Very cozy and sweet hotel. I loved my room, it's perfect for 1 person. I appreciated all the small details in a bathroom (including sponge for shoes and toothbrush). I also liked to window view - yes, it's only another hotel, but a lot of sun as well. Breakfast was nice, also I could call taxi through reception. But people working there are very sweet, friendly and helpful in any situation - was I late for a breakfast, or did I need a printout, they helped with everything. And the best in this hotel - a terrace on a roof. It's something incredible beautiful, with a great view and sunbath (especially if it's too windy on a beach). I had great moments there, playing my ukulele

An excellent new hotel close to the Las Canteras beach. Friendly staff and a lovely selection of food for breakfast. The cleaning staff comes in regularly and cleans the rooms and makes the beds perfectly. If there's anything you need, they will help. We left our coats in the room after we left to the airport and the staff immediately helped to send them to us by taxi upon my request. Would recommend to stay here to everyone and we are definitely coming back!

Very good hotel! Great location, off the side of the promenade, about 3 min walk. You won't get a great view from the room but you can walk to the sea in no time. The room itself was great and had a kettle and a cool light up ceiling over the bed. All the rooms have a name, which I thought was nice. The staff were really excellent! Very friendly, welcoming and accommodating, they really contributed to the good experience. Breakfast is quite basic in variety but has everything you'd need (eggs, meats, cereal, fruit, pastries etc) and I really enjoyed it.

Nice boutique hotel, with each room decorated a little differently. There is a giant picture from the islands above each bed can light up. Rooms clean, and fairly spacious for a 3-star European hotel. Breakfast buffet is great for the price, includes many hot and cold options. Good location close to the beach. Staff helpful before and during stay, they can book airport shuttles for a better price than the taxis.

Top Hotel in Top location! What can i say, to leave you the right impression... hope i dont forget anything. We booked directly trough the hotel site,and were more than pleased to find out that they were having their first anniversary. We were set to book ten nights when we found out that you get one night for free if you stay eleven nights, and of course that is what we thankfully did. The offer was unbeatable and we were looking forward to it. We were warmly welcomed at the reception and felt comfortable right away. After handing out information and room key, we went up to the fith floor and already liked the big beach site pictures on the doors. Entering the room, we were impressed of the nice, cosy and first off all clean room. Felt like home right away. Nice big tv screen. And the ceiling's view is a picture (beach front) once in a life time, its also a light that can make day bright at night time, its just beautiful to watch when you are laying in bed. We deeply loved the beds, they were more than comfortable really wide and perfect to get rest. We want those pillows,they are awesome, i cant stop thinking about them. <3 The bathroom is very nice, has a big shower with a rain attachment. For the Safe you'll need a little key , wich you can get at the reception for a deposit of ten euros and towels for the beach also tener each. Everybody we met working in this hotel is very friendly and helping. We had a lot of questions about the area ,wich they would answer with great patience and great information. The girls at the reception are real diamonds and will help out with almost everything needed, they even booked a boat tour for us and printed the directions (thanks again Desiree), the breakfast lady was kind and sweet also and will make you fresh eggs if you wish, the houskeepers were our care takers they made our stay complete with their cleaning and their treatment, we felt so welcome, spoiled and almost like home. We dearly miss it. Looks beautiful inside and out and is very clean. One of the nicest spots in the Hotel is their rooftop terrace with beach view as you can see on the pictures. The terrace has sunbeds, enough tables, chairs and even an open air shower. You can have a drink, something to eat and a smoke while tanning or watching the sunset go by (food and drinks not from the hotel). Sadly we found out when we were leaving that they have a transfer to the airport for 25€, with aircondition and a very, very friendly driver. You guys should make this a booking option on your page, i think many people will gladly take the offer. we sure would have, because the taxi cost us over 30€. After we got back home, we were suprised by Doña Luisa, by an extra stay of two days with breakfast. We unknowingly took part in a raffle for their first anniversary and won. We are so happy, thankfull and honored to gladly be back! Everything like beach, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping is in walking distance. If you consider to book this lovely Hotel, you should really try this lovely gem. Don't expect luxury from this small family owned Hotel but give it a try you won't be disappointed!!! Generally a great hotel near everything! Beach, supermarket, shopping center, public transport etc. Extremely clean rooms. Breakfast was not the best.

Rooms are good, not to big but has all facilities. The hotel is self is quite small with basic facilities. Breakfast is really basic. Location is perfect if you are visiting Las Palmas city. Boulevard on 1 min walk with a lot of shops and restaurants. Las arenas shopping centre on 5min by taxi.

Location is excellent being close to the beach, bus station (Sta. Catalina), bars and restaurants. Room (with balcony) was on the tight side but clean and comfortable. Earplugs for light sleepers are to be recommended due to street noise and sound leakage. Staff were professional though housekeeping was hit n miss. Breakfast buffet was rather disappointing. Found it odd that I had to settle my entire bill on checking in rather than out!

Excellent location, close to beach, many restaurants, bars, shops within walking distance, taxi rank outside hotel. Room great with plenty of storage space. Breakfast choice was good, cooked breakfast, continental, cereal, fruit etc. Nice rooftop terrace for sunbathing. No complaints.
