The location of the place is just amazing but unfortunately be aware of bed bugs in the dorms. After a night there I’ve been bitten a lot on my body and this is something really annoying when you travel as you need to wash absolutely all your stuff high temperatures. I guess this is something difficult to control for an hostel but I’m really disappointed that I have called them to inform them and they never call me back to do something. In my opinion there is a lack of maintenance in this place which is a shame because it has a huge potential. Otherwise as described in others comments, the view is breathtaking and the food is really good.

Best hostel I've been in my life. The views here are stunning, the whole hostel property is huge and you can camp, rent a private room or a shared dorm. The serve dinner and breakfast which are delicious and all made in the hostel. Very cheap for what it is, 19 euros a night, 10 for dinner and 5 for breakfast. You could just live in this place. The atmosphere is amazing, everyone is so friendly and chilled. You can go for hikes, ride bikes, meditate or just have a good time with the people living here. They also have an awesome jacuzzi with the view to the mountains.

An incredible view, worth the detour, that's all ! The kitchen did not work (we had to look for a restaurant on a Sunday evening in the middle of the mountains), the jaccuzzi is broken since months, there are very few bathrooms... (and we could continue on several others points)...

Really enjoyed the place and view but the manager was pretty unpleasant and at times rude. He made comments that were unprofessional. We took out our own garbage when we left (which is not a big deal if asked nicely) but instead we were told it was “ the least we could do” as if we had been horrible guests. It made us feel uncomfortable

Beautiful terraces with plenty possibilities to sit and enjoy the view. Bedrooms and Bathrooms are all very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Wifi exists, but only in the common area. Great food, can even be vegan on demand, just portions could be a little larger. Very good place to overnight on a multi-day hike, or also to stay multiple nights and explore the surroundings by foot.

This place is absolutely awesome. The view is amazing. There is enough space in the living room to rest and to have it comfortable. I loved the ofen inside to keep yourself warm and as well outside for the evening. The food was fantastic. The bathroom is good. And the room for just one night or so is absolutely fine. If you hike and looking for a nice place to rest, this is definitely a good adress!

Beautiful views! The dorms could use updating (no curtains or lockers). Otherwise everything was good. The main hangout area is nice to relax and chill in.

Amazing stay at Finca! To start, the views from the front of the property are breathtaking and they alone are worth staying at this hostel for. The staff were so friendly and I felt really welcome. The beds were probably some of the most comfortable I've slept on in a hostel in a while and I really appreciated that the room stayed dark in the morning due to the construction of it so it was easy to keep sleeping if you didn't feel like getting up. Two toilets and one shower but there never seemed to be much of a wait. The main building was really warm and cozy as well, just all around great stay.

It was only €24 per head for a dormitory (the photo is flattering) but still poor value. Hippy commune type place. If you don’t arrive by 17:00 and order dinner, no dinner. Allegedly 20 min walk by goat path to Tejeda but don’t try it at night. Good €6 breakfast. Pleasant staff, Tejeda does not have much ch accommodation so plan ahead.

Lovely hostel with a great view. Good vibes with other people. Shower was a bit poor after being cold after a bike trip and the breakfast is not enough. Would definitely recommend for active people

Fantastic location, well tended orchard, dedicated chef in the kitchen, lovely vegetarian fresh food (3 courses). I could stay here forever. Thanks for the lovely time here, to the volunteers and Claidio. 🌻🙏

This was the cheapest option to stay while hiking in this area. The dormitory room was run down, the bathroom also, but for one night it was no problem. The outside area is great with amazing views. Australian volunteers were nice and helpful 👍 Thanks guys! But the manager... Very unprofessional and unpleasant. After check in he kept me asking if I paid. Yes, I did, on Booking. I don't think I must show to someone my credit card operations. But I've shown him, just for peace of mind. As I repeated (again) that it's paid, the manager got angry and left the reception acting like a girl 🤣(not kidding...). A similar situation was the next morning about asking me if I paid for dinner... And even when I asked if I could clean a coffee cup it was like the manager was doing me a favour... Unpleasant experience, but at least a little bit fun 🤭

There is no words to describe the moments we've shared in this place. So many amazing peoples that we've met ; in such a wonderful places surrounded by nature. I'll never forget these moments that will forever stay in my heart. And so many great pictures taken there as well! Like I've said, they're included here 😁 Cherry on the top, it's near Tejeda and many expeditions! What else is needed? 😁 If you're thinking "food" well, don't worry ; there is breakfast and dinner as a supplement. But it's totally worth it! ♥️ Take care and thank you very much for everything, guys!

