We came here for our anniversary, I ordered the sea food stew, unfortunately it wasn’t to my taste, when they cleared the plates the waiter asked if I enjoyed it, I said it wasn’t to my taste. Much to our dismay another waiter returned with my plate demanding to know why I didn’t like it! I said that we weren’t complaining my partner enjoyed his meal, but he kept going on till he reduced me to tears. Do not use this restaurant as it doesn’t deserve your custom the waiter was vile refused to admit he was rude worst dining experience of my life, that cost 60 euros

It's a little out of the way (depending on your starting point I guess) but well worth a visit if you enjoy trying a range of seafood. We shared a seafood paella which was delicious and massive. A simple selection of wine to accompany.

As an experienced diner of fish in Spain. The food here was terrible. I had a mixed fish platter which had minimal fish, which was bosltered by potatoes and a bland salad, and my wife had secreto iberico pork that had to be sent back because it wasn't cooked. The only positive about the place is the location, looking over the port.

Seafood exceptional. Great views. Seabass with the salsa verde sauce was one of best seafood dishes I've had. It also came with mussels, clams and prawns which was a nice surprise. Recommend the extra walk away from the louder tourist area by the beach.

For good fish, nice views and fantastic delicacies. Do not forget to order paels. At the end you are served local drink. If your road brings you, visit it.

Well, first of all, I do not mind if the food is a bit pricier, while the quality fits the bill. Unfortunately, we were not lucky, followed recommendation, but the fish was very underwhelming to say the least, plus they did not care about my allergy warning and the resolution was somehow unpleasant (as if I can help it, that I have a problem with onions, which they put within the salad right next to the fish). The experience was not bad, just underwhelming and I think the restaurant looks better than is the quality of the food served.

I enjoyed the meal -really nice location with a great view. It did feel a little bit pricey though … which is fine (view etc) but I didn’t find the fish to be that great. Nice but a bit dry. If you’re in the area recommend it, staffs friendly and generally great experience. I’d lean towards 4-4.5, but not quite 5

We ordered food for four people - 4 fish main courses, and a sardine starter 🐟.Everything was served quickly and it was fresh. Our waiter Sergio made sure we had everything we needed. After we ate our delicious meals we were treated with liquor 🥃. I have no complaints. I recommend this restaurant for local and fresh fish 👍

We had the best black rice and a really nice whole fried fish (catch of the day). Ok fish soup and normal/nice pimientos de padrón. In other reviews, people have complained about the service. But we found it to be very straight forward and relaxed, no "buttering up" the clients (in other words - no BS).

Good location and prices, food was great but kind of disappointed some typical dishes were not available.

I had bad experience. We ordered blue fin tuna(O.K.) spaghetti with garlic and shrimps(We got what we ordered. No one would guess, that we would get spaghetti without sauce or oil. Only thing in it were dry shrimps and halved garlic cloves with little bit of parsley) fried cheese with jam(tasty, nothing more to say) bread with alioli(good alioli, and crispy bread) Afterwards we ordered fish with two plates(we got 2 fish, bland, mediocre at most) fish soup(tasty with huge amout of toppings) vegetable salad(another thing that the waiter got wrong. We didn't get it at all) I would say that there is a good view, starters were perfect. Employees were confused. The food was horrible. It should be a bar, but not a restaurant. TL;DR: if you want good food, go elsewhere, but as a bar it's great!

We only had a light lunch and drinks , the food was great , super tasty and hot , service was attentive and fast . Location is great right next to the fishing boats , prices not too bad , overall happy would go again if we visit the town ,

Fresh seafood in a simple but cozy restaurant located right in the harbor. Basic seafood dishes with quality ingredients and well prepared. Professional staff. Sit right on the waterfront and watch the fishing boats pass as you enjoy your meal. I recommend this place.

Ok place, nothing special besides the view. One of the main courses had all raw fish! They gave us 7Euro discount after I complained, not acceptable!

In my opinion this is the most genuine spanish restaurant in Puerto Mogan. They certainly have the best gambas al ajillo in town and I have tried a few. Also a very good seafood paella. I have been to the restaurant several times. Sometimes the waiters are a bit stressed but they often have a lot of clients. Also a nice place where you have overview of the harbour.

What a disappointing experience this was. Don’t like to leave negative reviews but this was terrible from the moment we stepped in. Waiting staff very unfriendly and happy to ignore waiting customers. Overpriced and cold croquettes to start…followed by a seafood paella which was served too quickly to be freshly cooked. We left half of it it was so enjoyable. When surly waiter eventually came to clear our plates didn’t ask if anything wrong. An over priced menu and a bad experience. We will never be back.

Terrible experience yesterday the 27.12.19 for lunch. Despite the great location, this restaurant should be avoided. Speedy and not so friendly waiters, high prices and above all, THE SEAFOOD IS NOT FRESH. We ordered a paella to be shared (should be for 4people not 2 considering the immensity of the dish) and 10hours later, the food poisoning symptoms started. For a restaurant so-called “home of fish” quality must be better. Go for a pizza in the harbor, You will have sun at least!

Very tasty food, fresh and cheaper comparing most of the restaurants in Mogan. The view is stunning, very peaceful, close to the sea, where we can eat and enjoy the weather and the sea. Lovely staff. Loved the fish soup, it was divine , the octopus 🐙 the best in Gran Canaria 😋 Highly recommend 👌

Not impressed with this place. We booked mid week for the following Sunday evening and on checking our reservation a couple of days later found it was not there so rebooked two days before the Sunday. On arriving at the restaurant on the booked night there was absolute chaos with waiters running amok. They didn’t have our reservation and we had to stand around waiting for a table to become free. This was particularly disappointing as we especially booked a window seat with views over the harbour and we ended up with an inside table with two of us facing the bar. So………… onto the food. Starters were okay with shared asparagus and prawns which appeared as a scrambled egg with prawns and asparagus but was rather nice and shared octopus in a vinaigrette sauce which again was nice. The main courses were not so good with three of us ordering the same dish and one something different. The three the same were stone bass one of which was totally over cooked, one was okay and one had stone cold potatoes and vegetables. This, of course, was sent back and reappeared with warmer vegetables. The one other dish (stone bass device) was quite pleasant but by that time we were all fed up with the whole thing. I don’t normally write bad reviews but I think on this occasion it is warranted. There are plenty of reasonable restaurants in Porto Mogan and I would avoid this one.

👍👍 Parasta kalaa, mitä olen ikinä syönyt ja Kanarialla tulee paljon kalaa tilattua. Palvelu on aika hidasta, ehkäpä koska paljon väkeä syömässä. Maiseman takia tänne ei kannata tulla. Pelkkää kulunutta muuria, jos ulkona istuu
