We
are
currently
staying
here
for
a
few
more
nights
(room
2122
-
overlooking
kids
pool
and
sea).
If
you
are
after
a
relaxing
4/5
star
holiday,
be
aware
of
the
way
Jet2
market
this
hotel.
It
is
more
akin
to
a
3
star
at
best.
The
staff
are
fantastic
at
the
hotel,
great
people
and
they
really
care.
It
appears
this
hotels
main
source
of
additional
income
is
through
upgrades
to
their
Star
Prestige
offering
and
the
efforts
of
the
hotel
are
directed
so.
The
hotel
has
3
pool
areas,
1
of
which
is
out
of
bounds
to
commoners
unwilling
to
upgrade
(or
parents
like
us
paying
through
the
nose
to
stay
at
a
“5
star”
resort).
The
2
pools
left
to
choose
from
are
either
a
splash
park
and
a
main
pool
which
is
absolutely
chaotic.
There
are
no
sunbeds,
which
I
can
live
with,
but
is
also
hilarious
for
the
price
you
pay.
The
only
way
to
get
a
sunbed
is
to
sit
on
a
bed
from
8-9am
and
don't
move.
Even
at
4-5pm
you
will
struggle
to
get
a
bed
and
they
are
centimetres
apart
from
each
other.
Night
time
entertainment
is
at
the
same
location
/
bar
as
the
pool
/
day
time.
Breakfast
/
lunch
/
dinner
is
at
the
same
restaurant.
Bit
like
ground
hog
day
after
a
few
days.
Whilst
‘Star
Prestige’
get
access
to
their
own
entertainment,
restaurants,
bars
etc.
as
well
as
all
of
the
ordinary
ones.
The
food
is
genuinely
fantastic,
and
we
never
eat
in
at
hotels,
but
we
have
on
several
nights
here
credit
to
the
kitchen.
Staff
are
very
attentive
and
want
to
help.
Overall
the
hotel
is
very
old,
air
conditioning
is
so
so
awful
(it
either
doesn’t
work
or
makes
your
bed
and
clothes
damp),
room
full
of
ants
(including
my
5
year
old
daughters
bed)
and
I
did
return
one
afternoon
to
find
my
door
open
and
free
for
anyone
to
walk
in
(a
problem
with
the
door
latch
which
they
fixed).
The
ants
in
our
room
returned
after
they
had
'sorted
it'
and
I
couldn't
believe
my
eyes
this
morning
when
a
large
cockroach
came
out
from
behind
the
food
counter
at
breakfast
and
moved
across
the
restaurant
-
I
had
to
point
it
out
to
the
staff
who
disposed
of
it
(I'm
not
squeamish
but
I'd
expect
this
of
a
2
star
hotel).
This
hotel
is
basically
a
70/80s
build
hotel
with
a
new
lick
of
paint.
For
the
price,
the
value
for
money
is
not
good
at
all,
Jet2
probably
to
blame
for
this
just
as
much
due
to
their
marketing
of
the
hotel.
If
all
3
areas
were
open
to
guests
and
the
hotel
was
not
chasing
supplementary
income
from
the
adults
only
market
it
be
could
be
fantastic.
It’s
not
just
pools,
as
there
are
NO
quiet
relaxing
bars
or
quiet
areas
at
all.
I
wouldn’t
bother
coming
back
(even
if
for
free).
The
site
needs
knocking
down
and
rebuilding
fit
for
purpose
or
they
need
to
bin
off
catering
for
100
guests
at
the
cost
of
700
and
allow
all
three
pool
areas
for
all
guests.
This
hotel
needs
to
get
the
basics
right
such
as
proper
AC
in
rooms,
no
ants,
a
secure
door/room,
no
cockroaches
at
brekfast
and
a
sunbed
to
sit
down
on.
I
really
didn't
want
to
write
such
a
scathing
account
of
what
it
has
been
like
as
the
staff
are
genuinely
so
hard
working
and
so
professional
-
however
the
hotel
owners
and
Jet2
are
being
disingenuous
with
customers.
If
you
are
booked
to
come
here
maybe
reconsider
your
options.
We
have
spent
the
tail
end
of
our
holiday
at
the
in
laws
hotel
down
the
road,
a
relaxing
pool
loads
of
sunbeds
and
AC
that
works.
