiletries. Staff very welcoming. Cafe on ground floor which was really lovely . Great coffee and snacks to be had there also.

We only stayed for 1 night but the experience was good. Friendly welcome, spacious clean room. We were able to safely leave our luggage after check out so that we could continue to explore the area without being laden with our belongings. Breakfast was ok but a little sparse on choice. Over all a good clean and very convenient (bus station directly across the road)place to stay

Steps from Estacion San Telmo, super convenient for getting to/from the airport and other parts of the island. Friendly and efficient reception. Requested for a packed breakfast as was leaving at 6 in the morning, and it was waiting for me at reception at check out. Room was bright, spotlessly clean and smells and feels new. Great value option for Las Palmas! Sad to say, this wonderful Sercotel makes the AC further away, feel like a 2-star option. I’ll be back!

Apart from the continual faint smell of sewage in the lift area, I have no complaints about the hotel. Perfectly positioned for the city centre. Parking must be pre-booked at €14 per day, which seems a bit pricey.

Just the view at the oposite block wasn't a pleasure but otherways nothing to complain. Great view from the breakfast hall

the receptionist was friendly prompt and managed to fulfill all our wishes regarding the room. The room was well air-conditioned, it had a lot of closet space and a large bathroom and a large enough balcony. The breakfast was varied and in other respects tasty, but the scrambled eggs apparently caused a stomach ailment.

  • 4/5 Reon G. 1 year ago on Google
Rooms are large, with good A/C and fast internet. Bathroom facilities are awesome. The breakfast area is a bit different to other hotels, they have pre plated food. Cafè style. You select what you want and eat they warm it up by microwave and serve. Elevators are quite small so frequently have to wait for the next trip dispite its rating for many people, its a comfortable 4 people. Position well, 3 minuites from prominade and shopping outlets.

Hotel and cafe ok, but not a good stay at this hotel. The air-conditioning in my room was not working and the room was unbearably hot. Spoke to reception on the first day who said they would take a look while I was out. got back later that evening, no aircon. Spoke to same receptionist who said she had visited room and to her it was working. I said it was not and this was not acceptable as it was too hot in the room. Her response was 'well I am going off shift in 15 minutes, it is working, just keep jiggling the keycard until it comes on'. I said I was not happy with this and she said northing else to be done. Had zero sleep that night with the room stifling. In the morning went back to reception to complain, new receptionist sent up an engineer straight away who confirmed aircon WAS NOT working. He reset the power on it with the breaker, still did not work, then he reset the console, and eventually it came on. So, I had had zero sleep that night because the receptionist was going off shift in 15 minutes and could not be bothered with guest comfort. Disgusting customer service, and will not use this chain of hotels in the future if they employ staff with that attitude.

Spotlessly clean, immaculate condition. Great view from our 5th floor out to sea. Located next to San Telmo bus station, from where you can take a bus to any part of the island

Superb rooms. Friendly staff even if there is a language barrier. Breakfast buffet is the bomb! Lunch and dinner could be improved though.

Very comfortable hotel, excellent location, good staff, tasteful breakfast on the highest floor. One thing we didn't like was the Christmas music everywhere. When you stay 7 nights, the music is too much. Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would also be nice.
