Very friendly and Giuliano and Sylvia are welcoming. Very clean and tidy too. It would be nice to have acces to tea /coffee before 9am and at bedtime. If not access to kitchen then a kettle in the lounge or rooms would be nice.

Great rooms and facilities for a great price, along with friendly and helpful staff. The small hotel has a roof terrace with a small communal kitchen. Here you can relax and enjoy a meal. The kitchen while small was super clean and functional. I made tea and sandwiches here many times for my lunch. Each room had an assigned shelf in a fridge and pantry to store food/drinks during their stay. The location is perfect walking distance to the beaches of Las Palmas north side (5-15min walk depending on the beach). Near the hotel there are many great restaurants that can be found. One place is was Tiki Taco with their authentic Mexican tacos. Definitely considering this location for my returning trip to the island!

Extremely disappointed and feeling lied to. Room to the street was incredibly loud, mattresses were very soft what made it even hotter. Front room should have an AC or something so we do not have to sleep with an open door to the common area. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic. "Because of Covid" they no longer serve breakfast in the building but externally in some Italian café. They give you one coffee and 1 very small sandwich. We stopped going after the second day since it was just not worth the hassle and had to keep paying for it. No staff anymore "Because of Covid" - so all the additional features mentioned in the web no longer exist. Not allowed to be on the rooftop after 10p.m. Bathrooms and common areas are fine. The webpage /booking etc. Promises a lot more and its all relicts from the past. Not worth it.

Amazing Bed & Breakfast in the city center. Two steps away from all the services, and the beach is just 5 minutes walk. Really comfortable for business stays, and if you want to relax you can enjoy the outdoor terrace on the rooftop. The rooms and the bathroom are very original and clean. Nice hosts and great breakfast in the morning. You can not ask for more, I'll definitely come back!!!

Very nice and friendly staff. Clean and quiet (it's taken care of). Good breakfasts and the best rooftop I can imagine. Perfect for evening relax. The only painful thing was parking around the place. If you have a car rented, prepare to pay 16 GBP per day in paid car park as there is virtually zero chance you will park it anywhere in town spots.

nice and clean, and the owners are very very nice. 4 stars just because the breakfast could be better.

The entire place is spotless. Very central. Comfy bed and pillows. The kitchen in the terrace is pretty. The staff is super nice.

Everything was perfect, the room was clean and the staff very kind and helpful. Definitely, I will come again.
