Nice place for a rest or to spend the night.

Incredible natural spot to hike, camp and have a picnic! It reminds you of tje Alps, Scotland or Nothern Ireland. Highly recommended!!

Nice lake in the mountains, situated in the forest of pines. Makes you fell like somewhere in the summer camp. There is enough space camp, also there are areas for making bbq and public toilet and place to wash your dishes. Good place to spend the night 😊

Very cool lake, when we were driving, we didn’t expect there to be a lake, so we stopped by it. This is worth another visit.

Absolutely stunning recreational area in a beautiful location with mountains and trees. The reservoir is very low on water at the moment. Plenty of parking. The road down is quite steep and rough in places. Their is a clean toilet block that is serviced daily. Fresh water available. Lots of picnic tables and bbqs scattered under the trees. Their are dedicated disabled parking and toilet cubicles. Picnic area can be accessed via a slope as well as steps and some of the picnic tables are adapted for wheel chair users. Their are lots of walks and hikes in the area. The dry river bed is very lush and full of fauna and lots of insects and butterflies and colourful flowers. Their is also a motorhome camping area which requires a permit. A wonderful place to spend the day in nature.

It's been amazing to around the lake, but it was sad because we couldn't cross the dam..writen it's private so we to go back again and was getting late..😌

Lovely place, well equipped with a nice parking

Very nice place for a short and long hiking. Beautiful natural views with just a few people around. Just be aware of the road, that you need to pass before you get here.

Huge picnic place but not much else.

Park at the side of the road near the bridge and walk around the lake. The way is partially pathed and partially along some very stoney and rocky ways. Wear sturdy shoes. It took us approx 1,5 hours to walk around the lake. Very quiet and interesting scenary. Plan your trip there and back and check how long it will take you. The roads are a bit tricky and it will take longer than it looks like on the map

As part of a wider tour, ok to see. Lots of parking and picnic tables - we kept on driving as the water unlimited facilities there were not particularly inviting
