Owner never around. Management rude and screamy. ( doesnt matter if you are paying, if you dont follow management conditions he will kick you out with no second thoughts! ) Receptionists polite but busy and always sad looking. Overpriced for what it really is. Dont waste your money! With this position and for better prices you can find better hostals and even guesthouse.

I stayed 4 days here in the 16bed female dorm and was very comfortable and pleased with everything. I quite liked the privacy curtains for the beds and the fact that they have a 24hr concierge. The dorm, kitchen and bathroom areas were very clean and the other guests and staff were all friendly and polite. After I had booked my room online I called & asked to come and see the place as my last hostel nearby wasn't the best and I was shown around and everything was explained. The hostel is not far from the main bus depot and local bus stops. There are lots of shops locally. The marina is a few minutes away and Las Canteras beach is about 15-20mins walk (or short bus ride) away when you know the route. The bus from the airport takes you straight to the main bus depot (the one on the hour is more direct as only stops once). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Tidy but EXTREMELY tight. Absolutely clean and well equipped but there is less than a bed's width between bunk beds, you can not sit straight on the bed and the lockers are tiny too. Plus there is NO recycling bin in the entire house. A well-engineered profit-maximalizing venture rather than a hospitality establishment. The premium over other hostels is not justified.

Very very nice :) Nice and clean, clear kitchen and fully equiped, clear and calm rooms with lots of plugs for convenience , clear and big showers, even washing avaliable, good wifi. Very very nice and helpfull clerks. I recommend this everyone. That's been only my 2nd time as an adventure with "hosteling" because I was afraid , untrustful etc. but now I realize that there can be hostels on a very very good level and not overexpensive. Correct but not extra. Expensive for room with 8 bed. Rooms don’t lock and to enter the hostel you have to wait for the receptionist to be there (where they usually are but not always).
