I had negative experience with Lighbooking. They rented the apartment to me without informing that the builduing next to it was being reconstructed. The noise was insupportable starting at 8am, I had to move out, not to mention the huge discomfort and time consumption. I afvise against booking with them

My husband and I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed it. Absolutely hassle-free check-in and check-out. We were met at the airport by a friendly agent who gave us the keys and some tips about public transport and Las Palmas in general which we found very useful. The flat was located just 5min from Las Canteras beach, on a fairly quiet side street - can't imagine a better location. There is a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Everything in the flat was in good working condition and the variety of equipment was quite impressive (there were even washing powder capsules for the washing machine). It allowed us to live comfortably and independently and experience Las Palmas like locals. Would happily stay here again.

This was our first stay in this establishment. Our first impression was that the place was clean and well looked after. The kitchen was well appointed, and everything worked in the bathroom. There was adequate space in the wardrobe. There was, unfortunately, very little information provided about the general running of the accommodation, disposal of rubbish, for example. What was more worrying was the total absence of information about what to do in an emergency. We were on the 4th floor and there was no indication as to emergency exits, assembly points or fire extinguishers. There was never anyone at the reception desk and no information about how to contact staff. We will not be back.

Really nice kitted out holiday apartment. It is nice to be so independent and have a washing machine. The location is great near everything and Las Canteras round the corner. We stayed over a week, and was quiet but as we are nearing Easter you could tell there was more people in the building and there werent noisy or anything however you could hear everything from the bedroom if they coughed or whatever so thin walls. I wore earplugs. Unfortunately there is a very dodgy club de alterne opposite and even though we were quite high up on the 4th floor the noise, coming and goings of the business they do there and shouting at the top of there voices till 4am and beyond not even with earplugs i was able to not hear the racket.

Very nice apartment. Small but had everything you needed. Lovely lady concierge. Large sunny roof terrace with sun beds. Excellent position for beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Would definitely visit again.

Excellent!!! I am here in Rosamar for several weeks and I am totally satisfied with everything. Everything is clean and the apartments are very well equipped (TV, Wifi, hair dryer, toaster, coffee machine and washing machine...) The beds have good mattresses and there is both a balcony and a huge roof terrace with tables, loungers and showers. And the beach is just around the corner. A great neighborhood here but a very quiet street. In a word: just perfect!
