What a great way to experience Maspalomas ! We called Alex the day before we wanted to go on the Panoramic segway tour and he had an empty slot the next morning. My wife, our 12 year old son and myself had a wonderful time. Alex did a great job at making us feel comfortable on the segways and made sure we had a good time. Wish we had taken this tour in the beginning of our holiday, so we had a better idea of the city layout. Best recommondations from Denmark !

First of all Alex is very helpful and friendly. He goes that extra mile which makes the difference between an okay experience and a truly memorable one. He picked us up at the hotel, explained to us patiently how to ride the segway and then took us on an enjoyable trip in Maspalomas. I initially thought that I would rent a Segway and explore the area on my own, and I'm glad I didn't. It was essential to have someone to explain the intricacies of riding the segway and show you the best routes. Alex took us through a variety of routes, including zig-zag, on road, beach front and off-road. He also made a nice go-pro video as trip souvenir. An easy 5* recommendation.

A very nice place with good atmosphere, very good events and the treatment of the tourist is very good! If you have any request you will best find it here at Segway Gran Canaria to book, schedule or just plan your vacation ahead to get the most out of the time spent on the Island. Time is money and everything from events to cash exchange is available at the Kasbah department of Segway Gran Canaria. We reserved three days when my family came to visit for vacations and I recommend it 100%!

An awesome experience!! Alex picked us up an dropped us of at our hotel. He speaks very fluent english, is a great tour guide and is very helpful. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone.

Great few hours out for all of us, children and adults both loved it. Such an easy and fun way to get to see parts of the islands you wouldn't otherwise see. Also chance to switch off and get a tan :-) Alex is top guy!

Such an incredible experience. Alex was a local and total professional from the moment we said Hello. A really fun & beautiful way to tour this part of the island. It was our first time and he put all nerves at ease and we were whizzing around the island in no time. We have some of the best photos of our holiday from this experience and I cannot recommend this enough! Way better than any open top bus tour! Will be booking again when we return!

Awesome experience with a super guide! When we booked the tour, we did not expect much. But it turned out to be one of the best experiences in Gran Canaria. Alex showed us many beautiful places and at the same time we had lots of fun with riding segway. The entire tour we felt safe and cared for. It was really a great experience. Smal explain and than start through maspalomas with some photo stops. A full hour feels like 20min. It was an other way to see the city and the beach with a lot of explainations. Thanks also for the video and pics. I can really recommend this!! Thank you!

We booked the 2 hour Segway tour around Maspalomas and Meloneras (around 18 km), with my wife and my 2 teenagers. All of us had previous Segway experience, but my wife was somehow a bit less comfortable on slopes down and off-road. Alex was very kind to help her and offer alternatives to off-road. Alex made snapshots and short movies all along the way with his GoPro. We even had a small surprise at the end of the tour. The day after the ride, Alex forwarded us a link to download the pictures and movie, all included in the price. All in all, a very good value for money !

We had a really beautiful sunset tour with Alex. He prepared all very well, showed us a lot of Maspalomas, a lot of the emazing nature and a breathtaking sunset. It was the second time we made a tour with Alex and next time we be at Gran Canaria we will book a tour again! Thank you so much Alex!!!

We're both very experienced Segway users so were able to get started straight away. It was a great route, Alex was very friendly and took quite a few nice videos and photos. Did a little bit of offroading as well. which was good fun.
