Very nice apartment hotel just by the beach. Clean rooms (room cleaning offered every day) and fully equipped functional kitchen. Our room had AC, TV, WiFi and a small balcony. Just across the street, there's a small supermarket and there was a taxi stop just around the corner. Great location! We will probably return to this hotel some other time when we go to Las Palmas. The only, minor, negative thing I can think of is that the bed mattress were quite hard and not so comfortable to sleep on after a couple of days.

Great views from the apartment, quick check in and checkout process , daily room service . Everything to like about. But it can get a bit noisy at night. As it doesn't have Central air conditioning and you will need to keep windows open all night long.

Very cool place, beautiful view of the beach. But owner was very picky and abrasive about any noise made. Balcony great but could not enjoy it with the slightest conversation made outside. Thin walls so enjoyed it but had to walk on egg shells.

Air conditioning in some rooms but not others. Otherwise a lovely clean place to stay with friendly staff. And it's right on the beach front so no need for a pool. Lovely views from the external rooms.

Front desk was not that accomodating. The place is perfect because its near the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and feels really cozy and homey.

Cleanliness and safety (dangerous sockets and toaster) needs to be improved. Kitchenette is unusable. The hand saniser have me an allergic reaction. Nonetheless, great location and the terrace was a good size and well furnished.

It was terrible, I chose the room with a sea view and what I got was with a corner view of the sea and the street-boulevard. The noise was unbearable all nightlong that we couldn’t sleep/rest, supposedly the rooms have air conditioning but they didn’t. They say that those rooms do not need a/c because they have the sea breeze hahaha but if you open the windows it’s a nightmare with the noise. The crib mattress for my baby was hard as a rock. Definitively the worst hotel I’ve been, I will never go back to this hotel.

We had an excellent stay in Colon Playa. Very nice rooms with sea view. The people at the reception but even the cleaning staff were very nice and helpfull. The location of Colon Playa is perfect. Direct at the boulevard. Colon Playa is a place to be.....!!!!

Excellent location, rooms very quiet and clean, some minor furniture details, useful kitchenette, helpful and kind staff. They don't have his own parking (as most hotels in the area) but there are two 24 hours public parking very close.

Rooms are awful . Service is Bad ,rude Manager . Cocarachas in the building Bad smell in the room and old fashioned building ,breakfast is not included ,It doesnt have spa .The only good point is the location but there are so msny nice options in the same area .

Apartamentos Colón Playa is wonderful place to stay, great location next to the beach and near to everywhere in the city, only 10 minutes by walk to the central bus station, very kind and helpful staff, beautiful sea views and nice, comfortable, clean rooms.

Es war schrecklich, wir wählte das Zimmer mit Meerblick und bekam einen Eckblick auf das Meer und den Straßenboulevard. Der Linienbus und sonstige Fahrzeuge fahren fast unter dem Balkon durch und der Lärm war die ganze Nacht unerträglich, dass wir nicht schlafen/ausruhen konnten, wenn Sie die Fenster öffnen, ist es ein Albtraum mit dem Lärm.. Definitiv das schlechteste Hotel, in dem wir je gewesen sind, wir werde nie wieder in dieses Hotel gehen. Enttäuscht sind wir von TUI, die uns dieses Studio für 4 Wochen und zu einem stolzen Preis von über 100€ die Nacht vermittelt hat. Wir werden uns nie wieder auf ein Angebot von TUI einlassen da man uns, trotz Protest, auch nicht helfen wollte oder konnte. Überlegt alle, ob Ihr Euch dieses Hotel je antunen wollt.

Sehr schönes Apartment. Leider hatte ich ein Zimmer im Lichtschacht aber ansonsten war hier alles klasse. Sehr sauber und freundliche hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Jederzeit wieder.

Das Colon Playa hat einfach die perfekte Lage. Von den Zimmern mit Meerblick schaut man direkt auf die belebte Promenade des wunderschönen Las Canteras Strandes. Um den Strand zu erreichen muss man quasi nur "aus der Tür fallen". Ein Minimarkt ist direkt an der anderen Straßenseite und Supermärkte, Geldautomaten und diverse, andere Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die Appartments sind geräumig, hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Und die Küchenzeile bietet alles, was man so braucht. Das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption hilft in verschiedenen Sprachen weiter und die fleißigen Reinigungskräfte sorgen stets für ein sehr sauberes Zimmer. Einfach alles super - weiter so!
