Walls are paper thin. You can hear everything. Every time someone flushed a toilet or ran a tap you could hear the water. Every conversion in the hall way and every apartment surrounding you. Every door opening and closing. On our last night our upstairs neighbours decided to have a party at 2am for a couple hours. We heard them as clearly as if they were in the room with us it was awful. Reception isnt 24hr and we couldn't find any contact number for out of hours issues so unfortunately we just had to sit through it. We stayed for 3 nights. Location was good, close to beach and supermarket. The room was spacious and clean. The balcony was fine but because its across from another block of flats you can't open the curtains unless you like being stared at by strangers. I didnt feel I had any privacy because everything I said or did could be heard and I was being watched constantly if the curtains were open. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Good location. Clean but very plastic feeling. Floors were damp material. No privacy. Please install net curtains for your guests please. Good value for money for solo travellers. Fine for 1 or 2 nights not longer. Thank you to the pleasant helpful staff. 👍🌝

Very good location close to beach and lots of bus routes for access across the city. Lots of food and drink options nearby - can be noise from street. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Apartment spotlessly clean. Kitchen well stocked for cooking simple meals. Reliable WiFi. Balcony nice but was constantly being watched by residents who live across the street. Little to no reception staff on duty after early afternoon. Took three days for them to 'check me in' after leaving our key in a lockbox - kinda odd as I only stayed for four! Overall I would say if a hard bed and some noise from other rooms/street doesn't bother you go for it - but I need a comfy bed next time.

Good price, great location. Everything is new and very tidy, but the central light on the terraces is horror. The building is in a small street, while sitting on the terrace I have the feeling that I'm sitting next to the living room of a neighbor who lives across the street. There is no point in turning on the lights on the terraces between 20-23 and bothering the guests.

It's a brand new construction, with modern decor and modern amenities. Units come with a small but very well equipped kitchen. Staff is great. The only cons are the location (very narrow, busy and loud street) and the lack of AC. I would have given it 5 stars but the fact that there's no AC, forcing you to leave the balcony open with the neighbors across the street able to look into your room and people screaming and laughing until 1am, it's hard to give it more than 3 stars. A shame because the apartments are really nice.

Beautiful flat, functional, calm and extremely clean. My boyfriend and I had an amazing evening, though we would have liked to have access to Netflix on the TV. Another thing was the bright light of the water boiler which woke me up in the night.

Modernes, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Appartement. Sehr hellhörig dafür super, zentral und in Standnähe gelegen. Es ist alles wichtige im Zimmer enthalten. Kleiner Balkon zur Straße mit Sitzmöbeln, TV, Wlan, usw. Die Betten könnten etwa bequemer sein aber ist trotzdem zu empfehlen.

Great place for a vacation! Super clean, spacious rooms, right price and it’s in the perfect spot. Located in a very quiet street but right among few nice bars (1 minute walking), 3 minutes walking from the sea and super close to supermarkets too. Strongly suggested 👌

Liked The apartment itself is large and spacious. The shower was great, the jacuzzi was temperamental at first but it was amazing afterwards. Fine sized TV and the large terrace was great to spend time on. Beds were a nice large double bed and pretty comfortable. And the receptionists were very kind and helpful. Dislikes The walls are paper thin, and you can hear the movements of other residence from the floors above and below, luckily they were quiet most nights but tended to be louder, with music, singing and dancing on Friday and Saturday night. The WiFi in the apartment isn’t good at all. The area itself didn’t really meet expectation, the city was okay and in walkable distance as was the beach. The rooms were only cleaned every second day and not all on Sundays, so in a 7 night stay our room was only cleaned twice. One of the days cleaning was arranged for 12pm, so we left, only to come back at 1:50 and the cleaner was outside smoking and wanted to clean our room when we came back. And was very rude when we told her we needed 15 minutes to get ready before leaving again. One night there was a stampede outside the accommodation over 2 rival gangs with what sounded like gunshots. When informed the accommodation, nothing was said. There is a lot of graffiti around telling nomads and tourists to “go home”. The rest of the island is suffering a migrant problem with thousands coming in per week. I would completely avoid Las Palmas and look at going to any other island in the Canary’s.
