This is a beautiful establishment on the inside and we especially loved the look at the bar. I would like to give 5 stars, but we were not treated well when we walked in. Definitely seems to have a more business like atmosphere, but there were several tables open and we went at lunchtime. There were a few gaming spots at the bar and empty chairs at the end of the bar. When we entered the hostess Teresa, was not polite and didn't even acknowledge us until my mother-in-law said something. I know we didn't look like business women in suits or drive up in a Lamborghini, but we looked nice and were able to pay for that type of restaurant. It's just a shame it put such a damper on our experience. She looked around the restaurant and then back at us and asked if we had a reservation. We said no, and she acted like they were so busy and had no time for us. She eventually said well you can look at the bar. We went over and sat down. The bartender, Chris, was so nice to us. As we noticed the hostess and another manager walk around it was apparent that they are just not too friendly or seem to enjoy their job. They weren't even busy. The charcuterie board was delightful. You can pick up to five items, including different cheeses and meats. The prosciutto, aged 12 years was so delicate and a perfect pair to the cheeses and sauces. We ended up sharing a mustard chicken dish and it was so tender and flavorful. Chris was so nice and split the plate for us. The macaroni and cheese (and I don't normally like macaroni) was the best I've ever had. I would like to go again, but I'm nervous for the way we were treated. They are nicer to you at Olive Garden then they were. How you feel where you are eating is half of the experience.

Lovely restaurant in the heart of Summerlin. The decor brings you to the old “wealthy” south. The food is excellent but exactly what you should expect from an upscale restaurants. Portions are appropriate for the clientele and the drinks are excellent. This is a wonderful place to have s great lunch with a friend or dinner with close friends.

Very nice restaurant. First time dining here, but heard alot about this place. Safe to say, it didn't disappoint. The atmosphere was cool. Kinda of like a dinner and upscale bar merged together. The service was great and the food was very good. I had the pan seared Sea Bass w/ roasted potatoes. Different from any other Sea Bass I had had to date, but it was good. It was a little crispy on the ends which was a pleasure surprise. My wife had the grilled salmon which was very tasty. Even my grandson enjoyed his pepperoni pizza! All in all, this was a wonderful dining experience that we will definitely try again!!!

This is one of the greatest hidden gems in Las Vegas for foodies. Located in an unassuming business park, from the outside the Vintner Grill seems like a common cafeteria. But inside, it is one of the best fine dining establishments I've had the pleasure of eating at in town. The real star of the Vintner Grill is the food. It's some of the best I've had in Vegas, and everything I ordered from the menu was amazing. Of special note is their Mac and Cheese, which is so good other restaurants have tried to steal the recipe! I can't praise the food here enough. It was truly amazing. I'd highly recommend the Vintner Grill for a fancy date, a special occasion, or a holiday outing. It's quite expensive, but the food is worth it and the service is top notch. Come dressed up and enjoy some of the finest cuisine Vegas has to offer!

Maybe if Carrot Top was in the bar area, my experience would have been better. The prime burger was not so prime 😕. Old over cooked dried bacon. The prime meat patty was dry and way over 🧂 salted. Brioche bun fell apart. You know it's not good when you only have a few bites and box the rest for home. Fries were crispy, and the dipping sauce was not bad. Looking around the table, I saw a dried out over seasoned halibut that was returned. Was not impressed with my dining experience. Margerita wasn't bad.Thank goodness I didn't have to pay for my meal as I was a guest of my friends.

