Wonderful experience: good service, lovely staff, good location and nice room.

We were only one night in Gran Canaria and stayed at this hotel. Close to the beach and cafes with very nice and clean roms. We got a huge rom and early breakfast because we were leaving at 6.30 in the morning. If we wil be in Las Palmas again this hotel wil be our first choice absolutely!!! The service and people who is running the hotel are more than amazing. We left early to the airport and forgot an old bunny in the rom... Our 6 years old daughter sleeps every night with that bunny from her birth so she became more than sad... After about one week came a package to our home to Norway and guess what it was...Yea, there was her old pink bunny and an amazing letter to our daughter about what he was doing in Gran Canaria after we left..

Excellent stay, nice big room in the heart of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria city center, and the best the STAFF: Naira, Leonardo and all the team will make your stay unforgettable, don't miss this lovely place. We will certainly be back very soon!

Good value for money. You're very central and can walk everywhere from the beach, to the markets and supermarkets and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. You shouldn't be sensitive for noise as it's in a lively area and smell. There's really strong perfume or aroma used, that's not for everybody and smoking is allowed on the terrace downstairs going up to the rooms.

When we enter our room we were greeted by morbid smell of strong perfume i had legit half hour migraine because of it. Had to open the window to reduce the odour. Bed was okay, bathroom was okay, tables got many ants crawling over No real table to work on, just very small enough for 1 small person. No cutleries also no water boiler, just cups to drink and 2 free small bottles of water

A new hotel in the area. It's a short 2 minute walk to the beachfront. The rooms are big and spacious. Customer service is of a high level and the staff are constantly attentive of guests needs. Great hotel!

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! The housekeeping steals, the hotel do not take any accountability for this at all and get agressive when confronted. They told us we couldnt prove that our items had been stolen and verbally attacked us when we were trying to explain. Caused us much emotional distress, and we felt very unsafe. The staff dont speak english either.

Great location, updated rooms, and super friendly staff. This hotel was perfect for us. The hotel staff, Juan Fernando, was unbelievably helpful. This will be our go-to hotel for all future visits to Las Palmas. I highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent hotel in an excellent location. Clean, spacious, comfortable and a very affordable price. No kettle in the bedroom but you just have to ask at reception and one will be supplied. Apparently they are so good, guests regularly take them home!!

Very good location, only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Lots of restaurants around. We didn’t have the breakfast as there are so many cheaper options around. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious. I would consider booking with them again.
