It's time too thank. First of all Gran Canaria that we can fill our energy tank with your kindness every year. Than thank you to the four British people witch are sitting on the park bank in the back of the Amphitheater at the Parque del Sur. They are very nice and give us the clou that four young Spanish people want to sell their entry cards for the Christina Ramos concert. So we run after them and reach them in the back of the theater. But they could not sell us the cards because you have to give the ID card number if you want to buy a card. So they tried about her online account too buy cards for us. All in the dark with the light of her Handys. They recognize during the buying that I have already bought two cards because they found my ID number of the passport. I tried to buy cards the day before but I have getting no document so I thought that something was going wrong. But one of the nice guys found it in my junk folder. He prepared it so that it was readable with the scanner for the people that let us go in the concert. So we have a wonderful evening with Christina Ramos and her Christmas show. Great park for a run 🏃‍♂️- circuit route of about 1k on a good surface with a small slope around a modern amphitheatre at one end. Good kids park for little ones and a cafe/grill in the centre.

Good green zone. Playground is very old and some places lost a rubber base, which cover a concrete. I saw a moment when boy fall down on his back and probably have broken a coccyx. Getting stars off because of security reasons.

Public toilets, cafe, amphitheatre, aerobics area, children areas, bus stop, car parking. Beautiful place to relax or exercise. One of the best place in this location. We recommend this place for everyone how want to invest a little time in themselves.

Very great park, with running track, playground for kids, climbing rock, benches. There’s a theater too. Also beautiful trees. Absolutely recommended to visit. There are also chicken like birds.

Nice park with pond full of ducks, kids playground and a restaurant. Perfect for spending a time with children.

Beautiful shaded open concert stage. Running track. Small pond and climbing wall inside. Full of palm trees and flowers with pattorts flying around. Free and a great secret that the locals try to keep to themselves

This is a nice park it’s a shame the cafe is not open but music was playing.

Lovely park with a nice cafe

One of the best things about the south /Maspalomas, as well as the dunes. Has pull up bars. I think it's the largest flat area of grass on the island, worth visiting for that alone! There are many, many ducks there, some very large and huge amount of small fish in the pond. Also saw some kind of heron. The small turtles are still there that I saw many years ago, but seems like not as many and they keep to the quieter area of the pond now. So it's great to visit for the wildlife! The ducks are quite aggressive if you have food. The toilets are usually not available, but holidayworld is very close and has great modern toilets.

Great place to chill out, relax and enjoy the locals exercising outside, having birthday parties on the grass, couples sunbaithing and just enjoy the outside life 🌞🌴

Great park, has a bar for drink and food, with the friendliest barman ever, we loved it, was just down the street from our hotel, went 3 times on our holiday

Very relaxing area and very clean! The playground was somewhat old and needed some refreshing. But hey, kids don't mind that :) Some local runners enjoy this area, I understand why. A little pond with ducks was also to have a look at, together with the little "restaurant"/cantina near the playground. We did not buy anything, but nice to have nearby, if needed.

Fantastic big park, well maintained kept tidy and well used by locals with a children's play park and a lovely cafe on site which sells brilliant food and good local beers and wines. And the man that runs it is a very hospitable friendly and generous.

Great play areas for young kids and the park is always kept immaculate.

Not a typical Spanish park, feels more like something from Dubai: a few palm trees and a lot of grass. That said, kids don't need much more than a playground so all good:)

Delightful Park and is highly recommended for all ages. A very hospitable cafe which provides a wide range of drinks and food. I much enjoyed my visits.

Fantastic community park with play areas for children of all ages. There's a brilliant cafe in the centre which serves all kinds of food and drink. The paths are flat and suitable for pushchairs and wheelchair users. There is plenty of seating and shaded areas for picnics.

I have never seen such a beautiful park Must see and take a refresher at the cantina the service is great!
