Great atmosphere, all the staff are fabulously friendly & helpful, I was able to sit back & take a nap at the shampoo sinks while I waited for my color to process while getting a hot towel with lavender on my neck & a hot towel treatment w/ tea tree on my face! Amazing!! And the provide refreshments during your visit, & best of all the manager called me yesterday to ensure my visit was satisfactory!! What?!? I've never been anywhere else with this type of treatment. I love that they have points so you can get free pedicures or facials or other treatments & they even gave me a personalized card w/ a sweet treat thanking me for coming in. Amanda thank you so much for an awesome job on my hair. Thank you everyone at Bombshell that made me feel like a queen for a day! I'm a new loyal customer as long as I'm here in Vegas I'm not even bothering trying anywhere else. Truly epic! I called & wanted to make an appointment for asap & they would have been able to get me in that eve if it weren't for prior obligations I already had but they still got me in the next morning.

Brittany was my stylist, she was beyond professional very flexible with me running late or getting lost and she did a fantastic job on my hair, I walked in and told her I wanted to look like a fairy and boy did she deliver. Definitely coming back here, it's worth the distance.

I really loved this salon I went in to get my hair dyed. The first time I was unhappy with my results. However, they were all very kind and gladly had me come back to fix it. Still not quite the shades colors that I wanted. Though manny did a really good job and I am much happier with the way it looks now. Thank you so much for hearing me out and fixing me up. Pastel before vibrant after.

I went in and had my eyebrows tinted. Karla was so sweet. She listened well and when I left and saw one was lighter than the other I came back in and she fixed it right up. Very friendly and professional.

AMAZING. One of the best Brazilian waxes I’ve ever had. I even got a little goody bag at the end for aftercare :) The staff is very friendly and the vibes of the place are like no other! I will definitely be back.

Sabrina completed my wax and I was very pleased with the service. She had amazing customer service, was very well educated in her field, and made me feel like I was hanging with a girlfriend the whole time. I’ve been getting waxed forever and no one has ever been able to assist me with my hyperpigmentation. Not only did she have amazing tips but her wax left me softer than ever and even a bit lighter. The only disappointment was that I visited the IG page after visiting the shop hoping to connect with her but didn’t find one photo of her. She’s a beautiful black woman and I noticed that the IG page had very very little of it’s non Caucasian employees advertised. Piece of advice, you’d probably reach other demographics if you promote them from within first, just a friendly tip :)
