Nice Irish pub at the Fremont St experience. Had a delicious burger washed down with a few cold Harp beers. Good friendly service and just by chance a brilliant musician was playing a cello while we ate he was great!

Strange but real, this is a nice place to have breakfast in the morning, downtown Las Vegas. Food is very good! Service is very good too. Ambiance I say 3 stars just because it is morning and almost no people there.

Located directly on Freemont Street. Cool pub. Sandwiches, burgers and the variety of fries were great. Service was also attentive. There was also a band playing that evening and sports were also broadcast. There were also slot machines at the bar.

Had a wonderful time slipping in for the happy hour. Alex our server quickly put in our order with only five minutes to go and was a gem of a server the whole evening. Food was so good I forgot to take pictures. Especially the seared ahi appetizer. Fabulous. It was like twice the ahi steak meat of the average seared ahi appetizer and only six dollars at happy hour. Amazing. Definitely worth checking out.

Waitress was amazing, fast at taking orders and keeping our drinks full, however, the place was not busy at all and the food took a while (45 mins) to get out to us. I ordered my steak medium, this is what I was served, with a side of hair. I was so tired didnt even want to fuss about. I showed it to the waitress after we paid out the check. She was sincere.

I found out about this place on YouTube channel "barflysports" I was very pleasantly surprised I came to watch the USA v Iran world cup game, I talked with the manager Chris he was very helpful the place is spotlessly clean, plenty of staff even that early on the morning. The food was good, the atmosphere was great and it's a no smoking environment. I was extremely impressed and I will be back. Even has a heated outdoor terrace.

Been wanting to try this place for a few years now and finally did. It was worth it. I had the pesto grilled chicken sandwich and it was very good. My girlfriend had the Shepard's Pie. The lemonade and vodka was really good as well, just didn't really taste the alcohol. Tasted just like juice lol but was good still. The waitress was very friendly and the restaurant setting was very comforting. Will definitely be coming back here

Great spot for lunch or dinner at a reasonable price. We even got to sit outside and people watch. Food was surprisingly amazing! We got the club and Irish potatoes and though it is hard to screw up a club, they managed to make it taste amazing with bacon and extra avocado. The 6 dollar vodka lemonades are a no Brainer so just get one!

Service was great, the server was very honest with the suggestions. They have live music after 8. Restrooms were very clean. Service was fast and they got good Wi-Fi for which was a life-saver on these vacations.

food was pretty good, burgers are big for about $15, i also got the irish nachos and the potato skins weren’t cooked fully. food was 4/5 with the service being casual and accommodating 5/5. there weren’t many people when i went around 7pm.

My party of 5 found themselves at Hennessey's Tavern at 630 on a Thursday night. Fremont Street wasn't crazy busy, but our original destination had a 45 minute wait and we were hungry. We walked right in and found a table, the Thursday night football game was on the TVs so it was a good atmosphere. We all ordered different burgers and various seasonings on the fries. Most of us got the Hennessey Old Fashioned and one a Long Island Ice Tea. My medium rare burger came out well done, but the toppings were good. The Sriracha dusted fries were the right amount of heat and absolutely delicious. However the drinks were extremely weak and watery. For the price, these were not worth it at all. Service was great. We ended up spending about $45 a person including tax, which for the quality of the meal and drinks was way too much. Must be the Fremont Street upcharge. If you're reading this to plan your strategy for a night out, there are better options that are super close to here.

I really wanted to like this place. The menu sounded like fantastic Irish-type breakfast food. They were out of corned beef. Our house potatoes were tater tots. The waitress admitted the fresh squeezed OJ on the menu was not actually fresh. Food was not good. The waitress though was great. She realized the issues and comped one dish. She's the only reason for the 3 star review.

We were so pleasantly pleased with everything that the Hennessey had to offer. It was so good we went back twice. They had a Burger special and drink special going on and we thought we would give it a try. We sure glad we did. Burgers are definitely homemade and amazing flavor. And I substituted a Margarita because I was kind of beered out at the time. Don't just walk by,go in and check out how good it truly is for yourselves. They always have some sort of specials going on, and live music inside in the evenings.

Don't believe the negative reviews. We had a great time. Food was fast and tasted so good. Waitress kept telling me to try the shepherds pie. She was right! Outstanding!! Prices were better than most places around it. Told manager we had a great experience. I'm going back for new years for sure!

Nice atmosphere sitting outside. Had a street performer doing music which helped. Beer prices were excellent considering the area. Ordered apps and they were a little over done from the fryer.

We had the surf and turf. It had good flavor and was cooked perfectly. The only issue was the steak had quite a bit of gristle. It had a great atmosphere and the waitress was nice and attentive.

