Service was good. Waitress Sahara was pleasant. Food was good, not amazing though. Disappointed the all you can eat boneless wings offer had ended prior to our arrival. They have happy hour specials.

This Applebees is a solid 4 outta 5 stars! The food was good. Came out hot & tasty... When you go to a chain restaurant you almost always know what you're going to get. This location is really no different. The look & feel to the restaurant is basically the same wherever you go! It really comes down to the server & the food. This particular time our server was going through the motions & did the bare minimum to get their job done. I truly don't think they enjoyed their job. However, I did give a 4 star because usually our server is spot on! So, overall, you know what to expect when you go to Applebees... let's just hope you get a server who has a good personality & enjoys thier job.... That will make your dining experience much better. Overall, 4 outta 5 because usually the service is good!

Food was good. But asking for clean appetizer plates and for silverware was bothersome. Thats a given to make sure dishes are clean and to bring utensils to table with either menu or drinks. The waitress and other servers I observed were not in the moment and doing their job. I was not rude to them when asking, as I get it is so freaking hard for them right now, but just in the future make sure dishes are clean and just make sure customer has what they need.

Arrived during happy hour which was the best idea ever. I came with my two daughters and sister , so we tried the artichoke dip, chicken wonton tacos, garlic parmesan boneless wings . My baby girl ordered the cheeseburger and mozzarella sticks off the kids menu and it was a really good portion size. Then we ordered off the 2 for $29 menu because why not ? We each got a Cesar salad, and the bourbon shrimp and chicken, it comes served on a sizzling skillet with an amazing garlic/parsley mashed potato side. Oh , and we order the $5 "pot of gold" blended adult drink which was really good and the "tipsy leprechaun thats made with Jameson.. and our server Marlo was very attentive and polite. We need to do this more often

The car side to-go counter needs someone to be there. Otherwise the food is average compared to other Applebee's restaurants. The associates are barely enthusiastic.

Food was delicious. Only problem was there was only one server on my section and she was taking and taking care around 7 tables at ones and it's too much for on server because we have to wait like 30 minutes to order and after we finish we wait like 20 minutes to pay for the bill so I ended up walking around and look for her so I pay in the register. So 50 minutes wasting your time to order and pay for the bill it's too much time ..

The food was terrible. I had a hamburger that was very red inside and didn't taste like meat at all. Chicken Oriental salad that was so dry you could of made soles for shoes with. Waitress had too many parties to host. And neglected tables and was over whelmed. I would have to say pass on this restaurant. Thumbs 👎

And that's being nice. The total rating is -100. The worst customer service I have experienced in my life. All me and my family was trying to do was go out to eat with a long time friend and her daughter and they couldn't even take our order. When the server approached he smelled drunk and clearly unhappy he had to have our table. We wind up leaving due to his disrespectful attitude and I traveled from outta state and that's how they show customer service.

We enjoyed our dining experience mostly due to our wonderful waiter. The food was good as usual and we didn't have long to wait even though they were busy. We also liked the mango-strawberry drinks.

Typical Applebee's commercial restaurant. Fast fast service. However, the portion of wings I got was HALF of the guy next to me. His plate was a full plate. We ordered the same thing. I'm not sure why. Same thing. That was a kitchen mistake. However. Food and drinks were great. I was full. Ordered dessert as well.

We saw great people working here. The food was served well and timely. Our server, Kevin, was wonderful. We saw him treating all of his guests with kindness, genuine smiles, and helpful in making our menu choices. We would come back if we knew he would be our server again.

Food was good. Service was okay. It would have been much better if there hadn't been a very much much tired and crying child, about 6, at the next table. To her credit the waitress eventually gave her something that seemed to help.

The reason for all the stars: out waitress. She was on point the entire visit, above the norm, especially in today's abundance of less than quality. My only complaint; they removed from the menu my reason for going: a fabulous, healthy grilled chicken dish.

Food and drinks were great as usual. I had the double crunch shrimp and the hubby had the steak. I also had the margarita special. Our server was very nice and accommodating even though it seemed like a very busy night.

Sat at a high top table in the bar area. Served by the bartender. Modelo on tap was served nice & cold. I was just visiting the area, felt welcoming and safe for a single girl dining alone late at night.