We arrived promptly for our reservation and were met by a staunch-faced hostess who looked like she had better things to do. Didn't say anything after confirming our reservations just grabbed some menus and walked away, I wasn't sure if we were to follow her or If she was doing something else. It could just be her mannerism but she happily welcomed and smiled at the patrons that entered behind us while looking past me. This was our first time here and she did pull the table out for us to sit so I dismissed this as a one-off and gave her the benefit of the doubt. I'm going to believe she is a lovely hostess 99% of the time. In any case, I dismissed this and the rest of the evening flowed smoothly with a smiling and tentative waiter and delicious food. We were allowed to enjoy our meal and chat without multiple interruptions, our tables were cleared promptly and service was great. We were very happy with the food. I highly recommend the lamb bolognese! The portions are generous, more than we could eat and the desserts were lovely. I really enjoyed the Sommelier's Chardonnay selection of the evening as well. The ambiance is romantic and classy but could use some sprucing up. The booth seats are very worn and torn. The crowd is mature in the early eve and gets a bit younger as the evening progresses. There does not seem to be a dress code which is unfortunate as most patrons come dressed in proper dinner attire. I saw a man with a ball cap on and a man with a Golden Nights Tshirt. It's a nice place with excellent food and service, I think it deserves some appreciation. Would I go back? Possibly but we are having fun visiting all the most recommended steak houses in LV right now so we shall see. I would recommend this place based on food and ambiance for a date night or celebratory dinner. Not really a place for kids but I did see some.

Came here for Valentine's dinner. Food was great. We had the beet salad and the hummus and naan bread for starters. (I preferred the hummus and naan bread over the beet salad) Our entrees were the sea bass and salmon dishes. I preferred the salmon over the sea bass. For dessert, we had the lava cake and the apple pie. I LOVED the apple pie. Ordered a cappuccino and coffee along with that. Overall, food was light, healthy, and delicious. The restaurant itself had a romantic, easygoing appeal to it. Looked very fancy on the inside; on the outside, it looks like a regular business building. I was wondering if we were in the right place when we drove up haha. But would definitely come again to try other options on the menu. Great place for romantic dinner, special occasion, or even a business lunch/dinner. It was a little too loud sometimes from other customers but we had a good time.

Beware this place is addicting! I’ve only been here for lunch, and the food has always been great! The Food is always fresh, and super quick to come out! The flavors are outstanding and unique! On top of great food the service is always good. This place does get really busy for lunch so be prepared.

Had high expectations, but the food did not meet them. The service and especially our server Sarah were excellent. Our appetizers, a mixed green salad and crab cakes were good, but I ordered the scallops with risotto and there was zero flavor. It literally tasted like it was simmered with just water and there was no broth, salt, or cheese added. I sent the dish back, which Sarah handled professionally, but when it came back a second time it was just as bland. So strange because the scallops were cooked well and the rice was lightly al denté but zero flavor. I should have sent the dish back a second time but my mother was already done with her food and I didn’t want to make more of a scene The tiramisu was delicious and was probably the best thing we had. The manager found a digital gift card that was deleted from an email, which was very nice of him We sat outside and when I got home I realized I got six mosquitoes bites on my legs during dinner

My husband and I went to Vintner Grill to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, and sat us at the perfect table. The food was incredible and our server made some wonderful appetizer suggestions. Then as we were about to order dessert, our server brought out a complimentary tiramisu in honor of our anniversary! (I was going to order the tiramisu anyway, so it was perfect.) We were blown away with the service we received, and we will definitely be back. Thank you Vintner Grill!

Beautiful venue but loud so intimate conversation was hard. Atmosphere was sophisticated. Service was good and bad. Food was served at correct temperature. Prices are a little high but worth another visit. Butter served with bread needs to be room temperature. Bread was delicious. Beet salad was delicious but more cheese, please. Veal and sea bass were delicious. Lemon cheesecake was tasty but needed more lemon.

The place looks nice, the staff is very friendly. The food is very good. Good bruschetta, good salami and cheese selection, i had the Mediterranean fish and it tasted fresh. For dessert i had the tiramisu and i have to say i am very picky when it comes to the tiramisu. It was just ok.

Tucked in an Office Park off West Charleston and Indigo St. Vintner’s has Indoor or Outside seating. We were welcomed immediately upon entering the restaurant. Our server Stacy was friendly and accommodating. What we ordered: 1.) Crab Cakes, nicely seasoned and moist. 2.) Crispy Calamari, it was a bit over cooked as some of the pieces were somewhat chewy but it was seasoned nicely. I did not care for the taste of the dipping sauce a bit sweet for me. 3.) Cesar Pepperoni Pizza. Interesting as they bake the pizza and then put Cesar Salad on top before serving it. My friend said it tasted good. 4.) Grilled Scallops over Risotto. It was over salted my friend said it was not tasty. 5.) Grilled Sea-bass. Again, fish was a bit over cooked as the skin was tough on some portions. I may come again hoping it was on off night, but the cook at the fish station needs to watch his cooking time! Side Note: Ladies take note if you are wearing a skirt or dress as some of the chairs in the main dining room have tears in the seat and cut into your back of your legs. My friend made them switch out her chair because of this very thing!