I have to say this place was very welcoming and this busser named Vinny was amazing he pointed us in the right direction and when the servers didn’t see us he got their attention which was awesome and our server Kelly was amazing also and the bar tenders did a very nice job at tending to us with drinks so thank you Hennessy Tavern! So for some reason we decided to stop here during our night out downtown. It was a mistake. We saw the special menu and the waitress informed us we had to wait until 4 so we did. After working the server tried to take it order and informed us that happy hour is no longer on the weekend. Which meant we couldn't order the food we wanted. So we ordered the spinach artichoke, fried potatoes, chicken strips instead. They are underwhelming even for bar food. Drinks were also weak with the Irish classics being awful. I can't say strongly enough to go anywhere else. There are too many bars and restaurants that are great to waste the calories at Hennessy.

Food was average. Service was okay. We sat for a long time before any service. Restaurant was not busy. Server apologized and said she thought we were with another group. No big deal. Took a long time for the check to come once we were finished. Atmosphere was very dark and kind of grungy. Not the cleanest place either.

Had the prime dip. Enjoyed. Good horseradish cream sauce. Kettle chips are overdone. Boyfriend had the spinach artichoke dip, said good but nothing to write home about. He really liked his Irish coffee. Had 2 shots at $12 a piece which in our hotel are only $7 so that was an unfortunate surprise. Bartender was nice. Enjoyed the live music and actually stayed for another drink just to chill and listen.

OMG yes! I was torn on where to eat & wanted something with quality. This place did not disappoint! It had a cozy environment. Wait staff was attentive without intruding on the meal. It was like she knew what we wanted when we wanted it. I had the burger of the month & that had to be the best burger I've had in quite a while. The quality of meats, toppings, and bun was astonishing. Happy hour prices were good as well.

We will go again! Our meal was delicious! We ordered a Dublin Burger with sweet potato fries and a Prime Dip with fries. Everything was hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. The regular fries were perfect. The service was good.

When you are done with all the hoopla and glitz and glamour, head to this place. Great service that matches the food. It's no secret as how good the food is. You can't go wrong with the burgers, we had several dishes and appetizer. The dining room was a typical pub style and our waitress was spot on.

Bobbi happened to see us on the corner looking for a place that would serve kids and was dog friendly, she suggested the patio at Hennessey's and thank God she did! This place was awesome and the staff bent over backwards for us!! Skye was attentive and quick, super sweet!! The. Best. Fries!! We got the Irish nachos and were not disappointed!! We loved it and will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

My party and I came to this restaurant after looking for a vegetarian friendly place to eat. We were seated right away and had a wonderful experience. Jasmine is an amazing waitress, and we enjoyed her so much. She was kind and so sweet to my party and was very prompt when something went wrong with the food. I would highly recommend coming and eating here.

This place has the worst service. The gentleman who clears the tables was nice and courteous, but the waitress was terrible. She didn't have any tableside manners, she didn't even look at us once when taking our order. How do I know? After waiting an eternity for her to return to our table to ask for the bill, we gave up and went to find her inside. When we finally found her, she told us to go take a seat and she would be right with us. She thought we had just arrived and didn't recognize us as one of her current customers! There were not many customers at this time either, so it clearly wasn't that she just couldn't keep track. We waited nearly 30min for a salad to come out. It came with chicken that was cold (not freshly cooked by any means) and could have passed for fish it tasted so bad. It was disgusting! Hands down the wrist mask and experience we had in our 8-day trip to Vegas at the end of this past October.

My husband and I stopped to eat here yesterday while wandering Fremont and so glad we did! We were served by Skylar and both took her recommendations, I got a Dublin burger and my husband got the brisket sandwich, which were both incredible and came out quickly (compliments to the chef). The blackberry margarita and vodka lemonade were absolutely delicious. Skylar’s service was outstanding, she was so fun and very attentive to our needs, which was refreshing after some terrible experiences at other restaurants on this trip. She even suggested and gave directions to go check out Container Park nearby, which was super fun to see at night! Not sure how we missed it in the past. We will absolutely return on our next visit!

For the area/environment decent eats in a pinch. Waitress was super nice, we enjoyed her way more than the food.

OMG I tried their ahi tuna and was pleasantly surprised. Done differently than usual and was really good. Had this and some other appetisers at Happy hour.

Came out to check out my friends band, The Roxy Gunn Project and had a great time. The staff was very nice and helpful, and thankfully despite outside Fremont street being packed with people and HOT, it was very comfortable inside.

We had a wedding reception there and I have to say the food was great, the room was perfect and the STAFF WAS AMAZING. I CANNOT RAVE ENOUGH ABOUT THE EVENT STAFF. THEY WERE ON TOP OF EVERYTHING, so personable, friendly and made the night even more enjoyable! Definitely recommend!!

