We have just spent a week in these lovely apartments. They are spotlessly clean , the shower is perfect, the sofa is comfortable, kitchen perfectly equipped. The towels and sheets changed regularly and room cleaned daily. They even top up the toilet roll. Our only regret was not booking the penthouse as didn't book early enough! We highly recommend staying here, lovely people,perfect position for beach and lovely restaurants.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean and well maintained but the are few things that they could've done better like there were no shelves or hangers in the bathroom, no fan to take the steam out (despite the little opening in the ceiling), no oven in the kitchenette and absolutely no cleaning materials to wash dishes and cutlery. Definitely not worth the money.

I stayed at this hotel for six nights under very difficult circumstances, and have to say the staff at this hotel treated me with the utmost kindness, nothing was too much trouble for them, and I would like to thank them once again,.as for the hotel itself, the room was comfortable and the maid changed the bed and provided clean towels every day, as for people moaning about nothing to wipe a cup up with, buy yourself a tea towel from the spar, thanks once again to you all, best wishes for the new year, xx

Friendly, helpful people who go way above and beyond to make your stay happy and memorable. Cristina even researched nearby restaurants that would be open on Christmas day for us in advance of our arrival. She sent me links to their menus and gave me recommendations. That is just one example of the excellent customer service. The apartments are spotless, roomy and comfortable. Location is great for beach, shops and bus station.

Location was great, near to the beach, supermarkets or any other attraction Minus for : no balcony, or any vindows that open on the street, very thin walls, and constant black hair on the sheets, although they were clea ( I have blond hair, so it is not mine ) The staff is very friendly, always helpful . I recommend.

Very central apartment hotel. The room was very clean and nice, with all necessaries. Amazing place to call your home when exploring Las Palmas. Got to upgrade our booked room for one with a balcony on arrival, without any trouble. The staff is amazing! Felt really safe and taken care of. Can't wait to come back 🌻

I have just come to the end of a fabulous week stay at this hotel. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much trouble for them and the rooms come with everything you need, even washing up liquid. Plenty of shops and restaurants around and a stones throw away from the beach. I would come back another time. Thank you guys and hope to see you again

Very good stay. Modern rooms and well maintained. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It's a good location a few minutes walk from the beach. We enjoyed it so much we stayed twice.

Helmikuu 2023 todella hyvä huoneistohotelli! Sijainti parhaalla paikalla kaikkien hyvien ravintoloiden ja pubien ympäröimänä. Löytyy jääkaappi jossa pakastin. On mukeja, lautasia ja laseja. Pehmeät sängyt (Kannattaa ottaa pussilakanat kotoota mukaan niin mukavampi nukkua viltin kanssa) mentiin taxilla lentokentältä ja 18min kesti. Otettiin lisähinnalla parveke ja oli todellakin sen väärtti, hienoa syödä aamupala partsilla, huoneessa oli ilmastointitorni jota ei kyllä tarvinnut käyttää. Suihkusta tuli aina lämmintävettä, siivouspalvelu oli joka toinen päivä, jos haluaa pesulan niin heti vastapäätä hotellia löytyy. Seinät olivat paksut niin ei kuulunut naapurien äänet yhtään, hissi oli todella varman oloinen ja hotelli oli muutenkin hyvin rauhallinen, WiFi oli 5krs todella hyvä ja pystyi etänä tekemään töitäkin,

Todella ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Sijainti erinomainen. Turvallinen paikka, lähellä kaikeen. Hotellin siisteys viiden tähden tasolla. Huoneet viileät, ei ötököitä. Suihku on täydellinen. Palvelu on nopea ja englannin kielellä. Suosittelen! 👌
