Ok value for money. I got a ground level room and found it a little too dark. Hot water in tap had to run for a long time to get hot...especially in the morning. Good location quite close to Playa Las Canteras.

Excellent little apartment hotel in Las Palmas. Great price, great location, just 1 minute walk to Las Canteras beach promenade, cozy restaurants just around the corner, surfshops and schools 5 minute walk, and the rest of the city is right there. The surrounding area itself is a bit worn down, but the apartment is top notch, modern, clean, fresh, flat screen tv, air condition, kitchen with all commodities, coffee machine, bedroom, couch, dinnertable, bathroom is exceeding your expectations (unfairly rated 2 star hotel, should be at least 4 star). Cleaning every day included (if you desire). Comfortable clean beds and very quiet during the night (not so much traffic, nor nightclubs). We stayed on top floor, the largest studio, 37 m2 and its perfectly fine for a couple or small family. One apartment has terrace, choose that if available.. Best restaurants in the area: Tasco Galileo, Toma Pan y Mojo and above all El Conejo Alegre. Will stay here again when visiting Las Palmas, dont think you actually can get anything better for that price, service, cleaniness and location.

That's what I call a good quality price ratio. Well located, clean, all you need for the night and breakfast in the studio. Perfect for one night to visit Las Palmas.

Lovely base from which to explore Las Palmas and the island of Gran Canaria. The apartment is clean, beautifully decorated in a modern style, and has a well equipped kitchen - even washing up liquid provided. Robes and slippers are a lovely touch, too. The balcony is rather small, but this appears to be standard here. Reception staff incredibly helpful and full of local knowledge to help you make the most of your stay. Literally 2mins walk from Las Canteras beach and many good restaurants and shops. I highly recommend 👍

First impressions are amazing, the man at the desk was super helpful near to everything that you need buses to anywhere you’d want to go and only €32 taxi from the airport 👍🏻

This hotel has serious sanitary problems. I don't recommend it to anyone unless you want to get sick.