Vintner Grill is a hidden culinary gem that truly knows how to impress with its good food and incredible ambiance. From start to finish my experience scheduling a business dinner for my team of 30 was nothing short of extraordinary. Working with Tonya Piazza, the Catering and Events Coordinator made the event a success. Tonya was an absolute joy to work with. Tonya's commitment to making sure our event came off without a hitch was noticeable and truly appreciated. Whether it's a special occasion, a casual night out, or a business affair, Vintner delivers on all fronts!

The service from the manager helping us bring in a birthday cake we were allowed to bring and the waitress Tracy was so gracious and professional. It was just a delightful experience. There were 4 of us. I had the New York strip which was cooked to perfection . The flavor was amazing. It was 12 Oz so I had to bring half of it home. My friends had the Crispy chicken, one hand lamb and 1 head sea bass. We were all so thrilled with our food it was perfect. We also tried the Willamette Pino. a bottle for us 4 and it was delicious and smooth. Although $83 for the bottle was worth it for a birthday celebration. I've been to Vintners many times over the past 10 years and I have to say every time I've not been disappointed. I like trying a lot of different places but for something special I'm glad we chose Vintners.

This is, in my humble opinion, absolutely on the shortlist of best restaurants in Las Vegas. Located in Summerlin is a very well hidden gem of exceptional American bistro courses infused with flavors from Spain, France and Italy, and likewise table mannered floor staff. Excellent wine selections and barista service embraced with floor to ceiling interior appointments, is also located near the scenic loop drive of the Red Rock Canyon, Red Rock Resort/Spa and 42 minutes to the Lee Canyon Ski and Snowboard Resort. Of note, the location is absent from the strip approx 20 minutes North. Parking is an 50 foot anticipation stroll with the option to valet. The moment you see/enter the front entrance you know you're someplace incredibly special. Outside dinning is available. Highly endorse

This place is really nice. Very elegant setting, great for celebrating special occasion. The ambience is nice although I would say it's a little too loud so it might not be great for romantic dates unless maybe you're in the patio area. There was this guy in the bar too who was so loud and obnoxious. That kind of ruin our mood a little because it was hard to talk because he was so loud and closer to where we sat. But foods are spectacular, 10 stars for food lol. I would say their foods (everything we had) were some of the best I've tried. Service was also great, it was bottomless water which I love, you didn't even have to ask, assistant server was on top of it. Our alcoholic drinks were good too.. They also got my bf a really nice birthday dessert on the house with happy birthday on it which was very sweet. I highly recommend this place. I am sure it's a lot nicer in the patio area which I originally requested but it rained unfortunately so we had to seat inside. But overall experience was great, we'll definitely come back. ❤

Wonderful place for quick lunch! The appetizers portions were generous. The sausage Berra flatbread was great. The boullibase had a delicious saffron aroma. The haulibut was flakey and cooked to perfection. Service was professional and the experience was exceptional!

I took my family there for a nice lunch. We requested an outside setting and boy did we get a nice cabana style setting. The food we ordered was delicious. The staff was awesome. Our server Ray was so personable and so attentive. My 3 year old daughter was not being so cooperative and he had the cool fatherly foresight to help us in a funny way, which really de-escalated the small situation. It was awesome. He was so nice and really made my day. Thank you Ray!

Great dinner at Vintner Grill! 10/10 would recommend. Excellent choices by the somillier. Fork tender prime beef tenderloin. Cold, hard butter was replaced by soft room temp. Great experience!

Very lavish. Lack of lighting outside from carpark. Got shouted at by a server for opening the door too long whilst helping my disabled great auntie through the door. Food was tasty and decent size portion. Server, Dave, was lovely.