Amazing hostel! The view is breathtaking, Claudio and the volunteers were so welcoming and gave good advice about hiking trips in the local area. The beds were clean and comfortable, would definitely revisit!

It's a magical and very calm place in mids of the mountains, sourrounded by beautiful nature and a stunning view (but still easy to get there by car!). The staff working there is very friendly and open to spend time together, have a chat and some good advices for inside tips and recommendations. We stayed in one of the double bed rooms, which are simple but very comfortable and cozy!

My stay at Finca la Isa was very nice! I stayed in the hostel for 2 nights. The views were just amazing. Together with other people I met in the hostel we did an amazing hike to roque nublo! Chloe was also a very nice host and I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast they make. The rooms were also nice and clean, a locker would be nice, but I didn't feel that my stuff was unsafe. The only little downside was that the shower did not drain properly, but apart from that everything was 👌

The location of the hostel is breathtakingly beautiful - the view of the roque nublo, the nature around, the stars at night. The common space also feels really cozy and great to hang out with others. The only reason I’m giving this place 4 stars is because I observed the manager being highly disrespectful to the volunteers in the hostel. It truly negatively influenced the energy of the space and it made me feel uncomfortable at times. Two volunteers left during my two-night stay.

A wonderful hostel in the mountains. Claudio and the team immediately make you feel at home. The views are spectacular 😍. Don't believe the haters, this is a rustic hostel in the mountains looking after you. Remember to order dinner before 5pm! Miss you guys already 😙

You cannot beat this view. The people here were very friendly. There is a fridge for people staying in the hostel, just don't plan on putting a lot in there because space is limited. No lockers, but I honestly was never worried about leaving my stuff in the room. My one actual critique is that there is only one shower, however, I only waited about 10 minutes for the shower and I did have the most amazing view during that time.

Very friendly and helpful volunteers and manager, cozy common room, good location, fair prices. Place is kind of botchy built and no high-class, but more is not needed to have a great stay and socialize with other guests.

We had a pleasant stay. Amazing location with breathtaking views. There are multiple levels on the premise with different kind of seating where you can sit around. The guy running the place was very friendly and spoke good english. He handmade our breakfast which was pretty great. (An egg, some toast, jams, fruit salad and cheese) The biggest downside was the room. It looked ok at first sight but found quite a few negative points later on. Our duvet was a twin sized on, but it was stuffed in a single bed cover making it way too small for two people. The furniture is a bit 'makeshift' and looks old and run down. The door had a massive hap under it wich caused all sorts of insects to crawl in. It is a mountain side hostel of course, so we didn't realy complain. All in all, we really enjoyed spending a night here

Breath-taking views, stunning hikes for all abilities, peace, tranquility, shooting starts, friendly guests. I've stayed two years in a row. Once in a dorm and the other in a double. The rates are reasonable. Lost a star as I couldn't bear to see the dog tied up outside for so long, especially when it's freezing at night plus the showers could do with better cleaning. If you're travelling by public transport, it's fairly easy if you plan well. I'd recommend the awesome and affordable buses as opposed to cabs or you can split your journey by bus to the nearest town and then a cab to cut the cost. I traveled through from north to south. Keep your eyes wide open to drink in the gloriously undulating scenery all the way across to Tenerife and Teide!

Nice stay, good breakfast, but very bad aftertaste My husband forgot his expensive jacket with wallet at the hostel. It took several days before we could get anybody to pick up the phone. They confirmed they found the jacket, but refuse to send it home (of course we offered to pay expenses in advance, with extra fee for the effort).

What an awesome Hostel. Friendly and helpful staff. The food was delicious. The views around the area are breathtaking. Definitely worth to visit!

A spartan accommodation. The host think it is normal to let your guests watch the show "let the dog bite a kitten to death". Yes, those things happen, but I would rather not be confronted with it during holidays. Rooms are basic, dinner is nice, views were cool, the place in general is very social.

Great location. Staff SUPERnice. Just some details to be better: - It's important to wear the mask inside, specially if you're cooking/working, and some staff don't use It... - Matress and pillows could be improved...

Amazing place in the mountains to meet people. You can get dinner for 10 bucks which was always delicious. Breakfast is basic for 5,50. The staff is friendly and chill. Cats+fireplace make the place very comfy. From there you can go on daily hikes. Thanks, I would visit again.
