This review is for their Summerlin location only. I booked our couples massage through a friendly staff member a couple of weeks prior for a Sunday. Apparently, they are open 7 days a week! Upon arrival, we were greeted and asked to fill out some paperwork. Soon after completion, our two massage therapists called our names and greeted us with warm smiles. We briefly explained what our main concerns were, and the session began shortly thereafter. The massages were lovely and they really listened to us. Our only complaint was that the "music" they used was the bedtime lullaby we all know and used to love on loop a but louder than we would have liked, which made it hard to relax. I wanted to say something but I didn't, so that's on me. I just wanted to be in the moment. Once we were done, we got to sit in the Salt Cave and had it all to ourselves. It was so beautiful and peaceful. My husband really loved it because he has sinus issues, and we both have bad allergies. It was so soothing. Luckily, the music in here was actual calming meditation music. A voiceover comes on and explains the experience and will announce when the zession is over(45 min) so you don't have to look at your watch. Just enjoy and relax. My husband loved his Father's Day gift, and we look forward to returning and requesting No Music next time ;). This is a perfect girls' day out, couples massage or just a day to yourself. The salt cave is a MUST.

Relaxing night for a team building get together and the perfect girls night out. I really like sitting in the Salt Room where there is a salt mist blown into the air and it's good for sinuses and relaxation. I can actually tell my sinuses feel more open. The massage was much needed and I enjoyed the aromatherapy too. I decided to purchase a little salt lamp in the shape of a cat and it's so cute sitting on my night stand.

My friend and I booked services at the Henderson location while visiting Vegas. My experience was extremely positive. Kaitlyn was extremely helpful getting us booked at the same time and working within our schedule. I had the best custom facial ever from Svetlana and Paulina provided the perfect relaxing massage afterward. We sat in the salt cave afterward for the Halotherapy. This was a new experience but felt it had a positive effect on our health while traveling. I would highly recommend The Salt Room and the services I experienced and the professionals providing the services.

Awesome experience. My wife and I did the couples retreat followed by the salt cave and both were amazing. Both therapists did an excellent job and the focus hot stones were a nice touch. Ending our visit in the therapeutic Salt cave was a very relaxing way to end the visit. We’ll definitely be back soon. This gem provides for the break away from calls, texts and emails that we needed!

The energy was amazing! as soon as you Walk in the energy is good, very soothing and calm. Super clean environment and very pleasant. The salt room experience was better than expected, honestly I walked in with tons of neck pain on my right side and shoulder soreness… I also have a really bad case of sinus/allergies issues, 5 minutes after leaving this place I couldn’t help but notice my breathing got extremely better i could actually inhale and exhale without feeling clogged up or sneezing. My neck and shoulder aches was completely gone 😳. It’s my first time trying the salt room never really looked into it before. I drive by this location often and decided to try it. Curiosity was really the reason why I went here.. I am so glad I found it! I really recommended this place.

I can’t say enough great things about Hudson my masseuse. He was fantastic! This was a gift from my sisters and I’m always a little skeptical since I haven’t had great experiences away from home. There were little things that he did along the way that surprised me in the best way. Strong hands, attention to detail and compassionate. If he’s available when you’re booking, request him! You will leave feeling so rejuvenated and won’t regret it.

Had a relaxing massage- then on to an amazing facial by Jenna. Last treat of the day was the halotherapy rooom. I swear I slept better that night. Highly recommend.

Relaxing environment for halotherapy. The 45 minute salt cave sessions are equivalent to spending a few days at the beach with great benefits for your skin and respiratory system. Staff is professional and bathrooms are clean, the whole space has a spa like feel.

My husband booked me an all afternoon session for my birthday. We are from Wyoming and we’re down here racing. It was my 50th birthday. Every single person was amazing at the Kactus location and it will become a regular visit for us every year. Thank you doesn’t even say it. 50 is FABULOUS! 🫶

Went with a friend of mine and we had a very good experience. The customer service was amazing. I hadn’t had too much experiences of getting massages so I had to get comfortable with it. The masseuse was very helpful in asking where my troubled areas were and how the massage was going to go. This I appreciated, and she did well in asking my comfort level of pressure. Really great experience.Looking forward to coming back for more. We then went and tried the halo therapy session in the salt room. This was new to both of us and we luckily had the room to ourselves and were able to see how the other was doing with it. For those who don’t know, an hour session in this room is like 3 hours on the beach, breathing in the salt air. We did have to clear our throats a little cause it was clearing up any congestion we had. I am mooing to try this again to see if it does anything more. Overall the experience was relaxing and tranquil, as advertised. Looking forward to trying again!

The experience was something completely different. 3 of my friends and myself were amazed by this new experience. The salt room is one of a kind. We all came out of the salt room feeling different, lighter and relaxed. 10 out of 10 highly recommended. Can't wait to go back soon.

Very soothing and professional environment. I have been here on several occasions, experiencing different therapists each time and have never been disappointed. I strongly recommend The Salt Room, especially if one lives in the Summerlin area.

My singing bowl session at the Salt Room was excellent! The setting was calm and pleasant, distracting nothing from the totally therapeutic singing bowls vibrations provided by Janae. Go whenever you can!!

The 45 min salt room was nice and relaxing. The staff was extremely friendly. I had a massage and a facial, as well. The massage was ok and I had some issues with my facial to which the owner went above and beyond to rectify, which wasn’t necessary but was so appreciated. Excellent customer service. And very beautiful facility.

Luxury experience. Such a vibe. Halotherapy is a must try and super affordable. Try ittttt! My massage therapist did an amazing deep tissue. Super friendly staff. 10/10.

Luisa is an excellent massage therapist. She is also a very good listener and she remembers all my injury/pain/problems. My knots were all gone after my wonderful massage with her. I will be back soon, again. Highly recommend this establishment and Luisa (massage therapist), as well.

This place is one of a kind. The salt room is incredibly peaceful. I’ve also had several massages here as well and all have been phenomenal.

My experience at The Salt Room was nothing less than perfect. My boyfriend and I went in for a couples massage on our anniversary. The lobby has great energy with lots of cute salt lamps for sale and the staff was very sweet. The check in process was very simple and the massage started on time. Their couples massage room was very spacious. Both of our massage therapists were welcoming and were open to tailor our massage to what we needed. Our massage therapists were even massaging in sync! It was truly a relaxing experience and I can't wait to be back. If you're looking for a nice couples retreat, I think this is so worth it.

It was a wonderful experience! I tried something new (salt room: halotherapy), they had nice mini shop in the front and the receptionists that day really helped us when it came to asking about the pricing and details of the products. Very helpful and friendly staff.

I’ve never had a massage and Donaelle Was great. I had over worked my back muscles and she worked them out! The room was so relaxing with warm lights and soft ocean music. I’d definitely return. The receptionist was so nice and helpful when scheduling and explaining things the salt room offers. I’d highly recommend!!

Had the mud wrap body treatment today. It was my first time at the The Salt Room and 1st time doing a mud wrap with a mini facial. Excellent service. Enjoyed my treatment, very relaxing. Will definitely go back another time.

I had the BEST experience at the Salt Room! I had an incredible, relaxing, yet invigorating body scrub from Jenna. She is fantastic! I already knew all the benefits of using the salt cave for detoxing and decreasing respiratory and allergy issues, but the salt cave at the Salt Room was especially effective. The salt covering the floor and walls is powdery and they pump salt into the room. My aunt and I both felt our sinuses clear up during the first treatment! I will definitely be back!