Lunch here was not inexpensive. But the food and service was certainly worth it. Tenderloin salad the beef was tender and quite a few chunks. Dressing was not over the top which I liked. Partner's sea bass skin was expertly done, seasoned and crunchy. Crab cakes and tiramisu all above average Oh the compound butter at the beginning with crunchy bread basket was addicting.

Service was fantastic and food was delicious! I got the seabass entree and the entire dish was fantastic. Great seasoning on everything, even the vegetables; and perfectly cooked. As you can see, you also get a lot of food with that entree. Basically the entire fish. I took an entire filet home with me and had it for dinner the next day (was still so good, by the way). I also heard that the halibut was fantastic from a member of the group that I went with. I got the meyer lemon cheesecake for dessert. It was so good! I am not a fan of blueberries, so I had them omit the compote. I also tried a bite of the apple pie and it was really good. Not a huge fan of it normally, but this was so good. I will definitely come back. I heard everything is always great, so I want to try many more things on the menu. Thank you, VG for a great dinner!

Bravo Vintner Grill! This place is exactly what’s needed to wine and dine your loved one or to impress a date. First of all, the ambiance was beautiful and I felt like I was in an old school restaurant with a modern twist. The inside was kept very clean. The staff was also very kind and attentive from the moment we walked in the door. I got the veal scallopini and my wife got the pan-seared halibut. The dishes were delicious, the veal was cut very thin and covered with a marsala sauce that was divine and the halibut had a beautiful crust on top that literally melted in you mouth. I highly recommend trying this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

Can't believe I've lived in Vegas 40 years and never knew about this place. The ambiance, music, decor...and of course...the food. Can't wait to go back. Only complaint is that the buss service is pretty bad. Plates sit forever at the your table before being cleared.

FABULOUS food, service and atmosphere. You won’t be disappointed with anything on the menu. The bread and butter was enough…but don’t stop there. Keep going until dessert and don’t miss it!

Excellent restaurant, high quality food, great wine list, friendly, professional service. Atmosphere is a bit noisy, so not a romantic place. I started with the trio tasting meat and cheese plate, the sea bass for main course. Dining colleagues had bouillabaisse. Finished with apple pie. All delicious. They have a wood fired grill with Moroccan flavored Australian rack of lamb and steaks. Will definitely return.

When we went for dinner it took over 15 minutes for a server to come over and help. The side helpers didn't seem to care and were pretty rude when we asked to put a drink order in. Dirty plates were piled on our table for over 12 minutes with side helpers never grabbing them. Keep in mind the tables are fairly small. Second time going back in the past 2 weeks and both times the table bread was stale. Service very slow. Last week when we went for lunch they grouped everyone in one corner of the restraunt vs spreading people out in a emptyish restraunt. Our table and chairs were dirty.

We hosted our intimate wedding reception last weekend at Vintner Grill, and it was fabulous! From the moment I emailed VG, I promptly received an email from Tonya and we started discussing menu options. The staff was very accommodating to allergens, and they were super friendly! The food was delicious and everyone was very impressed with the menu. The drinks were also delicious! Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

We celebrated my birthday here. The food was delicious. The scallops, salmon and sea bass were cooked to perfection. The beet salad was delicious. Aaron, our server, took very good care of us, and after we tipped him he made sure to thank us profusely. His heartfelt appreciation was very moving.

Watch your bill Carefully!!! This would have been 5 star if not for what happend with our bill. I gave the server my credit card and a $100.00 bill, asked that he reduce the charge to the card by that amount, which he did, However, after returning home I noticed they did not deduct the $100.00, it was full charge! I contacted the restaurant, spoke to a very nice lady who promised to get back, I have heard nothing, follow ups have failed as well. To make things worse, we left a healthy tip in cash. Watch Your Bill!!!

We really like this place. The prime beef tenderloin is SO delicious. This was our second time here and I had to order it again. We’ve tried a few of their salads and fish entrées—they are each fresh and flavorful. The outdoor dining is lovely and we look forward to returning soon.
