Best place to stay, clean and safe, near restaurants and beach ⛱️ 😎

Location is good. Rooms are clean.Surving breakfast in another hotel is surprised. It's not nice to be charged 18 euros for an hour late check out.

Our room was in the first floor. Room was clean and sufficiently big. Cleaning lady was friendly and left us some presents on the pillow. The hotel does not have its own breakfast room and parking opportunities for our rental car were limited. The location is close to the beach and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Hotel is little bit outdated and small. Rooms are OK but can use an upgrade. Breakfast is available at the other NH on 3 min walk, which was good. Location is perfect at the start of the boulevard with many shops and restaurants. The street can be noisy when you have a room at the front.

They have two properties in the beach stretch. Though my room was not ready for over 2 hours, it was absolutely worth the wait. To start with, lovely, helpful and pleasant staff. Clean, comfortable and cozy room. It's the location, location and location makes it even more special. All beach activities and beautiful evenings with strips of cafe's and pubs. Live music and entertainment activities day and night Ianthe vicinity. Location and ambiance makes the area slightly mid range on prices. I would say it's value for money. I love it and look forward being here again.

Great stay, the staff was very helpful and kind. Alberto and Layola were outstanding... The location was perfect, 2mn from the beach and surrounded by little shops... Will be there on our next trip to las palmas. Thank you.

Great location less than a minute's walk from the beach. Plenty of bars and restaurants around to choose from. Pet friendly. Clean and modern. Mini fridge in room. Hairdryer and complementary toiletries in bathroom. Check in is a slow process, even though no one is waiting in front and reception area is very hot.

Small room, terrible toilet flush , this hotel has no bar or restaurant and the room we were given was an internal room the window looked onto an internal shaft. If you book for B&B you have to walk to the sister Hotel for your meal . There is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room either. The staff were great, very helpful . The location was great also

Very bad internet and they want me to buy vip to have normal connection. There are 1000megabit fiber connection available in Las Palmas, and this hotel trying to say me they can only give me 100-200kilobit free.

Bed was comfortable, shower was nice. Very close to the beach and good restaurants, although not directly on the sea front. Breakfast buffet was good with some local styles of food, but you have to walk to the nearby NH Imperial (this was clearly stated on the booking website). Would recommend.

The cleanest hotel (over 60 I have stayed). The staff, the more polite and always willing to serve. I liked the pillows .... Tell me what the pillows are, I want them for my house ...

Comfortable, clean rooms; good shower-bath. Adequate breakfast, with limited variety and a short walk from the hotel. Attached gym but no other facilities. Minimal seating and no bar. Stones-throw from beachfront. Office chair in room too short for the desk, making using a laptop uncomfortable. Very competitively priced.

We came with our baby to escape the heat in the south for a couple of days. Unfortunately the air conditioning broke on the second day and no one could fix it. The hotel itself could need a bit maintenance (e.g. Cracks in the bathtub). The stuff is very friendly, though. We were offered a breakfast as compensation.
