👍👍 Parasta kalaa, mitä olen ikinä syönyt ja Kanarialla tulee paljon kalaa tilattua. Palvelu on aika hidasta, ehkäpä koska paljon väkeä syömässä. Maiseman takia tänne ei kannata tulla. Pelkkää kulunutta muuria, jos ulkona istuu People often mention fish, restaurant, fresh, excellent, menu, grilled, service, seafood, staff, good,

I recently got lucky to visiting an amazing fisherman's restaurant next to the Aguinerguin port that exceeded all of my expectations. The restaurant has a low-key and easygoing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The real star of the show, however, was the food. Everything was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. We shared plates as “tapeo” I ordered Saharian calamari, boquerones, fired octopus, papas arrugadas, and a whole grilled fish that was simply delicious. The fish was perfectly cooked and served with a side of papas arrugadas and salad. Before the food we had warm bread with two mojos canarios. 😍 But what really made the experience unforgettable was the service. The waiters were excellent and went out of their way to make sure that everything was just right. They were knowledgeable about the menu and had great recommendations. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a relaxed and unpretentious setting. The fresh seafood, excellent service, and welcoming atmosphere make it a must-visit spot near the Aguinerguin port. Thanks Gabriel for the service and your smile, also thanks to Gustavo and the rest of the staff that make us feel super welcomed.

The best fish restaurant in Gran Canaria! Big portions, excellent quality, everything very fresh. Service is super friendly, authentic fisherman atmosphere and good low prices. Make sure to visit this fantastic place!

Tucked onto the side of the Arguineguín fish market and docks, this place is as authentic and unpretentious as it gets! Don't be put off by the location, this restaurant follows the same principles as a brewery taproom, so the focus is totally on the food. Go and look at the catches of the day in the kitchen and choose from there. We had the grilled platter, which on that day featured parrot fish (so tasty and succulent), moray eel (such a revelation, like a cross between lobster and swordfish, yum!), Sardines and mackerel. Good Canarian potatoes, fried baby squids (bit too battered for my taste, but very good otherwise) and a big house salad. And a carafe of house white wine, very reasonable and refreshing. Such a wonderful experience all round.

So good we had to come back for more! We went for dinner one night and the staff recommended a fresh local fish with garlic and parsley to go along with our fried calamari. We feel in love with the quality and freshness of the fish that we walked 40 minutes to come back for lunch. Best seafood we have had in the whole island!

We asked the hotel staff to recommend a place where the locals would eat and they sent us to Cofradia de Pescadores. Imagine a seafood restaurant right on the beach that buys directly from the fishermen as they dock. You are shown the fish still fresh before you eat and it is served with little or no additives. We tried; Fish roe, cuttlefish, squid, octopus, mussels, shrimp and a selection of fish.

Great place to eat/drink with a great menu. Fair prices and handy for the ferry back to Anfi.

A restaurant absolutely humming with locals, a sure sign the food is to die for. Fish straight from the next door fishmarket on the fishing quay, cooked in front of your eyes exactly as you want it. A huge menu full of fresh fish and seafood. Come to Arguineguin on the ferry just for this!

Honestly I got disappointed...the portions are pretty small. If you are hungry you should be prepared to order some starters before the main dish because it's not much. 6 shrimps with nothing else as main dish? Not even 10 mussles for almost 15€? I'm sorry, but i left the restaurant still hungry and spent almost 20€.

The fish were very fresh and the staff were very nice and helpful. The starters were also very tasty. The fish were a bit oily and the dishes were dull though.

We ended up eating here most days as the fish is simply outstanding (as is the polvito canario). Thanks to the staff for the excellent recommendations and the friendly service.

This place is to die for. Best meal after a week on the island. No frills, but who cares. I went there to eat. I had fried squid, the other half tuna. I'm not a fan of tuna but that was the best I have tasted it. To top it all, very good prices.

One of the best restaurants I’ve tried in Gran Canaria. It doesn’t look fancy, but the food is delicious. I highly recommend the fried octopus and the grilled mussels

We went here for dinner after reading the reviews. Unfortunately several of the dishes on the menu were not available. Also we had to fight quite hard in order to get the waiters attention. But the food we did order tasted great. We will go back for lunch some day. Hopefully they have all the food offered on the menu available if you come here daytime. This place is definitely worth a visit, but I can see there is room for improvement.

They did not have the fish I wanted and so the waiter suggested cuttlefish..... something I have never eaten before and won't have again. It was rubbery in the extreme and was a challenge to eat in all honesty. My wife had a mixed fish platter which she said was OK but nothing special. My son enjoyed a steak which he said tasted amazing.

Great place for fishes. Tried the mix fish grill and the grilled fish with garlic and both were awesome.

If you want to eat traditional food from the island, you definitely need to visit this place. The food is amazing. Specially the seafood and the fish!

Everything is tasty. We tried grilled shrimp, clam and fried squid. Mojo sauce very good. Couple of items are not available from the menu, that is normal at restaurants working w fresh stock. You have to accept that the workers have seconds for you as they serve 100 people at a time. Big rush.

Probably the place we‘ve eaten at most on this lovely island. Excellent, simple, honest food.

The tapas was excellent and the service was impressive. It is popular (even though it is hidden in the port harbour) so make sure you take a ticket from the little machine by the entrance. Took us a few minutes to understand it and we lost two places in the queue! The wait for a table was about ten minutes. We had tapas; prawns, patron peppers, grilled mussels (first time for me but not the last) and bread. All excellent. We said we had to catch the boat and they were very good about getting us the bill. As we left the queue was, if anything a bit longer. Wish we could have stayed longer and had time to explore the menu. They had a QR code on the tables but my phone couldn't cope! Highly recommended.

Very nice fish restaurant. Not the cheapest, but it was acceptable. The personnel were very pleasant and helpful. We ordered the fish platter and it was very nice.
