My
girlfriend
and
I
stayed
at
this
co-living
place
in
Las
Palmas,
and
unfortunately,
our
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
overall
condition
of
the
house
was
subpar;
everything
seemed
worn
out
and
falling
apart.
The
kitchen,
in
particular,
was
in
dire
need
of
an
upgrade
–
outdated
appliances
and
impractical
furniture
made
our
stay
inconvenient.
Even
basic
essentials
were
missing
in
our
bedroom,
like
a
tool
to
clean
the
toilet.
We
repeatedly
requested
a
change
of
bedsheets,
which
were
initially
dirty,
and
while
they
eventually
changed
them,
the
duvet
remained
thin
and
uncomfortable.
The
owner
seemed
indifferent
to
the
residents’
concerns,
and
the
overall
cleanliness
of
the
house
left
much
to
be
desired.
The
only
positive
aspect
was
meeting
a
nice
couple,
but
unfortunately,
that
couldn’t
compensate
for
the
overall
lack
of
care
and
quality
in
this
co-living
space.
Regrettably,
we
cannot
recommend
it
to
others
based
on
our
experience.
