A very good hotel for a very good price. The room smelled of cleaning liquid quite a bit, but this was not really a problem. Clean, spacious bathroom, quiet. I stayed for one night only, but was quite happy with the hotel. The location is great too for explaoring the city. After the horror of Maspalomas, everything in Las Palmas will feel amazing!

It’s a nice hotel with a great location. The breakfast and housekeeping staff is great and very warm. Staff at the reception need to be a bit friendlier. On most occasions, they come across as a bit too cold for the hospitality business. The rooms are nice. The exercise bicycle is a unique addition in the rooms. The toilets are spacious and clean. For a four star hotel though, I’d have expected it to have a full restaurant. Nevertheless, a good stay.

Great reception staff, room fine, not sure why there was an excercise bike in there. Public areas need updating, carpet worn and paint needs doing in staircase area. Superb selection at breakfast. Hot tub would have been nice to use but the noise up on the roof from the air con (or similar) was deafening. Location great for market (opposite) and shopping with only a short walk to the expanse of beach and its restaurants and cafes/bars. Very Spanish feel to the area. If you want a drink in the room there is a fridge but no tea/coffee making - bring your own and its fine. For a 4 star hotel it needs to consider providing tissues and a shower cap and possibly a kettle (maybe thats just for the Brits). Would go back and would recommend but its more realistic to call it a good 3 star.

At the reception, while paying, a woman was just so close to me that she could see when I was entering the PIN number of my card, the receptionist did nothing when I told him to ask her to keep a distance.

Hotel Fataga, great personnel, quiet room. We had a superior room on sixth floor. Quiet! No outside noise, nor from other rooms, this even on a friday night! Also good breakfast, they continuously resupply the buffet..(there was a Regatta crew of roughly 40 kids and supervisors present during our breakfast at 09:00…But this was no problem to the kitchencrew, they kept cool and made sure there was plenty food on the buffet!!So no empty trays) Fast wifi! They have a roofterrace with great views, also has a sauna, but it was inoperative..Many thanks, I would book this hotel again! Mark

Little bit pricey but great place for the business traveler. No children or loud tourists. Central part of Las Palmas. Gymnasium on 1st floor. Coffee tea machine in lobby available 24/7. Nice generous selection of produce for breakfast.

Nice hotel with friendly staff

The hotel is a good base for exploring Las Palmas and Gran Canaria. Nothing fancy, but good service, great location, very nice breakfast with the best service. We had a great stay.

The Hotel is the very nice. Stuff very friendly and helpfully. Breakfast was very tasty and for everyone. On the top of hotel is tarrace with jacuzzi, sauna gym, and place to chill after beach. Room was big clean, bed very comfortable. For me is nice place to spend holiday...

Cannot put 0 star but It really deserve 0 star.. room was so dirty, noisy.. the Solarium also dirty and no water in the jacuzzi..

Clean and fresh rooms and hotel over all. 4 stars because the pool area was closed but other than that 👌

It's a 4star hotel. But no lunch & dinner available, only complementary buffet breakfast is available. Though they provide coupons of external restaurant for lunch & dinner. Those external restaurants are ok, but don't expect halal food. Pls ensure that rooms are cleaned properly, especially the trash beens have been cleaned & new towels been provided, which wasn't provided to me at the beginning.
