Perfect location: very close to the beach, to the bus station and to shopping center. Very clean. Helpful reception. Decent price. Not sure about complains from other guests... WiFi worked perfectly in our room, the room was cleaned up every day, the water is good and TV was also included. About the noise - well, its located next to the road and the beach, so what could you expect?

Get what you pay for, location is good for beach top floor apartments have walk in shower much better than lower floors. Don't get a room above main rd as dust men come around about 1-2.30 in morning, after they've been streets are washed down !! Plenty of noise of banging doors all night the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbours !! Don't go in February as the festival is on for a month non-stop.

Very clean and basic , staff on desk spoke no English but were as helpful as they could be .very close to beach , shops and restaurants ,no kettle so had to boil water in saucepan for hot drinks as a solo traveller felt safe

Clean and comfortable but VERY VERY BASIC. Only 1 socket available to charge phones etc. No microwave, kettle or toaster in kitchen. No basic cleaning items eg washing up cloth, liquid etc. No provision for washing clothes (I was there for 2 weeks!) or hanging up washing. No iron. No plugs for bathroom sink or bath. Cheap and convenient for local facilities but I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very basic but 24/7 reception, location amazing, and clean. It does the job. There was an unbearable sound coming from the electric panel in the room. Management should look it out

It's ok. Not worth the high price we paid during off peak season though. The only power point in the apartment was the one the fridge was plugged into. When we switched the hot plate on the lights would go out. We were there a week and they didn't fix it. The water was disgusting and undrinkable. It was also brown in colour. The kitchen wasn't equipped well. No microwave, toaster or kettle. No spatula and barely any other kitchen utensils. The TV wasn't included, had to be rented. There was good wifi in the lobby (none in room) but it dropped out a fair bit. Great location, same block as a spar supermarket and a block from the beach.

If you enjoy the constant noise then this hotel is perfect for you, here you can be sure that you can hear everything your neighbors are saying and doing, and the hotel staff will take care that you do not have to sleep in the mornings. And of course the hotel officers do not speak English at all.

Very cheap solution so you cannot claim so much but our room was clean and big with a small kitchen. Cons: the staff doesn't speak English (tried with 3 different people at reception), you can hear the noise of the street and no free parking available.

Room was very noisy outside and inside. Next room was very noisy, the cleaning lady was very noisy but very nice. People upstairs very noisy. If any money has been invested in this place it was spent on the lobby, lifts and conference rooms because our front balcony room was awful. We could see through missing glass to next door bathroom, needs double glazing and no-one told us about the roof terrace. Reception didn't speak English but they should have a laminated map of the building in every room or on the desk. Such a perfect location and I am sad I can't stay here again but noise outweighs location.

Customer service from attendant Daniel is excellent. Speaks good English to guide when asking for help in extending my stated, help out to book a cab to get me to the aeroporto. The room well look after by the room attendant. Perfect location definitely be back advice anyone to stay in.

Past its glory days. Previous reviews just nailed it. And, Luis the porter is nice.

Rooms are cleaned regularly. Balcony small but adequate. Beds comfy. Noisy if you're on the street view side but you get used to it.

Lovely clean room, brilliant reception and customer service. The hotel is close to the beach as well as to the shopping area. We spent nice 6 days there, absolutely satisfied!

I will never be back, this place is horrible. It’s not clean and the staff does not speak a word of English. Wi-fi is constantly disconnecting and I mean literally every minute. When I asked the guy on the reception he said it’s my problem. That’s interesting because I have never had problems connecting to wi-fi before. There was also a door to another room from my room and I could hear everything the other guests say or do. I could even smell their food when they cook. There were almost no power outlets. It was quite cold at night, no heaters at all. Facilities were run down and kind of gross. The only good thing is the location.
