one of the worst properties i have ever spent a night at. clearly the price is low but what you get for it does not even correspond to that. extremely unwelcoming atmosphere and very noisy rooms. impossible to get a rest.

This hostal is clean and cheap. Very minimalistic rooms. There is a small kitchen in third floor, but no seating area. Bus stops are nearby where you can catch buses to Santa Catalina, San Telmo or Maspalomas.

I stayed there one night last week, it was exactly what I expected for the price. Clean room, towel provided and WIFI”which I didn’t need” it was exactly what I needed, a clean room to crush in after a long flight ✈️ clean bathroom. I’d saved it on my google maps I’ll be back soon Gracias 🙏

Good location, poor service, bed bugs. The bed bugs bit my friend’s body. It was awful. The linens and bath towels were changed once for 5 days. The small spots of mold on the ceiling in the bathroom . The door for bathroom is poor quality, there were not enough shelves to put the clothes and shower gel etch in the bath.

My body is covered with bites and still itches after staying here. I am afraid there were some bed bugs or something similar in the blankets and/or bed sheets.

Double room was very good and so was the quality-price ratio. Employees were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone who needs a simple hostel room in Las Palmas!

Ciro texted clear instructions for access, as I was arriving at night and reception would be closed. The price is excellent for private twin room with private bathroom. Room is cleaned and towel changed frequently during my stay. Use of kitchen (with table and 2 chairs) and being very near Alcaravaneras Beach are a plus. The larger Canteras Beach is a walkable distance, as are shops. Bus stops and Santa Catalina bus station not far away. Wifi is ok most of the time. Having a window on the street is great for ventilation, as it was around 23 degrees most of my stay at Christmas. Spacious room with large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. Good location for amenities. Friendly staff.

Its very clean, and the location its close to the beach. I didn't had a tv or window in my room, they dont have a living room, just a small kitchen. Its a litle bored. But overall a good place to sleep and shower

Very nice host, clean room, bathroom and kitchen (fully equipped), good location, lots of supermarkets nearby, about 20minutes to Playa de LasCanteras. During our stay it was a little bit noisy because of building crew on the street, beyond that everything was ok.

Just location and Privacy are valued. I will try to find more positive feature in my five days staying at that hostel, but unfortunately I couldn’t. As the only two positive quality were mentioned above, here are the negative features: I ‘d met the owner of the hostel in check-in time, he received my payment and had a copy for my passport then I’ve never seen him. When I asked him about the attractions of the city, he send me to the tourists information desk!!! That was so strange and absoultely not nice of him, particularly in Las Palmas where it is not easy to met a many English speaker. In the hostel there wasn’t enoughy travel guide, maps, and even some info about the city, there was also no receptionist. As the attached photos show the hostel is kind of school. You have to follow the instructions as you are child in primary school. The owner of the hostel sorry the business man, want to minimize his cost and time in managing this place as much as he can as the attachments prove that. There is no Sitting room, TV, table, chairs and even a small couch to lay on in the end of the day, if you don’t want to sleep. I was there in Christmas time. My room was a bit cold and the corridor was colder. The windows aren’t isolated. Furniture and decoration are quite outdated but still working. The price is one competitive advantage maybe, but those are the prices of Las Palmas as it isn’t a quite popular destination for youth.( you can compare yourself the prices of LP hostels) To be fair enough in my 5 days staying, my room has been cleaned for one time, a towel was given to me, and Ciro told me about one place to have breakfast. Actually, I could find that place by myself, as it is couples of steps close the hostel.

I stayed here for 5 nights over Christmas 2022 and found it to be excellent for the price - 40 euros. The location is perfect, only ten minutes from the promenade but still outside of the tourist area. It was super clean and everything functioned properly. I had a shared bathroom across from my room and had no trouble accessing it whenever needed. There is also a shared kitchen and roof terrace that is spotlessly cleaned every day. I made breakfast dinner coffee etc and saved a lot that way. All good