First time at this Applebee's in Vegas and our waitress Jasmine was amazing answered all our questions and was very efficient... Food was amazing and atmosphere was perfect

DeAnna escorted me to my special order counter where Marcos took my order with a smile and then Liz the manager greeted me again with another smile. Good service, good food. The two for deals were good. Small snafu with our order and I think we got forgotten. Only offered 10% discount?

Dino was amazing. He made sure everytime he passed our table he checked on us. The bartender was amazing and the cook would have been just as amazing if my chicken wasn't still cool when I cut into it. Other than that everything was great.

I came in with my friends to eat dinner. They sat us in the coldest section of the place. We were all cold and when my food came mine was not even luke warm .. I ordered the chicken quesadilla. Also while waiting for my food I was almost served someone else's food .. the wait staff didn't seem too busy at all.. so I don't know what the problem was. Also I was the one who paid for the bill. We asked for the Temperature to be raised .. our waitress went into the back.. but I doubt that the temperature was checked at all. I might consider coming back to this location.. but I would rather go to another location and get better service with a smile and have a better experience with not being so cold with the temperature or having a hot meal.

I sometimes go after work around 10:30pm. Chris the bartender on Maryland Parkway and D.I. is always a friendly face and so accommodating even though it is getting closer to closing. I always feel welcomed and since its close to closing time, he lets me order my to go at the bar while I have a drink.

My husband and I went for our 14th Valentine's together. We walked right in got a table. Every time we come here never wait to be seated. Server was nice and respectful. Good delicious and seasoned to the T! ☺️❤️ Thank you ❣️ I had the steak 😌

Everything was great !!! Bartender was on it never had a glass empty always full. Platter awesome. Bartender ask his manager to grab another bottle of liquor his manager walked in circles for 20mins never got the liquor, Bartender had to get it himself. I sat there watching the manager do nothing to help his Bartender. Sad

This is our go to for dinner out with my son and we luv it every time. The staff is always friendly and fun. Plus the food is not over priced and really good!

I actually don't eat at these types of chains, and I didn't break my rule today. I did stop and kill some time at the bar, while I was waiting for someone, and Christian, the bartender, is SO professional and warm. He is the perfect example of good customer service. They're lucky to have him. Maybe some day I will come in for a bite.

Was pretty good. Atmosphere was good and easy to chat. Waiter was just Kinda annoying but the food was good. Don't Generally like boneless wings because they are dry but theirs weren't. Very tasty. Better than The main course. French fries weren't hot enough.

Been here many times. This would be my worst experience I've had. Ordered well done whiskey bacon burger, came quite pink in the middle. Took about 15 minutes to get our menus. In fact had to ask. I give them a 3 instead of 2 because of past experiences and our Server when she did pay attention to us, she was quite friendly and personable.

Excellent service by Kalie. Shrimp and chicken delicious and great garlic mashed potato. Hubby steak was cooked perfect rare requested. Downside is salad with rusty romaine mixed in fresh greens. A second salad was provided which was not much better. Salad mix quality can be improved . Busy and efficient service with runners delivering food to tables. Great staff.

The restaurant is still the same as it was four years ago. The mood is okay nothing spectacular nor the service. The waitress Ashley does her job and it was good enough. Their booths are not comfortable at all. Food presentation was good and the taste was good.

I dined in everything was really good service was great food was great I even took take-out. Nina was great I love her she should get a raise took great care of me.

It was A very nice place to dine. The menu was nice and cheap. I would say that a total of 8 people ate there around 5 pm and the check came out to be $159.00. that'd extremely affordable. We even ordered alcohol .

I went to the restaurant and ordered the 2 for 25.00. I called to see what they could do for me. One of the staff members asked what do you want me to do about it. I then asked to speak with the manager, who was extremely rude. I tried to explain what happened but, she kept speaking over me. She finally stated she would send a gift card. The manager Victoria is totally unprofessional

I love this place, relaxed ambiance and good food. It's right next to our apartment, my husband and I often stop by late in the evening after a long work day. I love their house salad with the Bourbon Street chicken and shrimp, Yummy.
