An excellent, traditional, golf club in superb condition with the trickiest greens ever. A nice club sandwich after playing too!

Great facility, beautifully located on the volcano crater with a great view. The golf course is a real challenge due to its hilly location and some holes are challenging due to the height difference. All fairways and greens are in immaculate condition. It is advisable to reserve the tee times in good time, as there are always a lot of players on the move. The clubhouse is also highly recommended. Price for green fee €140, complete Taylor Made equipment €40, cart €20. You should just play it. Clear recommendation.

For me the most beautiful golf course on Gran Canaria. It is worth playing this course, which is located in a fantastic landscape.

We were tourists in that wonderful place, I can only say that the treatment was exquisite, that we felt in an immense oasis of peace and that we will return.

I played here in August 2022 whilst on holiday and have mixed feelings about this course, but would still recommend golf lovers to play here if you are visiting the region. It's important to bear in mind that this is very much a members club that is open to tourists, but not a golf course specifically for tourists, so with this being said let me list the main points of my personal experience : Positives 1/ it's a beautiful location on the edge of a volcano crator, offering picturesque views. 2/ despite the location, its quite a quick and easy drive from Las Palmas city. 3/ the staff were nice and generally helpful. 4/ the course layout is fun and quite challenging, and for the most part in excellent condition. Negatives 1/ The driving range is quite limited in length, due to the topography of the land, but it exists so this is a very minor point. 2/ This really was the big negative for me : I have never played a golf course in my life with so much maintenance work going on while golfers are playing. There were greenkeepers everywhere. Virtually every hole there seemed to be a distraction, either a worker or supervisor buggying along or across the fairway, somebody hosing a green, big mowers shuttling up and down, a tractor scarifying the ground, there was nearly always something. Maybe it was exceptional circumstances for an upcoming tournament or something, I don't know, but it really put me off my game and definitely had an impact on my scorecard. 3/ 110€ for the green fee + buggy is quite expensive for the playing conditions mentionned above. For this price I expect more relaxing playing conditions to be honest, which is why I'm giving this course only 3 stars out of 5. I'd like to come back one day and give a higher rating as the location and course deserve better. Also I didn't get a chance to test the clubhouse food and bar. Thanks for reading.

Great course, and my personal favorite in Gran Canaria. Long history so very interesting to see the clubhouse. Ocean view from several holes, and nice condition and layout. A must visit.

Amazing Course. The greenkeeping was Very impressive and the staff was Very friendly too. The golf course is a little bit shorter than in general but don't be mistaken by that - the golf course is quite difficult in spite of that! Will gladly come again.👌🏼

Amazing golf club. No posh atmosphere. Friendly people. Driving range only from mat, though the may is nice. Perfect greens and fairways.

The oldest golf club in Spain. This can be seen in buggies, signs on holes, practice facilities....balls.... Very unfortunate if you pay 252 euros for 1 round with 2 people with a buggy. Beautiful layout with a surprising hole every time, very varied. Good fairway and top greens. Tip...make the rest in tip-top condition and it will be a gem. Last day of play... before the tournament the day after... a lot of maintenance and therefore a lot of staff, mowing the course, bunker maintenance, placing flags... etc... a lot of delays.... We reported this ... response "I am sorry" 252 euros poorer and K experience.

A golf course that is second to none, beautifully located on a volcano. It is a natural course with slopes that sometimes make you despair. The old trees provide an ambience that is rarely found on golf courses. The staff is very accommodating, there is a lot of work on the greens during play, but the gentlemen keep an eye on everything.

Wonderful golf club and a great course. The staff were very welcoming and efficient throughout. The course is testing but immaculately kept with great greens. I loved the course and always enjoy visiting and playing.

Not an overly long course. Good fun though. Fairways are reasonably narrow and greens are elevated. Greens were in good condition for the time of year and bunkers were in good condition too. Would liked to have played from the back tees, but there is a tournament in a couple of days which they are prepping for.

The club is very good but the restaurant serves terrible, expensive food that has even made me sick to my stomach. I'm sorry to say it but it's my experience. I hope they change.

A very nice traditional golf course dating back to 1891. It must have been a huge feat to build in those days on the top of a volcano (not active!). The course is in good condition with great greens. Playing for the first time is a challenge, as there are quite a few blind shots, and wayward shots will end up down the side of the volcano on the first few holes. Walking is good exercise here! Trolleys are made for the mountains, and really robust, if not the best looking. Some stunning views from some of the holes as you are near to the highest point in the island. Great customer service at reception and clubhouse. Definitely worth playing if you want something different on the island.
