Great looking place! Average service but the food is terrible 😣 The vegan burger was so soggy and the zucchini fries were not properly dipped in batter before frying.

Wow, I confess I'm not an expert when it comes to burgers and I didn't stay at a holiday inn express last night, but the burger was awesome. And you have to try the philly cheese steak egg rolls. OMG a person could make a meal out of just them. They were really good. They have a nice selection of draft beers.

I try to stop here at least once every Vegas visit. I'm obsessed with the menu and the beer selections. I used to come to Vegas at least once a year, sometimes twice and the staff would remember us every time! The customer service has always been amazing! The food is even more amazing! The combinations are endless, i dont think I've ever had the exact same burger twice. If you're looking for a juicy, tender, variety... Look no further!

I try to stop here every time I am in Las Vegas. The menu and drinks are great. This time I enjoyed the wagyu burger and the apple pie. Out bartender Teresa was super nice.

In one sentence, this place is so friendly, fast, and absolutely delicious! While I was looking at the menu outside of the restaurant, the hostess kindly greeted me and let me know she was available in case I had any questions. She welcomed me with a warm smile when I let her know I’d like to dine in. My server, Amari, was wonderful. She answered all my questions honestly and even helped me choose my meal! I had the wagyu fries as an appetizer, which were great. The fries came with ketchup but I wanted another sauce so Amari suggested a thousand-island-like ranch as well, and it was exactly what I was looking for! The fries literally came out in less than 3 minutes and were sizzling hot! I also got the Oklahoma burger, which was cooked to perfection. Other servers/staff always smiled at me and checked in on me, it was so pleasant! The prices are a bit higher for an Ohio gal like me, but honestly worth every penny for the quality I got and what’s around. I’m very critical of restaurant service, but I truly can’t fault my experience in any way otherwise. Thank you again, Amari!

Cool interior design and atmosphere. I had a Wagyu burger (Oklahoma Smash) and liked it (a bit too salty for my taste). The prices are high but compared to other burger places nearby, the prices better reflect the quality. Service was also good, although I would have appreciated more proactive soda refills. Negative: The boothes have a very uncomfortable geometry, one sits too upright.

Excellent service and burgers. This is our salad was delicious, and the waitresses suggestion for my burger was awesome. Only advice is that they need to cook the burgers to the requested temperature. I asked for medium, mine was pretty medium or rare.

Der Burger war eher mittelmäßig. Da hatte ich für weniger Geld schon bessere. Die Bedienung war schon fast zu nett und hat viel zu oft nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei.

The food was good I will give it that, but! The service was horrible our waitress was rude. I asked for extra napkins, a refill, and ketchup but didn't get any of it. I don't like to leave bad reviews but unfortunately, I have to on this bad experience. Again the food was good and you do decide to eat here eat at the bar.

Great atmosphere, good beer menu. Downfall comes when I ordered fried Mac n cheese w/o jalapeños. Apparently it’s pre-made. That’s fine if you’re not paying $15. Service was spotty. It’s Vegas, we can do better guys. And the $22 burger w/o fries that was ok at best. Had 2 amazing burgers this week… check out my other reviews!

The place is really nice and the service was excellent. But, being a burger enthusiast, it wasn't to the level. The brioche bread that I chose was terrible. The Angus patty was below average and the sweet fries and fries were not hot enough. We asked for the burgers a certain way and they came all.mixed up, but it wasn't the server's fault. She was great and repeated the order for us out loud, so it was the kitchen who messed up.

I was not a fan of the burgers for the price. My friend ordered the surf and turf burger, which had a very small piece of lobster even you it cost 30 dollars. I'm not afraid of paying even more for a meal, but it has to be worth it. I ordered the BLT, which looked very handsome and had good flavor. However, I was unable to chew some of the thicker portions, and the bacon was hard/sharp. It left the roof of my mouth raw. My biggest complaint was the Wagyu fries. They didn't seem remarkable in any way, and we're less flavorful that most fast food experiences I've had.

Skip this place. We used to come here and the food was good but our latest visit was really disappointing. Check other recent reviews, and you'll see the quality is really hit and miss. We tried to order a couple of appetizers, but they were out of both. Ok, so we ordered our burgers with milkshakes, and they were out of shakes that night too. One person at our table had to wait an extra 15 min after the rest of us were served to get her food. Her burger was cold and her fries were super hot so I guess they forgot to make her fries. The other burger was missing avocado and our lamb burgers were missing tzatziki sauce. The server said they didn't have any and offered a different sauce that didn't go with the burger. And the meat was dry, not cooked to our medium rare request. There were a couple of other odd mistakes with the bill, and our server kept apologizing that they were out of stuff which I can understand, but so much was off with the whole experience. For the price of this "upscale burger" experience there are much better options around.

The food was alright but service could have been better. Our order was wrong several times and the place was slow but rarely saw our server. The interior was cool and each booth had personal tv which is great for football games.

I was really looking forward to this restaurant. The food did not disappoint, but tonight they had scheduling issue and we had to wait 20 minutes to get a server after being seated. The girls at the front were sweet in getting our drinks ordered after noticing us waiting about 15 minutes already. Once we had a server, everything was back on track. Delicious food, cool atmosphere, and wonderful service.

It was not as good as it was a few years ago. The burgers are good. The fries were ok. I would not pick there again.

Embarrassingly bad takeout service with extreme reluctance in acknowledging your presence at the bar! Yucky mushy bread on burger, overpriced food, undercooked fries, small portions, buns bigger than burgers, no napkins, no utinsels. Does this restaurant know they are serving a high end hotel clientele, we don't have this stuff in our rooms!? We need napkins and utinsels people! Too bad I couldn't use my mushy french fry to spread mayo because it was too limp. The actual flavor of the burger was the only bright side. For your prices, increase burger size, cook the fries, put utinsels/ napkins, and it wouldn'tkill you to tell the clientyou will be with them shortly!!

Absolutely awful experience. Booth was beyond uncomfortable. I ordered cheesy bacon fries. I ordered them with just cheese and bacon. I wanted no onions and tomatoes. I also mentioned extra cheese. When they came out, they were stone cold and had everything that I did not want on them. there was no extra cheese as well. I sent them back, and when I got a new plate , there was still barely any cheese on them. I don’t know if the waiter spoke English. The way I was informed, is that the cheese was just regular cheese. But, when it came out it was spicy jalapeño cheese. this should have been made aware to me. this place is too pricey for the service you get. if you eat here be prepared to be disappointed. I will not be returning.

Not the same burger bar from years ago. No longer amazing, but still pretty good. Very good service from Junior. I miss the build your burger options! The juicy Lucy was pretty good. Onion rings were pretty tasty, but the sauce needed some tang but bot bad. I'd go back if convenient, but I'd no longer make it a point to comeback when I visit Las Vegas.

I don’t normally go out for burgers, but this place might be my favorite burger place! The menu is rather simple, but everything is good. You can build your burger any way you want it from the toppings, to the kind of meat, to the temperature. They also have a lot of great sides complemented by a deep dessert menu. It’s a must stop restaurant in Vegas!
