Prices are not always easy to find, and sometimes seem rather high, but customer service on the shop floor is very helpful.

The worst customer service I found in years. I counted 7 team members , all of them talking amongst themselves, and not one was available to provide me with product pricing. Spoke to another and sent me to speak the the one in the next isle. By the way this one was extremely busy organizing the display to give the time of day. I should have listen to my wife from the get go and gone to carrefour to get the refrigerator. Lesson learned.

I visited this store on Monday and had a very bad experience. There were a lot of people and the staff were not helpful at all . I asked if someone could help me move a 180cm shoe rack for 20 shoes which was very heavy to which they gave me a ticket which said I was no 89 . No one was willing to help me put in a trolley . In the end my mother and I put the heavy package in the trolley then had to go the self service cashier till to pay . I needed help again to get the scanning code as it was on top of the package ... so a male assistant came and moved the package so I could scan it . I asked if they would help me put this heavy package in the car and they refused flatly . I was in the store for 1.5 hrs trying to get help but no one wanted to help . When I got to my car I asked a kind man in the car park to help load the heavy package which he did . I felt in this store their were horrible rude people and in times like this when we actually ventured out these people should have been more courteous and helpful . I will never come here again !!!

A shame that two people I know have experienced poor delivery service

Great selection prices are very competitive considering that this place is located on an island. Staff is very helpful even with my language barrier. Highly recommend. Edit: Still returning to this location and have not been disappointed. They have what you need.

The best place to shop. Almost all under one roof.

Quite simply,the store has everything for home. Very friendly staff like to help you and advise you on your purchase.

Everything is well organized and the staff that I asked for guidance was very helpful. I had to look for a while to find an employee and they were busy for quite a while before they could tend to me so some more employees to help customers would have gotten the 5 stars.

I travelled over half an hour to buy a product that the web page said was in stock, but it wasn't, in fact nothing even like it. I gave 2 stars because the assistant gave me an idea of where I might find it and I did.
