Just an absolute awesome place! The view is perfect and the employees are friendly, helpful, smart and even funny ("cleaning lady" has been a cute nanny for our little girl :) Next year brisamar again! 5/5 stars - would like to live there :D

Fantastic location, with great view over the beach and inland mountains. The rooms are older, but everything is comfortable. Great balconies with a view. Lack of air conditioning is the only minus, but it's not such a big deal - the beach is windy and the air quickly cools down in the night. Hotel sells beverages downstairs from the fridge and the prices are really reasonable.

Adding extra details to the review now we are back home. A great apartment with sea views and easy access to the floor by lift. Love the Natural Pool just outside the front door no more than about 30 steps away. Loved it. The room is very clean and tidy, a sticky apartment door but I understand these are due to be updated some time soon. No problem caused. The beds were very comfortable, the balcony is fantastic to sit watch at all times of the morning, afternoon and night-time. Easy access to many local bars and restaurants and great sunsets. (Unfortunately not whilst we were there on this occasion) The Internet was faultless, speed was fantastic and UK channels on the TV when we sat down to have a rest and a cuppa. Certainly will visit these apartments again - Highly Recommended. Thank You

Great budget hotel for what you pay! Though the wifi was spotty and the shower can run out of hot water (the water stays warm enough though), the location is great, our room was clean and kept clean by the cleaning staff, you have a nice small well-equipped kitchenette, and the staff is friendly - thanks to Mario for making our stay feel more welcomed. It would of have been nice if there was a sponge and dish liquid to use, but wasn't a big deal since you can find it for cheap at the nearby supermarkets. I also recommend paying more to get the Oceanview room. We enjoyed our stay and would come again!

Super Appartement for this price class with a stunning view on Las canteras natural beach. Friendly and helpful staff,clean rooms.you have all essentials you need for active holidays. We had a appt. On the 6th floor where internet wlan was super fast and most of the time where we were in the apartment we spend our time on the lovely terrace where you can suntan completely incognito. Due to cool arcitecture you don't hear and are able to see your neighbours which was a great privacy plus. Beds are okay and we had 3 pillows each! We are already missing the sound of ocean during the evening , view on teide when weather was clear enough and of course beautiful sunsets...perfect appt for active couple who go for a walk in the morning, swim surf, want to do some sightseeing want to drink and eat authentic food and..... don't want to see drunk tourists, people harassing you to buy sunglasses and pink inflatables unicorns on every corner. We love it and we come back again;-)

Very nice hotel, very helpful receptionists, amazing price for a seaview apt, very clean and tidy, everything perfect.

Great view. Calm atmosphere. Balconies dangerous for kids with low barrier guards. Not so great touristic restaurants. Take #12 to Mercado Vegueta for the really good and cheap food in the restaurants vegueta. Avoid restaurant Girasoles and other crappy restaurants nearby the hotel. Staff is very nice and helpful. Clean apartment. OK kitchenette. Lots of food stores and bakeries nearby. We are overall very happy.

This apartment located in such as touristic area of island with sea view , quite old but budget , seating in rooms balcony gonna enjoyable . I recommend those tourist who are looking for quite place for staying to take hotel in south of island s hotels generally .

Very overlooked on garden side.. Dated furniture. Need to advertise better for booking references on rooms.. Good location brilliant restaurants.

Great location along Las Canteras, but it is still quiet at night. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and if you pick a room facing the ocean you will get a stunning view! But, the rooms are old and worn down and you hear it quite well if someone above is moving some furniture or when your neighbors are entering och leaving their rooms. But as I said it's a great location, their rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, so I would recommend this place if you are visiting las palmas
