Very thin walls, can hear absolutely everything, apartaments are very small, didn't feel unsafe but didn't feel safe either

Great staff! Although the rooms are very dated as well as the appliances. The lack of outside windows make them feel very weird, and the window to the inside of the house let's you hear everything in the other rooms, and I mean *e v e r y t h i n g*. If you want a room near the beach only to sleep at night great, if you plan to stay in somedays, better look for a more private place.

Great value for the price point. One block from the beach. Surrounded by excellent restaurants. Very clean and tidy, spartan rooms with a kitchenette and good bathroom. There is some late-night noise from the street which is unavoidable, given the neighborhood. No wifi in the rooms removes one star.

For the price offered, the place is perfect -- the location is wonderful (1 min walking distance to the beach and all the bars & restaurants located there), rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and helpful (the receptionist Alberto was very friendly and helped us a lot with everything we needed -- from information about the island to translations from Spanish and calling a car rental company on our behalf). We experienced only several minor inconveniences: the view from our window was into a very small closed inner yard; the walls and windows do not help much with reducing the surrounding noise, so that with an open window you can hear every cough and sneeze of your neighbors; wifi in the rooms is provided for an additional price of ~15 €/week (but there is free wifi in the lobby). On the other hand, these inconveniences are compensated by the more than reasonable price. All in all, a great place to stay if you are not going to spend all your days inside the hotel and if you would like to explore the nightlife of Las Palmas!

Well situated clean and tidy

The good: it is very close from the nearest beach. The not so good: price is slightly expensive for the value you get.

Really dated room , no window to the outside . It's really not nice i would go as far as to say the worst place I have stayed in. Although I will say the staff on reception were excellent
