In other locations, massage therapists often have their unique style, so you may not receive the same level of service from one therapist to another. However, this is not the case here. This is the first massage place that I have been to that is consistently good. I have had three different masseuses attend to me for over eight months, and all three use the same technique. It seems unlikely that this is a coincidence. Perhaps they are learning from a common expert and executing accordingly.

I called about a dry sauna treatment. When I arrived, they said it was an add on and that I needed to purchase a massage. I just came from the gym, so I opted for a table shower too. I was hoping for Sauna, Table Shower, Massage. Instead, I got half a massage, a luke warm table shower, and a 130 degree sauna, then another half massage. My total time at the place was 1.5 hours. 15 minutes of waiting, 20 minutes of massage, 20 minutes of waiting, 10 minutes table shower,15 minutes of Sauna, 20 minutes of massage. Definitely rushed and definitely not worth it.

Like every other place, it depends on who you get. The place is clean, they have several rooms, and rooms are big enough. Of course some at the desk will ask you to buy an add-on. Prices have gone up at most places. Is it worth the money.....depends on who you get.

Very friendly place! Came several time already, they have lots of therapists,I had different therapists every time, but they are all good and professional,I would definitely go back and recommend for others

My friend & I walked in here wanting to have a massage. As we are asking about the massage and combination that they have listed on board, the young lady started to roll her eyes and gave us bad attitude as she don’t want to explain or don’t want us there. She started yelling us, as if she don’t want us to ask questions but just get on it. We were so confused as why she is giving us an attitude. I don’t know if she’s having a bad day or having a hard time speaking English! It was just a poor or bad-bad costumer service. We left and went down to the other massage place (SHIKI Spa & Massage) next to them. The place were nice & clean, we were greeted friendly by a young guy on front desk, explain what services they offer as it is written in their board & mostly the therapist are awesome! Overall, the staff are excellent! Thank u so Much! We will go back there!

Highly recommended. Very comfortable massage, the therapist is nice and with excellent techniques.Most importantly, the price is fair. Ill come to this parlour again.

Horrible business. I called prior to showing up and asked if I could use the sauna. They said $25 for half hour and when I showed up they said I had go pay for a massage. When I told them I already got a massage els where and I was too sore they didn’t care. Was totally willing to pay and leave a tip but they didn’t want my business.
