The food was okay as it should be in a Burger King. Would have liked a bit more than a very small strip of bacon on my burger though. Another issue is that they were out of a LOT of things. First of all, we ordered the exact 2 drinks that they were out of, only to find out at the machine after paying. Also they were out of Mayonnaise, which was laughed away with a free disgusting sweet and sour sauce. You would expect them to mention what they are out of before ordering…

Ahh the manager of this BK needs an ass kicking! Filthy dirty inside and outside. Such a beautiful mall you'd expect something a bit better from the King of burgers. What a shame....

Got wrong food, they did not change it. Ordered for 7... 7 people!! I managed/ owned a Subway restaurant before and this kind of trained staff should not be possible.,. Worst BK in history. Hot place, no shade almost.

The worst Burger King on the island. 40 min waiting time, 6 employees and 5 customers. All trash can full , dirty terrasse, not one table clean, trashes on the floor everywhere.

If I could rate less I would. Ordered one Vegetal whopper and one Vegetal long. 25 minutes later a vegetal whopper and chicken long appeared. Adviced it was a vegetal long not a chicken long and 30 seconds later it was replaced with the exact same thing with 'vegetal' written on the outside. Unconvinced I'd been given what I ordered I didn't eat it. I paid €8 for a drink and cold fries that took 25 minutes to show up.

Severely understaffed at rush hour (20:09) on a bank holiday. The discount i activated on the app and then scanned into the system was not recognised and the only reply i got from the supervisor was to deactivate it and try again another day! I ordered the gluten free whopper and a king jr meal. Despite the high turnover (albeit slow service), the food was delivered cold and aesthetically displeasing. There was even a cockroach inside the establishment, and had to call a staff member to dispose of it. Restaurant inside was quite unkept and dirty. Had to ask for serviettes and more ketchup because they didn’t give me the established four saches and there were two of us eating. Today is not my first day coning to this restaurant. In fact i live only 5 mins away from this restaurant. Today i decided to write this review because it is one too many bad experiences! I have a small child and it is convenient but im seriously considering not coming back ever again. Sorry.

I give 1 because I can't give 0 For one order waiting 40minuts is definitely to long. People there can't even click what order which they is ready, when there is like 30numbers. the place is soo dirty that you can't imagine. Totaly zero never ever again. this shouldn't name Burger King.

Hi, I visited this Burger King while on holiday a week ago. My grasp of Spanish is poor to say the least. However, the lady on the tills recognised this and asked a chef, who had an excellent grasp of English to help me out. I was impressed by the friendly service I received. Gracias 😉

Terible service and quality, bun was soggy meat was uncooked… no dezinfecant, no kids toys for happy meal. Everywhere dirty, broken chairs and etc. shame!

Very slow to get service even after you have paid for it at the self service , felt like if you were not from here they made you wait , 30mins for chicken nuggets for my daughter need I say more

Really unfriendly lady working there with "an attitude" towards customers. In the middle of the order she was on her phone calling and just walked away! Unbelievable. Staff is not motivated at all and doing everything on autopilot. Service is terrible. Quality is OK I guess but the customer service is really shockingly bad. In no way this should be representing a brand like BK. And the blond lady do something about your attitude! No place for arrogance in the customer service industry.

Very hot inside, so have to eat outside, and that is also very hot, but not as hot as inside. My heart cries for those poor employees that have to work in that heat....Also we were quite disappointed that there was no queso/cheese dip here anymore. We were also given a melted milkshake. This used to be our BK to go to before the pandemic, but sadly, this will be our last visit. The heat inside made the employees make several errors with orders as well. Their heads must be cooking due to the heat in there.
