Worst accommodation i have been in years, horrible rooms, broken towels, beds with wheels that constantly move ( no breaks), poor breakfast, loud hummer noises from 9.30 am... If It was a 20 euros night hotel, would be worth, but for the price, is a joke.

A delightful stay at the Escuela which was much enjoyed. Ample breakfast with very helpful staff, a very comfortable bed and everything you would wish from a hotel. They were also very supportive of our travel arrangements for which many thanks.

Great hotel, great food (waiter service for dinner), fantastic staff, not many people there during our stay (January). Breakfast limited and not hot. In essence this is a school/college for Spanish tourism students owned by the Spanish government. Only problem is the hotel boarders the main GC15, which is very busy but does go quiet 12am-6am. Go for a balcony/terrace room. top rooms are claustrophobic.

Rooms are dated particularly the 1970 bathrooms. cleaning needed cob webs on ceiling walls dirty.

Good hotel. Clean and nicely equipped rooms. The balcony was lovely with nice views. We found the restaurant a bit formal and foreboding to visit with kids (although they do have high chairs) but there are a couple of nice bistros nearby. Good breakfast and helpful reception. No parking but there are spaces by the church a couple of minutes walk up the hill. If you do park there be aware you can enter through the small unmarked door by reception (rather than through the main gate and gardens, which means carrying your luggage up a lot of steps!) A short drive to Bandama and the Botanical Gardens, which are both worth a visit.

I ordered a quieter and bigger room. When I arrived, no such room could be provided. The rooms shown were small and dark, unfortunately not quiet. I then left without resistance of the reception. Now I get a fee of 72.30 euros calculated for such a dysfunction. Immediately I have now sent a complaint to management asking for immediate repayment. Such behavior of a hotel school is unbearable.

Wonderful grounds, helpful staff. They seem to have at least one person per shift that speaks English, which can be very helpful. Room was clean and had sufficient linens. Food was magnificent; traditional and fusion Canary cuisine.

Very nice service. Liked the breakfast. God old fashioned hotel, lots of space, chilled. The pool is gone. Don’t know if they are working on a replacement.

This is an excellent hotel in an amazing setting. The gardens boast some very impressive trees. The staff are very professional and the food, vsried and well-prepared.
