I ordered online and when I went inside to inquire about the app, I waited inside for my order and when others came in after me and got served, I was left sitting and waiting for an extended period of time, they placed my order for outgoing pickup but never called my name like they did the others, so I was left to think they were still working on mine. Until, I went up there and saw the one still there was in fact mine. It had been there for quite some time. I asked them why didn't they call my name, and no response. I then asked where is my side, well the young lady responded, they didn't have that. So, I asked is there a replacement, she said chips. So, now my food is cold and I didn't get what I ordered. This TS I won't be back.

I love Tropical Smoothie’s food and drinks, but they take SO long in the drive thru. Unbelievably long. All locations are always understaffed! Hire more people! I came here 2 years ago, waited 15+ min for my order, decided to skip on this. I decided to come here again and try my luck, same old situation! How is it that these restaurants are always understaffed and have 20+ minute drive thru time? Also I ordered a smoothie and 1 burrito, and it cost $17. So expensive! No deals, combos, coupons? This company has so much potential, fix your drive thru times. Fix your service. Fix your prices. And maybe, I’ll give it another shot! To anyone reading this, you’re better at LVACs juice bar or Bowlology/Everbowl.

We had two sandwiches here. They were very tasty and very healthy. The prices for most of the sandwiches we're about average and they had some cheaper options for those that might be interested in saving some money. This is a place we will be back to. The cashier was very helpful and very friendly. I recommend this Cafe.

Visited this place after 2 years of not going because of slow service. And still, is the slowest place on the planet. Expensive now too!

Terrible staff and terrible location. They take forever to make your food and it’s not even done properly. I ordered a turkey and cheese for my kid and it was filled with shredded cheese and 1 slice of turkey. I’ll never visit this location again. $5.49 for a wrap filled with cheese just a waste of money! Then when you call to complain nobody answers the phone. I really wish they would just shut this location down they can’t seem to get it right and it’s been quite some time

I've always had a great experience at this location. Today we were served by Marcus in the drive thru and he was kind and served customer service with a smile.

Worth the midnight trip for a chia banana boost smoothie. Fast and good customer service . Thanks to ana Lisa , I think that's how you spell her name. Call me.
