The old factory is a cute little place to be, breakfast is great in the Kitchen, the rooms are clean and cosy. One has a baggage service at arrival, there's no lift and the staircase narrow n steep to access the rooms floor. You will have quite a close walk into the Vegueta. In the room to the street you hear the bus and some crazy moto riders but from 11pm until 7am it's quiet also here. The other rooms have no windows and it is generally very narrow, a door to door b&b. We liked it especially because of the friendly staff, for more than 2 nights it's not a solution and shouldn't be it I assume

Fantastic stay in this welcoming, homely place surrounded by plants and stylish details! We absolutely loved everything about it. It's a paradise of warmth, friendly staff, excellent breakfast and quiet ambience. Would totally recommend if you want a peaceful stay and don't mind living closely to others and sharing the kitchen and bathroom with other people. Rooms aren't very private but we didn't mind.

Around 9.30pm the owner advised that at 10pm we should be quiet!!!! It's a rule like a convent! If would like to stay at home and enjoy your dinner with your friends think twice because someone will pump into your door advising that you should stop talking at 10pm. Notice you are on your vacacions in spain when they normally start to dinner at 11pm!!!!

Stunning building/decor. Little privacy or sleep (rooms all have opened shafts at the top of the door so you can hear everything).

We had a really great stay here! This hotel is more than unique. I guess there are only a few hotels in the world where you can sleep in such beautiful renovated nice rooms! Also the architecture is stunning inside. On top of that the people working there are super friendly and helpful. You can ask them literally everything. Though some things you should know in advance to adjust your expectations: the rooms have old windows, so it’s most likely that you will here some street noises if you have one of the two rooms on the street side. also the place isn’t huge so everything is a little bit squeezed: tables for eating breakfast are in the hallway. I recommend looking at the pictures you can find on several websites. Besides the above we had a wonderful stay and we would come back!

The place is good, the people working there is really helpful and kind. The only issue I had was the noise outside, the windows are not sealed and you can hear everything. I couldn’t sleep well for the 2 nights I stayed because of this

Visited this fantastic place with a friend in March. We can only give our best recommendations in all aspects. Everything has been renovated with a deep respect for the original place which, together with the dedication and hospitality of the owners, makes the atmosphere so great. Go try. We will again. Nice, historic place. Really poor wifi. If that's important to you....... Also not enough keys for a 4 bedroom place. Good location though.