Stopped in for drinks after dinner. Our server was awesome! Super fast and friendly, brought us several rounds of beers and picklebacks. Great place to finish the evening.

Burgers are delicious as are the garlic fries ... the waitress was amazing. Atmosphere is chill for lunch time sonit was very enjoyable.

We got married Down the street from this place at the Bliss Chapel And my now wife contacted this place months in advance, they were very communicative and she talk to a guy named Chris who worked everything out for an after party type reception. They did a phenomenal job. The appetizers they put out for our guests were perfect, we had Buffalo wings, sliders, Mac and cheese bites everybody loved the food. The bartenders were great serving up excellent drinks and went above and beyond for us. I highly recommend if you have a similar event or any event, private room, private bartenders and 5 star service. Thank you Hennessy's and Chris for making our wedding night one to remember. I do have pics and videos but we got a bit wild so I will leave them out of this review. 😉

Just stumbled upon this restaurant while we were looking for food. Really great food and service was so friendly. I got the Dublin burger and it was cooked perfectly. Great little spot on the edge of the experience I would highly recommend! *They have video poker at the bar

Amazing food here. We stopped by for lunch and were so glad we did. Service wasn't the best, but the food was delicious. Try the Sheppard's pie, it was the best I've had anywhere in many years. Their French Onion Soup was also super tasty.

Our 2st server was not the best or friendliest. Katie took over and she was great. Fun place to have a couple drinks on Freemont.

We were there for a 30 year high school reunion. We showed up in 4 different groups. I was a part of the 2nd group. When I arrived I sat next to the first group. I didn't know there was a hostess. When the 3rd group arrived they sat down in the same area. At that time a hostess/server became very upset. She stated that we had to break up our group and sit in different spots spread across the restaurant. She spoke down to us. I explained to her that we still had more people. I could tell she didn't care. Some our group decided not to stay. I decided to stay and made the best of it. We had Isabel as a server who tried to de-esculate the situation. She was great but I will not be returning.

Wait staff was cool and no problems there. But I have to admit the food was lackluster. The Reuben sandwich just tasted a bit old, and the bread was soggy, as if it had sat on the table for about 10 minutes. Not to mention is was quite small for what I thought I would be getting at an Irish pub. Not a terrible experience, just not a great one.

If I could give a half star I would. We thought this would be a great spot for food while on Freemont. It took 30 minutes for our appetizers of potato strips with melted cheese. When brought out they clearly had been in the window for a while as the plate was on fire. Then we ordered grilled cheese and soup that was of course brought out 2 minutes after our app. Also had been sitting in the window so long that the one side of the bread was soggy and the other rock hard. Servers sitting around on their phones instead of table touches and service. There was maybe 3 tables in the restaurant. Asked for a manager who sad he would have our sandwiches remade. It’s been 15 minutes we finally got our new food that I would give 3. Manager never returned to our table. Also floors are very dirty. Positive they did give us money off after we discussed it.

No thrills bar with good prices, friendly staff and good food. Was looking for a place with good buffalo wings and Hennesey’s wings hit the spot. Shout out to Gisele at the bar.

This place was awesome, we've been in Vegas for almost seven years and we go past the Restaurant everytime we're on Fremont Street never decided to go there until today. We got some amazing drinks and we both ordered the surf & turf and got what I have to say is the best steak I had since I've been in Vegas.

A great find following is a search on Google Maps and a recommendation from YouTube channel: "barflysports" which also rated the bar highly I was not disappointed. A great central location, otherwise you will need to pay for nearby parking. This Tavern smells great unlike most pubs. An abundance of staff a local manager that clearly cares about his clients and the business this seems to run like clockwork. The food is served hot and varied. Lots of TVs and a well stocked bar. even a rare terrace with incredibly effective heaters.

Wait, staff, atmosphere, and drinks are excellent. Food was subpar. I ordered the Irish nachos...it was slices of soggy potatoes covered in cheese - no seasoning - not cool. Friends ordered the club - the bread was just bread, not toasted, and lacked flavor. Husband ordered Cluck Oink Moo Burger and the egg was way over done! Kitchen needs a new chef. Pricey for serving size. Go there to drink but not eat.

My burger was dry, but good. It was cooked medium, and overall pretty good. I got the Dublin burger and the 60oz Magners on the collector glass We sat at the bar and the bartender was great. Nice kid, very attentive. Get the cheese curds. They are life changing.

I attended a group dinner here and the experience was ok. The food prices are lower than the main strip so that's a plus. Our server was also very nice, but there was one issue with our order where a person didn't get their food and had to wait a bit longer to eat. I had the fish and chips, but I think the burger would have been better.

Our favourite stop on Freemont Street! The food was fantastic and our waitress was exceptional! If we're ever back in Vegas, we'll definitely come by again!
