Welcoming hosts. It is the first time we book our vacation in a location where the bathroom is shared. I can say that everything was perfect. Very clean, clean bed linen and towels replaced on time. There is also a kitchen with absolutely everything you need. On the route there is a space with armchairs and deckchairs where you can relax in the sun. City Room has a very good position being close to the beach center with shops and many means of transport. I recommend with great pleasure!

It's a nice little Hostel close to bars and the beach. I think it's okay for the price but if you wanna really enjoy staying in the room, go somewhere else.

I love this place! I stayed here more than 2 weeks and I'm fully satisfied! Really fast internet connection for working, clean shared kitchen and bath (cleaning every day). Really nice stuff! I recommend this place! ME ENCANTA!!!

City room is a nice hotel apartment near the city center of Las Palmas. The room were clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Very clean place, really close to shops - local market is just next to! Also the nearest beach is just like 10 minuts walk. Free Orange juice on the morning (but U must be quick to get it) and free water from dispenser.

Highly recommend. I stayed in this hotel for one week and fully enjoyed my stay. Very clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, cozy rooms.

In March 2020 my flight was.cancelled due to COvid_19 and I requested the refund from City room.las.palmas. We are.in March 2021 and I am still waiting my money back. Last.week I got.the update: The City Room Las Palmas imposed the cancellation and change policy agreed at the time of booking. Please can somebody from the city room give some.answer. that is unreal!
