Beautiful landscape. We came back to this place night time to visit the stars as the light pollution is low. Unfortunately on that night we had a full moon and it was a bit cloudy so not many stars were visible but definitely worth to visit it.

Absolutely gorgeous view & fabulous astronomy info. Definitely worth it to stop & just take in the beauty of the mountains & of course an amazing sunset ! It can get a bit crowded but think this is pretty normal since it's on your way up or down & who would not want to stop?? Don't miss out on these incredible views that are breathtaking !

Easy ride , smooth although narrow road. Enough parking, great views. During cloudy day even better.

Not far located from Maspalomas viewing ponit with the great view so for your eyes to enjoy. Recommended when there is a good, sunny weather for a better visibility.

Incredible place. We took the 9:30 bus number 18 from Maspalomas just to have a nose at some scenery because we couldn't be arsed with hiring a car. That gave us about an hour an a half up there but there's nothing there really apart from the views. There's a mountain biking track running parallel to the road down which is absolutely fine to walk on and you can get to the Aboriginal museum by the next bus stop down which has a cafe in about 15 minutes.

Gran Canaria is similar to its views to another Gran Ca - Grand Canyon. You can get sure if you get to this mirador or Roque Nublo. Views are amazing

It's just a viewpoint, nothing else here, but the views are spectacular! Plenty of parking spaces along the road.

Truly amazing views and guess you don’t need to wait to get on Elon Musk’s spaceship to see Mars 🤣

Like being in the grand canyon. We debated whether to go up to Roque Nublo where we had been before but opted for a trip to Fataga instead which is just 30 minutes from Meloneras and well worth the trip, being in the valley with such steep canyon walls on either side is a totally different experience to being on top of the mountains.

A popular place with lots of cars and velos. If you drive this road , be ready to share it with many cyclists 🚴‍♂️. And since the road is a serpentine, the traffic mixed with cyclists may be slow. But the road up the mountains is really really beautiful!

I love this stunning location. Amazing road takes you on the top of the mountain with spectacular views. From one side of mountain you can see Maspalomas dunnes and from another side you can see Fataga vilage . Simply Amazing

One of the most breathtaking views I’ve ever experienced. Great road to drive down and pull over to see the sights and towns along the way.

Perfect view with extensive astronomy information boards. Worth it to stop and to see the beauty of the mountains and of course in the amazing sunset! It can get a bit crowded. Don't miss out!

It was an incredible moment and breathtaking view with the sunset ! We tried to stay around to see the stars in the evening but the moon was too bright. It is worth to come to see the sunset.

Nice views! Not too far from Playa del Ingles. If you have rented a car you should definitely head futher inland. North side of the island is really green and beautiful.

It's a viewpoint, though if you go there at night allegedly it's good for meteors and stargazing. Worth a photo stop if you're passing. It's the kind of place coaches sometimes stop at for comfort breaks, except that this one doesn't have toilets.

great spot for some astronomical information. the distance to the polar star sign just nails it. great views all around. and some good intel about topography and a bit history.

Weather wasn’t good when we drove past on our way up to our accommodation. But it’s a Great view point and interesting information about the stars. It’s only around 6 miles down the road from the village we are staying in, so I’ll have to come back at night if there’s a cloudless sky.
