Ich musste kurzfristig in Las Palmas für zwei Nächte übernachten. Hab ohne Reservierung für die erste Nacht ein Zimmer bekommen mit der Aussage das sie sich Mühe geben, das ich die zweite Nacht auch bleiben kann...und es hat geklappt 🙃 Das Personal ist wirklich extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Am ersten Abend war ich in einem typischen Touristen Lokal zum Essen und ziemlich enttäuscht. Am zweiten Abend hier im Haus. Und das hat mich umgehauen. Es gab nur zwei Menüs zur Auswahl aber es war der Hammer 😍 Nach insgesamt 3 Wochen Spanien und eine davon auf Gran Canaria, war das mit Abstand das beste Essen. Sie schreiben das es hausgemacht ist und das glaube ich auch. Es hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt. Also wenn ich nächstes Jahr wieder hier bin dann weiß ich wo ich zum essen gehe. Das Hotel selber ist für den Preis mehr wie gut und für das leckere Essen würde ich 10 Sterne geben.

I loved this hotel! I know it's not a luxury place but for me, it was just perfect! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the hospitality was off the charts! I stayed on the 6th floor with a balcony. The cleaning process was so fine-tuned that I knew the cleaning would take place at 14.20-15. Everyday. On the clock. The beds were well used, I hope for - errhmmm - creating new life, maybe? :) Not the mattresses or the anything, just the quaking sound was funny. The beds were very clean, as was the whole room. The bathroom was big, it had a bathtub. The water pressure in the shower could've been better but for me, with a big hair, it was enough. This hotel is close to basically anything. Beach? 100 meters. Bus stop to get to the old town? 50 meters. Poema del Mar? 700 meters. A big shopping center? 500 meters. Santa Catalina Park? 400 meters. Restaurants, minimarkets? Everywhere, just go outside to find one you like. A massage place? Again, go outside to find one, lots of them around. Loved my stay in this hotel. ❤️

Simple, affordable and practical hotel with a great location. Several great restaurants nearby and a short walk to the beach.

Ich habe mich wirklich sehr wohl hier gefühlt. Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und sauber. Es wird jeden Tag gründlich geputzt und das Shampoo und Duschgel wird dabei immer nachgefüllt. Die Angestellten sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ich musste aus meiner vorherigen Unterkunft schnell raus und als ich das den Mitarbeitern per Mail geschrieben hatte wurde mein Zimmer als erstes fertig gemacht damit ich schon um 9 Uhr morgens einchecken konnte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt !

Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Personal ist echt sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mein Zimmer war genauso wie auf dem Foto und auch sauber. Frühstück ist tatsächlich etwas bescheiden, jedoch für mich vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Strand ist gleich nebenan (1 Min. Fußweg). Es gibt zahlreiche Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine nette Bäckerei auch gleich in der Nähe. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme sicher wieder. Super.

I love it! Every time I go to Gran Canaria, I stay there. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. There is a big shopping mall nearby too (walking distance).

Good hotel for its price. Close to the sea and bus, decent size of rooms. Good cleaning and responsive staff. Beware that some of the rooms look into 3x3m vent gap. Breakfast is not the best, but plenty other cafes in 1 min walk around

Central location, clean, spacious rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Willing to give wake up calls when needed or book a taxi in the early hours for the airport.

Good value for the price, room is clean, neat and tidy. Breakfast a bit too basic and the hotel is located a bit too far north of the old town but it is close to the beach, so take your pick.

Room was clean but dated. Could use some love and care. I booked a double with view of the innergarden. It turned out to be a ventilation shaft.... No AC but an oldfashion fan.

I was surprised how nice this hotel is. Rooms are well equipped and very clean. Beds are comfortable. Security is good, staff is very kind and helpful. Location is perfect, just few steps away from the Las Canteras beach.

Good, clean and comfortable. No air con so could be a tad warm in the summer. Very noisy, thin doors/walls. For the price, very good value. Would I stay again? Short time, yes.. take a kettle and all your bits 😎

This is the perfect location if you’d like to experience the beaches of Gran Canaria. It’s only a minute walking distance to the beach. They’re several stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was so courteous and obliging. My room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and the price is the best part about it.
